As a 20 year service industry worker I try to give the benefit of doubt but after multiple trips here, the service is consistently atrocious. The "new" manager is trash and can't keep ticket times below 10 to 15 mins an order (even though there are only 1 or 2 people ahead of you) and will give you attitude if they get your order wrong and you would like it corrected. I normally never bother reviewing establishments even with mediocre service or average products. Today makes an exception. It was 8:30 am and the lobby was not open, only the drive through. The menu only shows 9 donuts available and the print is so small as to make it impossible to read. They did not offer any donuts except the ones listed on the menu, meanwhile inside the locked lobby was a display full of donuts inaccessible to customers because they did not have enough staff to open the lobby today, at all. So an entire display of donuts not on the drive through menu will be stale, and or wasted by the time someone comes to work, if they come, to open the lobby to the public. Totally fouled up my Uber Eats order. Took all afternoon to get the matter sorted. Also took about five people to finally settle the matter to my satisfaction. This Easley Store and the Uber delivery driver ruined my day. I'm so grateful that there is a loving God in Heaven who is infinitely powerful and full of grace. Are you kidding me??? No cars in the parking lot due to an accident and the two rude blondes put us on hold in drive thru for 5 mins so we drove to the window. The shorter heavier set blonde rudely came around the corner not to come to the window. We sat there for 10 mins watching them giggle and ignore the fact we were sitting there. Very satisfied with how my experience went here! The lady at the drive thru was extremely nice and was very careful to make sure she got our exact order right.... which she did! THEN, she was sweet and kind enough to give our dog a treat as well! So I would like the manager of D.D. in Easley, SC to personally look up the schedule of who was working the drive thru shift on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at approximately 6:01am and give the woman a raise! At least once a year I go back to this particular Dunkin to see if they've improved. And for 3 years straight it's a NO! The food is halfway warmed up. The employees rush you thru the order. It's just not as good as other stores in the area and beyond. I still have money on a gift card so I'll just wait until I can travel to use it up and be done. The donuts are ok. read more

I would give this Dunkin' 10 stars if I could. The facility is ALWAYS clean, the staff is mostly ALWAYS friendly (we are all human, we have our days people) but overall the experience is always on point. As far as coffee and food go, I have always enjoyed it. Like most, I have a regular order, and usually it's always perfect. Once and awhile there's not as much milk or sugar.. but that depends on who is making it. It's not a huge deal, I think I will live! Anyone who rated this one star must have not drank their coffee just yet, if you know what I mean. Stopped here to grab a hot cocoa and when I got to the speaker, my husband asked if they could do caramel hot cocoa and she said no. So I asked for the almond joy one and she said they were out of it. We asked what they had and she said original, salted caramel, and mint. Now I am confused. Is salted caramel not caramel?? She could've offered that when I asked. Anyway. Ordered my drink and when we got to window she was very rude. No personality and never smiled. When I got the drink the cup was covered in chocolate and was sticky. No way I ever go back. I'll stick with Powdersville. I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts around 7:30am, and went through the drive thru. I figured at that time of the morning surely the donuts would be fresh. NOT!!! I ordered two French crullers, thinking I'll fix a cup of Hills Bros. French vanilla cappuccino to go with my donuts. I got my two $2.30 French crullers and headed home, still thinking how good they would be with my cappuccino. I got home took them out of the bag, both had a hit and miss bit of icing on them. Still thinking, they still might taste good.... it was wet on the inside and eggy tasting. Now I have had DELICIOUS French crullers from Dunkin' Donuts before, it was just my first time trying them at the Easley location. The Dunkin' Donuts in Travelers Rest have some delicious French crullers. Quality of service and product have been on a steady decline in the past year or so that I've been visiting this location. Today I came in to order a large iced coffee, and one dozen donuts. When I parked and crossed the parking lot to enter the establishment, the employees were extinguishing their cigarettes and followed me inside to take my order. Literally every time I come here, the employees are outside smoking. When I received my coffee and iced coffee, the coffee had a "slushy type" top. The curved ones they put on drinks with whipped cream. I asked if they had any regular flat caps at which the young lady with the nose piercing stated "no" They also didn't have any large sized straws, which coupled with the bubble top made it difficult to find the straw while driving. I elected to go without the top. When I got to my vehicle I tried a donut and took the first swig of coffee. The first bite of the donut was awful. It was hard and stale. The coffee was also old with a slight burnt taste. I grabbed both and headed back in the store. Again, the crew were outside smoking. I told them that the coffee and donuts were old and stale and that I get Dunkin' Donuts all over South Carolina almost every day and that I wanted a refund for both. I got the refund but the manager rolled her eyes and had a bad attitude about it. Judging by the other reviews left by other unsatisfied customers, the regional manager may want to address the quality of not only the products, but the quality of employees at this location. read more

This Dunkin Doughnuts establishment is: Horrible!! We went in for the first time, but had to go through 2 old timers, smoking. We ordered donuts first, with hardly any to choose from. The ones we picked were stale. We noticed the breakfast sandwiches looked good, do we ordered one to split between us When it arrived, it looked like it fell in the floor and was just picked up and out back on the plate. I noticed it was missing cheese, so we sent it back. When it came back, I lifted the bread up and the cook had just broke a piece of cheese in half and that was that. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Just had the WORST experience at Dunkin Donuts drive thru in Easley. So, to begin with the woman was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude from the get-go when I was ordering just 2 donuts for the kids. But I figured, maybe she's having a bad day & let it go. But it didn't end there. After waiting in a 4 car line, I finally got to the window & was greeted with the WORST most RUDE woman. She said something that I didn't quite hear, so I said "I'm sorry?", assuming she was saying my total that I owed. We came here yesterday for a coffee break on a road trip. It's your average Dunkin Donuts, but the staff was super nice to us. There was a special on iced coffees from 3-6 PM, and the worker let us know about it, which was great because 3 of the 4 of us ordered that (it was a hot day).
