This place was just what I needed. In short, I was having a tough time, being seriously ill yet having to travel on business (and on a cold, rainy day, no less). So, when it came time to find a spot for lunch, I needed, more than anything, some simple peace and quiet to collect myself for the rest of the day - and that's exactly what I got here, at an otherwise ordinary-seeming Dunkin' Donuts of all places. There, I was able to get my order from some friendly folks, then have a decent meal in a clean, safe space - all of which, at the time, was priceless to me. It succeeded in helping me get my bearings and continue on. With that, I'd like to thank everybody who runs this restaurant, for providing for me in my time of need. The manager (?) / employee at this location of Dunkin is more concerned about their timer than providing customer service. She's not aware of the free beverage when you order the egg omelets. Didn't act like she even wanted to figure it out or help me with it. I gave her my app to scan. And then she claimed it didn't come up with a free beverage she didn't even listen to my order. Ended up going here for a promo I had and ended up choosing their Power Breakfast Sandwich. It came with a small thin bagel-like bread with a sausage patty, eggs, and some cheese. The overall taste of the sandwich was okay and had that 'school cafeteria' quality to it that comes across as simple. Visually it had that 'reheat and assemble' kind of look too. It was what I was expecting for a fast food establishment so it is what it is. The establishment interior was a bit disheveled and not made for sitting in due to COVID-19. The customer service was okay and just what you would expect also. They are more adept at taking drive-in orders than in-house. read more

I am an ER nurse and on Sunday my coworkers and I placed a DoorDash delivery from Dunkin. I was really looking forward to getting that sourdough breakfast sandwich with five pieces of bacon like the website promised. Boy were we disappointed in our sandwiches. I'm not sure if the country's economic situation has hit Dunkin so hard they can't afford to put the required amount of bacon on the sandwiches but come on this is pathetic. Do not go, got 2 orders of snackin bacon both were about 1 and 1/2 pieces. Took it back to get it remade and get a full order it was exactly the same. Order was short 10 donut holes. As my order was being prepared I knew there was no way 30 would fit in 2 small boxes. The drive thru was swamped and that appeared to occupy most of the attention. The beverages were good and food was good. However, we sat inside and waited over 20 minutes for our beverages. In that span we watched 3 employees make their own beverages and food and leave while we waited. Then found out they forgot to make our drinks and got asked 3 times what we got. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. My daughter and I went here and ended up waiting at least 15 minutes until the lady in front of us was done. She ordered about a dozen donuts and some drinks. Each drink had to be made in order, one at a time. While there, an employee locked the doors. Why? I don't know, but you are not allowed to lock your doors during normal business hours. What if there was a fire and I couldn't figure out how to get out. Just locking them was enough to charge them with unlawful detention. Go someplace else for your donuts, these aren't worth it. read more

Some of these kids all of y'all are talking about could be your kid or grandkid. This most of their first jobs. It is clean it is one of the older stores in the area. I went to this DD at the drive thru. One person took my money another person gave me the wrong order. In between getting the order straightened out they never gave me my $15 change. I was so flustered I forgot the change which they should have already given me and drove off. Later, I came back to see if the register had come up $15 over. The I could care less manager said no. I guess the second person pocketed my money. Why were 2 people working the register at the same time? No apology for messing up my order in the first place. Nothing. I've been here several times and there is always something wrong. They don't have some very simple ice cream flavors and when we went for coffee and breakfast sandwiches, it took employees eight minutes to then come back to us and tell us they were out of eggs. This location is always a miss. I'm not sure if the turnover rate for employees could be the reason. I have been utilizing my app for a couple years now to order DD and this location never has my ON THE GO order ready. Just yesterday I had to pull up and wait for one veggie egg white wrap! Service was fast-just passed money and got my order (breakfast sandwich and a dozen mixed doughnuts) without a wait. She then handed me my drink without saying a word to me giving me a nasty look in parting. This place is a really unfortunate. I have frequented this place for a while and constantly had issues with the orders being correct, or being out if a certain products/foods. I have made several attempts to contact the manager. I don't want free food. I want to be able to buy food and treat coworkers with treats. The orders are hardly ever correct. The managers constantly say they are fixing it. It's been months and the same thing still happens. I have finally decided today that I will never go back. I went in ordered, watch the customer in front me get their order, there was an item missing from the bag. It was brought to their attention, they fixed it, then they asked for ketchup. they didn't have any. I FINALLY get my order and then it was wrong. This happens too many times. I used to say that they had really good breakfast sandwiches, but for some odd reason they stopped making them. That's weird, because they were the best thing on the menu. They still have good coffee and doughnuts though. If you are going to get breakfast here, get it to go through the drive thru. Without even reading the email, the woman told me I couldn't get a large, only a medium but the coupon said any size.
