Have stopped here many times one my way to and from Atlanta. Last week we stopped I wanted my usual ice coffe and I picked up 2 boxes of k-cups. I stood waiting for just under 10 minutes waiting to be waited on. A manager walked by saying "hello" and kept walking. A young girl came over and said something to the manager which made her stop. The girl acknowledged me and punched something into the register while telling the manager "I am clocked out". Another manager came over and the girl said again " I'm clocked out". She said she couldn't sign on to the register. The second manager told me to go to other register which was by the takeout window. I went over and she, the other manager did not come take care of me. I was looking at the backside of 4 employees. I waited another couple of minutes, pushed my items on the counter and told the manager on my way out I would go somewhere else! I hope this will not become the standard for this store. I will give it one more try. read more

Florence has a full fledged doughnut war now that this location has opened up on West Evans Street not even 2 miles from the Krispy Kreme. A full review isn't necessary since many people have been to a DD. I don't pick one chain over the other. A fat man can be happy with both places. Despite being open only a short time the staff there seemed organized and knowledgeable about the goods. What are you waiting for, go get your doughnut! read more

I wish I could rate this lower. Bathrooms were filthy, the service was terrible, but the food was worst of all. My mom ordered chicken salad, and it was uneatable. All the croissants we ordered were completely mush. There were hardly any donuts or bagels in stock, and everything look old. It definitely tasted old. The coffee was some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted. I'm sticking with Starbucks next time. read more

I absolutely love the lemon filled powdered doughnuts. They have great chicken salad too if you want lunch. I like they offer breakfast foods, lunch, coffee and doughnits. Unlike Krispy creame. read more

Well, same town but a different restaurant. Second time is a charm. Not! Visited this location on my way out of town for a little boost of energy for the long ride ahead. I asked to have my beverage made with almond milk, to be told by the cashier that it was not available. (It's clearly on the menu) After further investigation, I was told they were out of it but I could come back tomorrow when the truck delivering the milk would be there. Um, what? No ma'am! Not sure what the issues are in the Florence SC stores, but something, somewhere needs to be addressed. read more

This location while clean had very little product variety. Half the bins were empty while the other bins had very few donuts in them. The main coffee maker was empty so the associate had to walk to the drive thru machine. There was only one munchkin on display. Not one flavor of munchkins but one actual munchkin. We left without ordering and sought out a different location. read more

The staff was not good. Very slow ordering and had to wait an additional 5 minutes in the parking lot to wait for food, which was cold.

Stopped by today for an iced coffee and two chocolate glazed cake donuts. There was one other car in front of me when I placed my order. I had to repeat my order twice no big deal. I arrive at the window and the young lady gives me a total turn state ... oh wait you had a donut. I said no "I ordered two donuts. She gives me another total, I pay, and she returns with one donut and it's the wrong donut. I advised her of what I ordered and and the quantity yet again she looked a little befuddled. She returns with the correct donut, but only one. I say yo her again they I ordered two donuts, poor child was including the wrong donut as my two donuts. She walks off without saying anything, and returns with the two correct donuts. I'm holding up two dollars to pay for the one donuts that I wasn't charged for, but she did rudely passed me the bag, closed the window, and walked off. Extremely poor customer service at a time when business was slow. read more

The coffee and food is good but they are SLOW. Personally, I prefer Krispy Keme doughnuts but their coffee and drink selection is by far the best around. I love the Vanilla Chai and its pretty much the only reason I'd go here. I certainly don't go for the doughnuts... they're always too dry and hard for me. I'm used to Krispy Kreme's fluffy cloud-like doughnuts. On the positive side, the breakfast food is very tasty. read more

I love dunkin donuts, but this was the dirtiest one I have seen. Tables were all dirty and chairs had sugar and syrup on them. Bathrooms not the cleanest. Wish I could give zero stars. Girl at cash register seemed like she couldn't get our order right and it was a straight forward order. Dunkin Donuts fans skip this one! read more

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin' donuts I have ever been to. There are 5 people behind the counter. Moving slower than paint dries. It is inefficiently run. People are walking all over not accomplishing anything but frustrating the customers watching them more without serving. Get your act together. You are a fast food coffee place! read more

This DD has gone through sooo much turn over that it is so unstable. They can't keep employees. There are ALWAYS new people there getting trained which slows things down. They are always out of something whether it be large cups, big straws, napkins, etc. Sometimes placing an order is more painful than childbirth. The lack of competency makes it very difficult to have a pleasant experience. Once in awhile you will get a decent employee but they don't last. The management sucks!!!!! read more

You need to update the time on the website it says closes at 10:00 it's 9:15 and we're on our way to the beach we drove 25 minutes out of the way for coffee and the doors were locked. Very frustrating! read more

Ok I wasn't going to do this but I was thinking about it and it bothered me...first off I ordered a large iced coffee with just a little ice 1 sugar and a little milk and an everything bagel with half the cream cheese because normally they overload it with cream cheese so I pay and I'm waiting and some guy walks up and says loudly "everything bagel" so I asked "with cream cheese?" And he just repeated himself and he shoved it at me and says "bye"...then I see the woman who took my order making my coffee and she takes the big cup fills it to the top with ice and puts the rest of the stuff it...stirs it up and says "do you want more ice?" How the f and I gonna put more ice in there YOU filled it with ice...the only part they did right was the sugar...my bagel had almost NO cream cheese so I'm glad I paid for it my bagel was barely toasted it was disappointing over all...it's a shame it is one of 2 in the area and the other one is out of my way read more

Most untrained staff I have ever experienced. Cashier had to check on everything we asked her. 'Well' toasted bagel does not mean I want a bagel barely warmed!! Left without realizing the single donut I ordered wasn't in the bag. Got charged double the price for a drink and the cashier had no idea how to fix the issue. read more

I usually love going to Dunkin Donuts as I love there Ice Coffee. I pull in at 7am and see that there are only 3 people in line, so I figure nice should be quick. I pull to the drive thru and sit there. As, I sit there these two guys come out the back door and are talking, they look like the are owners of the building because I hear them talking about fixing some things outside. So, the one guy looks at me a couple times, still just sitting here no employee tries to take my order over the intercom. I sit for a total of 4 minutes and then pull off, and drive to the window. The Lady working has the headset around her neck and knows I was out there and just ignores me. This was the last straw for me as they never can get a coffee order right. None of the employees care to be there. Its a shame because Florence is ruining another great national brand company because of the management and employees they hire. read more
