Not sure why I took a photo of CVS. Can't win them all. Am happy that Dunkin is open here. Would like to say thank you, to the friendly and kind employees here. They make mornings more bearable. This is a clean location also. The donuts I believe are no longer locally made. If incorrect please advise. Either way they don't taste as fresh as they used to. Prices are up a lot. Okay yes prices are up everywhere. Yet here the increase was rather shocking. On a plus note very good coffee. read more

Check #7502 on 11/8/2025 at 9:20am I am absolutely irate and appalled and the SERVICE of this place. There are a couple things that I want to address about this location. I sent a feedback comment on the site about the experience that I had with the female employee who put her dirty fingers INSIDE my coffee cups as she was moving there across the counter to make my ice coffees for my employees in them. I voiced this concern here in the platform. On 11/8/25, when I came in to get coffee for my employees again, SHE made a point to go to another employee and talk about me in front of me. THEN she had the audacity to say something out of line to me to my face. That was not the thing to do. She was VERY snippy and juvenile in her actions! I DID NOT appreciate the fact that she CHOSE to make a scene about this in her feeble attempt at trying to make me look bad with her workers! She is VERY unprofessional with her condescending tone and rolling her eyes at me at the same time. ***** SHE DOES NOT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ***** Then, I continued to ask her what she said and was she talking about me. She said yes that she was telling the other person that she was not allowed to make my coffee because I made a complaint about her. Then, I explained to her that it was a training issue that I had with that behavior because a MANAGER or someone in a lead role should have trained her on the food safety/health department violation and codes that she was violating with have her bare hands touching a ready to eat item. Whether it is a food or beverage, she had just contaminated that service for the guests. She was very dismissive and arrogant and had an attitude at that point when I simply trying to explain what the concern was. She walked away from me in mid conversation and mumbled something under her breath. SHE WAS WRONG!!!!! Every guests there at that time say/heard that SHE was initiative this combative experience! Second Issue: The manager/owner was very disrespectful to the employees on another visit that I had. I ordered 7 iced coffees with light ice etc and he berated the employee in front of everyone in a manner that was VERY LOUD and everyone in the lobby witnessed it. I turned to a lady and said this is amazing that he would yell at the employee in front of EVERYONE. He was holding the up and pointing at the fill line for where "light Ice" and "regular ice" lines are and VERY LOUD and several people, including me were uncomfortable with seeing/hearing this and could not believe that it was happening! There are MANY employees there who are great! They are the reason that I come there because they are pleasant and add warmth and genuinely a joy to see. When he is working you can tell that they are on eggshells and do not talk or seem like they are happy to be there. I am one of the owners of 3 restaurant operations and I can over look alot of things when I go out. These are instances when I can not move forward without letting someone know. I know that the Owner is going to get this and honestly, I do not have faith that this will be address. You can not have an employee who is so brazen that they will treat guests like this. I wanted to give it another shot about the last one but this is the FINAL STRAW for me. I will NEVER EVER come to give that Dunkin another penny of my money. I have a choice where I am going to spend my money and THIS IS NOT THE PLACE that I will again. You have NO REGARD for your team or your guests when you continue to let someone work there who is sabotaging your business and you, yourself, not treating your team with RESPECT and DIGNITY and THEY are the ones who are on the front lines of guest service making sure that those who come in there to spend their money are happy. SHAME ON YOU! I will assure that I pass this on to everyone that I know that this is not a FRIENDLY and DRAMA-FREE place that focuses on taking care of the guests. The very people who you have working there (ONE) is ruining this place. From her lack of care for uniform standards with wearing a hat while making food to the fact that her hair is never pulled back or restrained while making food/beverages is APPALLING! Good Luck with all of that! Your employees who do the right thing ARE NOT HAPPY and it shows! You do not even recognize that at all. That is apparent! read more

Probably one of the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Food was fresh and well prepared. Service was absolutely friendly and fast. You can tell team work is in place and they all seem to work well together. Place was clean and had decent amount of seating available. Keep it up! read more

You know how people say dunkin sometimes tastes like pond water, but sometimes it's good? Well, i feel like this dunkin is always good! I used to come here like 3 times a week and get an iced coffee before work and it was so sugary, but so good. I don't know how my body was able to handle that, but i loved every minute of it. 9/9/22 A couple of weeks ago I got the taste of bacon in my mouth. Hashbrowns were also on my mind too. I thought about getting one of their ice drinks and saw this Dunkin Donuts no longer carried them. The lady there seemed to be the only one working there and I don't remember her name. I will call her Haniya. Haniya made three orders of the bacon snacks and I asked for crispy bacon snacks. I have had these snack before and they were soggy. The taste and look goes way down when this happens. Haniya heard my request and did as I requested. The bacon did come out more crispy, but not crispy enough. The bacon also had a different smell to it than I remember. I did not get sick eating the bacon or hashbrowns, but the taste of the bacon snacks has not come back into my mi d since seeing Haniya at this store. Speaking of stores, I also noticed the Dunkin Donuts inside of BJ'S Wholesale have gone the way of the Dodo. Krispy Kreme Donuts seems to be kicking Dunkin Donuts's ass. I hope Dunkin Donuts can get back on its feet like Viktor Drago did in Creed II. If not, it won't just be a Technical Knockout, but a annihilation of all Dunkin Donuts Businesses. read more

No drive through here, but the service was quick and efficient. Easy to park, run in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich, then get back out and onto the road to commute towards downtown. My coffee was excellent, my "wake up wrap" was tasty and assembled properly. All they need is a drive through! read more

Service is consistently great. Staff is pleasant and they know how to keep the line moving. I often order various breakfast sandwiches which are always hot and filling. They offer things like sausage, egg and cheese on croissants, or turkey sausage on a bagel, or egg white sandwiches. They have lunch type sandwiches as well. Coffee is pretty strong in my opinion, I'm not complaining!! They have a coffee-club card, so after your 10th coffee, you get one free. Only draw-back, they put the milk or creamer in your coffee for you. This is ok if you're in a rush, but I prefer that its out on the counter so you can help yourself like at Starbucks and 7-11. :-( The donuts....ahhhh, so sinful, so good! I have a thing for trying out new things, so anytime I see a new limited-time variety, I gotta try it. I have no control when it comes to donuts, so I rarely go to this place, maybe once per month. I recently had the cheesecake filled donut and it was awesome. I can't seem to get my hands on the new cronut (croissant/donut), they're always out of them. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts, I just wish they make a move to the west coast so I can enjoy it more. The midwest and east coast is riddled with these donut-shops and I couldn't be happier. It's like the starbucks plague in California! I visited many a dunkin' in my recent trip around the east and midwest, and I can safely say that my experience has been equally delicious and good among them all. It is great to know that you can walk into any Dunkin' and order the same thing and never be disappointed. I guess I am kind of happy that they haven't emerged on the West Coast yet. This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts in Fairfax, VA. The coffee is always fresh and the store is very clean. The employees are quick and are generally friendly. The best part about the employees at this Dunkin Donuts is they are always honest about the freshness of their donuts. I always order coffee but don't always spring for a donut unless they tell me the donuts are fresh. I have been here numerous times where they have offered to brew a fresh pot of coffee for me if I had time. Nothing beats their customer service. read more

Went here and everything sucked! The munchkins were hard and tasted old and the cold brew was super watery and gross.Also the ice coffee has a weird old flavor taste to it. I also got a large macchiato with almond milk, he put wayyyyyy too much milk , almost no expresso at all. It was basically just pure white! And to top it off, it surely wasnt almond milk. It was dairy and made me very ill. I could tell from the minute I was driving and tasted it, it was milk. The freakin drink was $5 and I wasnt even able to drink it. I absolutely love this DD. I stopped in for a coffee special and was blown away by the service. I felt like I was at a theme park and they went above and beyond serving me for a coffee drink. Clean facility, friendly service, easy to get in and out of: everything you'd want out of a Dunkin Donuts! I called ahead the night before to make sure they would have enough Munchkins for the group of kids I was bringing them to (I needed 125). The man on the phone recommended I order ahead just in case, but I could pay upon arrival. It was slightly difficult to understand him, but I was eventually able to. He even called back to make sure I wanted a variety and not just one flavor, which I appreciated. This morning, I came in and the Munchkins were all boxed and ready to go within two minutes. Awful customer service. When their app glitched and sent my order to the wrong store the first store refused to make my order. When I showed up here 30 minutes later they had thrown out my order and refused to make me a new one! After much argument they finally did and she made it WRONG. Every time my husband and I decide to pop in and give this Dunkin' another chance, they screw up our order... today was another day of the same. I asked what the new kitkat coolatta had in them. The employee told me "the kitkats, milk, and ice" I said "okay nevermind, I'll just take a Carmel frozen coffee coolatta" the employee became confused apparently. As I realized he charged me for the KitKat coolatta. When I corrected him as he was making it he became more confused. And provided me with this drink that I watched him make: ice, Carmel syrup, and cream/ milk... no coffee. Used to be my go-to place until they started to slash the amount of donuts on offer every day. Now only one of the two racks are full, and variety is much decreased. Why they are shooting themselves in the foot is beyond me. When I really want donuts I go to either Duck or to the Dunkin on the Circle. We went there today and order a dozen mixed. Found their so called Apple Fritters were not actually that. And they were stale. Several other doughnuts were also stale. In fact, hard. The stores floors were very wet and no wet floor signs. We found that the only ones that were any good were the cream filled. And the Iced Coffee. Fresh products. It's with a heavy heart that I had...yet another...bad experience at this location. I don't know what the deal is. There's plenty of other locations that are head and shoulders above this one. And it doesn't matter if you order online via the app, or in person - something always goes awry with them. You can also order the same drink every time and get something different every time. So that's fun. If you're a casual coffee drinker like me, it's usually not an issue, but recently it's been just downright bad. And that's not just my opinion, but also when I bring others coffee from here they'll comment on how bad it was. And the final straw for me is that when they ask you what combination of donuts you want, and you tell them, they'll mess it up. It's the little things, but, they suck. read more

The staff is very friendly and nice but they literally got my entire order wrong this morning. I ordered a sprinkled chocolate donut, just gave me a chocolate donut, and my Iced Latte was supposed to have almond milk and it was regular milk (this could have been a health hazard were I allergic to dairy). Overall, disappointed as it just felt like there was lack of care for what the order was because everyone was rushing. I'm a regular at this location. I normally come during the lunch hour so the parking lot can be full and messy with the awkward parking layout. The location is tucked away so make sure you know it's right in between Zoe's Kitchen and the T-Mobile store. The place is never too busy. This is because it's kind of hidden but also because the staff is very quick at getting your order completed. They are always friendly and I have never had an incorrect order. The donuts are always fresh. Tip: if you buy large iced coffees they have a frequent buyer card that gets you a free one after 6 or 7 purchases. This is exclusive to their location. You might have to ask for the card upon your first qualifying purchase. Again they are very friendly so I wouldn't be surprised if they offer it to you! The lesson here: if you can get a parking spot, you won't be disappointed with your visit. *This business is gun carry friendly. read more

There is seriously nothing better than dunkin donuts coffee. Really. I know they are suposed to be known for their donuts, but their coffee is incredible. Its always an exciting day when i treat myself to a cup of coffee from there. Its not ridiculously expenisive either! For the price of a starbucks latte i can get coffee and a bagel! Its great. This particular branch has a drive through, which i find to be highly exciting. Although i dont always use it since i feel like they are going to mess up my order! I normally have great service here and no complaints. I came in last night five minutes before 9 PM on a Friday when it's posted that they're open till 11. The door was open, people were seated, and the television was on. I waited at the counter and even rang the bell. By the time the clerk emerged from the back room she informed me they were closed. I thought it odd since there were still people there, all the lights were on and the door was open. First world problems, I know, but still a disappointment. read more

I only come here in the afternoons/late evenings, but the workers are always welcoming and the store is surprisingly well stocked. (I say surprisingly because none of the other DDs are stocked like this one at night!) I get a regular black coffee, sometimes donuts. This place hasn't disappointed me. The store is roomy. I frequently see student studying here, usually not obnoxious. I recommend this place for late night studying and working. Multiple outdoor seatings are available. This place was just bad. First of, friendly service, thank you. My son loved his chocolate donut. My fritter was not good at all. Tough, chewy, and tasted old. The sausage egg cheese bagel was not good all!!!! Egg tasted weird, sausage was too strong sage taste, and I love sage. This sandwich seemed like they toasted the bagel, put the sandwich together and then microwaved it all. Not, not, good. I spent $11.00 and it went into the trash. It's a dukin donuts. they can only be but so impressive and this one disappoints. the service is terrible. I usually end up waiting for someone to come to the register. there's always an issue and they have to restart my order. Ok, so the place originally got torn down....and rebuilt to a more modern building. Now for those who can recall, the original place was okay sized and always busy and crammed full of people. Guess what, they reopened in the newly designed 'Fairfax Pointe' and to an even smaller venue, which is even more packed. Yikes! Beside the size of the new store, I still think this is great. Terrible customer service here! Ordered a Boston Creme donut and 10 count blueberry munchkin (donut holes) and the cashier rang us up for them. She had to ask us twice what we wanted. When my sister repeated she wanted a Boston Creme donut, that's when the cashier proceeded to tell us they're out. That's fine but this is after we already repeated what we wanted AND after we already paid. So my sister wants an eclair instead and she's telling us how that's extra. I am trying to tell the lady she didn't tell us they were out before we paid so she shouldn't be asking us for more change especially if it was her mistake in not telling us they were out. I get it sometimes employees forget they're out of something, but own up to it and apologize. read more
