I was surprised with how well it worked. The fritter was light and had some big Apple chunks. The second one I tried was a cake doughnut covered in pistachio, oatmeal, and I believe they said quinoa. He made 4 different flavors of doughnuts & 3 different flavors of individually wrapped cookies for our brunch. Then hit me with, "How long till you get here?" I said 20 minutes, and she said it would be ready when we walked in... and it absolutely was!
