Weird business model, right? That's not all... then they'll tell u they can't refund you at the store - you'll have to contact the webpage. When you tell her that you were NOT, she'll make you an appointment to RETURN to the store to meet WITH the Branch Manager to review CAMERAS to be sure you weren't refunded. Some Dunkin manager/employee - will be asked to refund you FINALLY the meager 26$ that they NEVER should have charged you for the item they could never make.
