The "Big and Toasted" is big and soggy!! This has to be the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had. the bread which is described as "toasted" was so soggy it was like it had been soaked in water, except it was grease. I partially ate this sandwich with in 5 minutes of receiving it, it was still hot. The bacon was, the best way to describe it is rubbery. the egg was completely tasteless. I could only eat 3 bite before I gave up, it was horrible. Unfortunately, I was already on my way to work so I could not turn around and take it back. I did fill out the online survey when I got to work. Oh and the worst part, they put no napkins in my to-go bag. so I had this nasty grease all over my hands for my drive to work. I had to go to my car at lunch with disinfectant wipes to get it all off. This was my first non-donut trip to Dunkin donuts. I don't think I will be going back. read more

Running late, we went through the drive thru to get some breakfast. After struggling to get our order right at the speakerbox, we ventured to the window to find they still made two of our beverages incorrectly. A review of the receipt highlighted this fact. One coffee listed cream and sugar, the mocha did not. So you might expect the mocha to be sans cream and sugar, but you'd be incorrect. The strawberry coolatta was listed as a frozen coffee. When all of the mistakes were corrected, one of the two young women serving us was apologetic and helpful while the other was visibly irritated and didn't try to correct the mistakes. The drinks and donuts are as expected. If you decide to visit with a party bigger than one, go inside to prevent extra miscommunications that arise out of the drive thru. This Dunkin Donuts is the worst location to visit. I went through the drive-thru, and saw how the pulled a very long hair from the ice coffee, the employee saw me and still made my coffee. When i told her to remake my beverage w a different coffee she got mad at me. The employees didnt even get rid of the coffee. They kept serving it. They were also out of the donuts i asked for. And they took a long time for my order. I am very disgusted qnd dissappointed in Dunkin because i really love Dunkin. I use to live in GA and they truly care about their guest. read more

They get my coffee order wrong half the time. Examples: I order a pumpkin swirl coffee, no milk and sugar - I get a pumpkin swirl with milk and sugar I order a pumpkin swirl coffee, with milk but no sugar - I get plain coffee with milk and sugar I order a cookie dough coffee, with milk but no sugar - I get a plain coffee with milk (this was today's and was what finally prompted me to write a review) I keep going there because refills are $1 and it's on my way to work. I really want to see these guys succeed in my neighborhood since I love dd, however after my experience this morning it's clear management really needs to get it together. After waiting 15 minutes in a not very long drive thru line I finally parked and went in. Not busy at all, took my order and I waited for two toasted bagles with cream cheese. After 20 minutes and three people asking me what I ordered, I went back to the register and asked to swap out the bagel order for two muffins and left. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was about a 5 for busy and they had about 15 people working but they just couldn't get orders out. It was apparent the staff was young and lacked training and were very confused. The manager was just ignoring the floor and focused on making food, giving zero direction to staff. The girl at the drive thru this morning was not trained. I asked for a packet of raw sugar for my iced latte before driving off. She handed me packet of regular white sugar. I told her I wanted a raw sugar. She said that is raw sugar. I told her no this is regular sugar. Raw sugar is brown. She said oh I have brown sugar. I said but its not the same. Finally I just asked for a packet of equal. If you work at a coffee shop / donut shop know your sugars. read more

As a Chicago native, DD was the only place for donuts and when I moved to the Dallas metro, I was ecstatic to hear that DD was opening in Flower Mound. However, today's visit to DD was the worst experience I have ever had from any business. I waited in line for over 15-minutes for 2 donuts and a coffee - With only 3 cars in front of me. I thought the wait would be warranted with large orders of donuts but no that was not the case. As I finally arrived at the window and asked to speak to a manager, the manager said to me, "There is no excuse, but we had a mix up - So I guess I am giving you an excuse." I love their coffee but the service here is so bad that I will never return. Shipley's Donuts and QuikTrip will fill the donuts and coffee void for me in the future. When you know what you did and you do nothing to repair the issue, then why should we consumers visit your establishment. We don't. read more

I don't usually post reviews, but I feel like a lot of people are being especially harsh to this location, and I think that there are some things being overlooked when people write such negative reviews. I have been going to this location for about 2 years basically every day, and the majority of the time I get great coffee that gets me through the day. Throughout my time going here, I have experienced great service from the overworked manager and some staff that has been there for a while now. I can't remember specific names, but they sure remembered mine and it made my day. The turnover rate of employees is crazy, and I'm sure that it is due to how mistreated the staff is by it's demanding customers, I've seen it first hand. For those who can't seem to understand that the people who work there are trying their best, just be kind. They will take care of you similarly to how you take care of them. read more

This DD's donuts are stale or soggy depending on the type you get. They do not make their donuts fresh in the store. My husband, 2 kids and I went on a Thursday morning and there was no one else waiting for anything in the store. We ordered a drink and a donut each and it took the employees more than 20 minutes to make our drinks! One male employee was just standing around while 2 young ladies made the drinks. Our lattes and macchiatos turned out good, nothing great. I am comparing this to the Garland DD which was phenomenal. read more

I'm new to the area and have been to this place twice. First time they gave me someone else's donut order. And the slowest drive thru service. The coffee was bitter like it had been there for awhile. Went to this location once. Not a big Dunkin Donuts person in the first place but I was in the middle of my morning 20 mile walk/run and it was on the way so I stopped in to get a small something. I got a donut and a coffee and it was mediocre at best. Inside the store it was FREEZING and the bathroom was a mess! The employees were on their phones and were joking around a lot which is fine. I'm all about having fun at work but they were ignoring customers. Probably won't be returning to this location. I prefer the Southern Maid donuts next door. read more

Terrible customer service. First the guy taking the order seemed annoyed at being there. Second, I ordered hot coffee and got iced. He said would correct then disappeared. My fiancé was trying to eat as i was waiting on my coffee and one of the employees decided to sweep right under her and she asked her if she had to sweep now while she was trying to eat. The woman did not respond because she was on a personal call. My fiancé storms out. Oh and I am still waiting for my coffee. Another woman came out of the back and I asked for my hot coffee so finally got it. As I left I found the guy that disappear. He decided to take out the trash. Okay so the food is hot and the staff is nice, but I've asked for the Snack N Go Steak Wrap 4 times--every time more specific and emphasised then the last-- and they still manage to give me the wrong thing. Got a coupon in the mail, so I thought I'd try them out for the first time. Tried to use the coupon for a free coffee, but apparently it was "a mailer sent out by mistake and they couldn't honor it". I'll stick with Starbucks, which if a "mistake mailer" was sent out, they would have still honored the coupon. I'm sure it's a great location, but I have yet to try their coffee. Too bad. read more

This is the worst Dunkin location in this area. They repeatedly get my coffee order wrong and the service isn't that great. Today was by far the worst and I vowed to never go to this location again until they learn to make coffee correctly. They usually don't put enough cream or flavoring as I get at other locations, but today they forgot the flavoring all together. When we asked them to fix it, they put so much it was overwhelmingly sweet. They also forgot the flavoring in our other coffee, as well as incorrectly made the coffee. If you want coffee, you can get it made better at Starbucks or Chick Fil A. read more

The chocolate latte I got was basically just hot milk, I seriously think the might have forgotten to put syrup or espresso in it, just sad. Then the girl in the drive thru didn't say anything, like a single word. The person on the speaker was nice and friendly but the girl at the window was a bummer. She didn't hello or even tell me my total. She just stuck her arm out, I gave her money, she returned with my change and still didn't say a word. Then out comes my coffee which was handed to me in silence, I was hoping for a bye or thank you, but she followed suit and said nothing. I don't understand how you can interact with someone and not say a single word. Maybe she was having a bad day, but still, saying have a good day when handing someone they they just bought isn't hard. I know it's not a huge thing, but little things are what upset me the most. First time trying out Dunkin' Donuts and let me just say I will never be back, and I haven't even tried the coffee or food yet. As I arrived there was no one in the front register. All you can hear and see were three employees in the back working drive thru yelling out orders. Not one employee turned over to look at me. I waited a total of 12 mins to get my order taken. Between that time there were 2 customers that were in line that walked out because not one employee looked over to the long line that was inside. Employees kept running right in front of the register (where the donuts were) to grab things and never once looked or talked to the growing line inside completely avoiding us. I could hear the employees talking about getting days off approved and even saw one with a mouth full of food chewing away. While I was waiting in line a call-in order came in and her order had not even been started and she was upset. There was also another call-in order that was waiting a long time to get her order and she was frustrated. The two men next to me in line were talking about how they should have just gone to McDonald's or Starbucks, I was thinking the same. The young lady at the cashier was nice and polite but other employees kept yelling things to her and she was getting confused about my order because she was responding to them and talking through the headset. THEN I went to the restroom and it was a mess. Toilet paper all over the floor and the toilet didn't even work and was dirty. Being short staffed had a lot to do with it, being that they sell donuts so they are obviously extremely busy in the mornings. If they would have acknowledged the people waiting in line and kept touching base with us my view would have been different, but we were all ignored on the inside and the drive-thru was well taken care of. read more

Dirty, possibly unhealthy restaurant: Lots of mediocre reviews for drive through service. My experience was inside. I got coffee and a breakfast sandwich first thing in the morning when the store was fresh. The drink and food were decent, to my order, and the service was helpful. However, the store is only a year old and has not been maintained or cleaned well. The counters had sticky streaks from a dirty rag wipe-down, higher surfaces (I'm tall) were covered in dust and debris, the floor in the kitchen area had food and debris in places that shouldn't have been missed during cleanup the night before. I don't plan to return just because I'm not so sure how sanitary the kitchen could be. This place will be dump in the next few years if they don't take better care of it. These guys ought to pay a visit to Southern Maid Donuts on the same corner to see how to maintain their property. read more

I will preface by saying that I come from New England and grew up on Dunkin Donuts and was so excited to see one opening in Flower Mound but it has been such a huge disappointment. My husband and I have tried it several times always thinking the last time was a fluke but no, it is just plain terrible. Quality of food has gotten so low for what you pay and coffee orders are consistently wrong. My coffee always seems to come out sweetened when I specially ask for unsweetened very clearly. Understandably human error happens and that's okay but they don't do much to rectify the situation. I once had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through to get my new coffee and I guess I was hoping for a free donut or something for my inconvenience but no. At one point we vowed never to return but received a gift card so we grabbed a couple of coffees one day only to find out when I got home that my coffee was sweet once again and had to dump it out. We tried so many times with this dunkin donuts as we wanted to love it...so it is just too bad. read more

absolutely love this dunkin donuts! coffee is fresh and tastes great, always a huge variety of donuts when I go in the morning. staff is very nice, but 3 girls stand out to me in particular. autumn, amanda, and geena are the hardest working employees there. always have a smile on their faces and to see such wonderful customer service really brightens your day. will definitely keep returning to this dunkin donuts!!!!!! read more
