This is my new home Starbucks Store! Mainly bc the Lead person Debi is always so attentive & she has the best staff ever! They've always answered all my questions regarding offers, sale items & how I can save $ with existing drink, food & premade order items! The restrooms & dining area are always swept & cleaned regularly. The parking g lot & drive thru driveway, store front outside dining is also very clean & swept up. Came earlier than usual, ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel and crunch. I get my coffee and the cup isn't lined with caramel drizzle, nor extra caramel at all (LIKE THERES SUPPOSED TO BE). I give it back asking for it to be done right and upon receiving it the woman at the window decides to be smart and tell me in a rude tone "if you want the cup to be lined with caramel you have to say that." I've ordered this drink countless times and it's always lined without asking because ITS SUPPOSED TO BE. read more

Baristas were very friendly and interactive with their regulars. Beverage crafting quality was absolutely subpar/below standard though. I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher, they forgot to ask if I wanted it with water or lemonade, no problem, I asked if they could re make it with lemonade, they then made it with JUST lemonade, so I asked them to re make it again, there is still no issue, it's late and they just opened on Monday so I understand. Then after I asked for them to re make it for a second time a barista with a red bandana, I'm not sure what her name is, said "this is the LAST time I'm making this", keep in mind that this is her FIRST time making this drink, a different barista re-made it for the first time. She then said "do you want to add any peach to THIS one TOO?". One of my friends ordered a lemonade with peach juice. After we left we looked through the window and the baristas were mocking us. Overall the service here was HORRIBLE. I would not recommend coming here. read more

I've been to this Starbucks twice, and the 5 star is based on my experience the two times. Unlike many other Starbucks, this one is pretty spacious. The servers are friendly, and this Starbucks has a drive through. Even though I have only been here twice, I have seen the drive-thru be packed on every occasion that I have gone past this place. They must be doing something right, right? Also, this Starbucks has a patio. It's clean, servers are friendly, and I have never had any issues with my order(s) over here. read more

The baristas at this Starbucks are ALWAYS super customer-conscious while I'm there. The coffee is rarely burnt, and the inside line goes pretty fast. The comfy seats and selection of books and board games are an added plus to this location! They've got some new clever built in coolers that give the traditional cooler some breathing room. The new coolers allow for separation between the types of products, and that's easy to navigate for humans of all ages! (I dare say, TOO easy, because I had to keep telling my 4 year old to put things back!) : ) The only drawback to this location is the drive thru. The time it takes to make it from the order-menu to the pickup window is crazy most of the time. You could park and go grocery shopping and come back in time to move up one car length! read more

I love the ambiance here. They have a book shelf from which you can pick up a book to read and enjoy your coffee while doing that. Cafe Latte and the butter croissant is a heavenly combination. In addition, the Mango Black Tea Lemonade and the Berry Iced Tea are great too, especially to beat the summer. Staff is good and the service is quick. Love the place. read more

In terms of Starbucks, it's one of my favorite locations. Since you already know what you're getting at Starbucks (5 bucks for ground up beans and filtered water...with milk!) I'll review the location itself. I like this Starbucks because it is spacious (as opposed to those closets that some Starbucks are housed in). It has a couch, three desks for working, and multiple tables. There are multiple outlets for any laptop work you might want to do. The staff here is friendly and I've never had a problem with my order. Most of the people that frequent this location are students who are working, or locals who chitchat quietly, so it's easy to get work done. Oh and there is a drive thru, if you're in a hurry. Okay, I will say this about Starbucks: i do love a good frappuccino during the summer (white chocolate mocha is my favorite). Even if it does cost 5 bucks. read more

Usually i get black tea at starbucks no water no sugar. Like it strong. The one in Southlake Town center is the best. But this one gave me the most watered down trenta size. Barely amber and virtually tastless. Lot of money for a cup of slightly colored tasteless water. The blueberry muffin was great. Toasted warm. Staff was busy on this Friday. On 11/8/15 I visited this Starbucks and ordered inside the store. The lady that took my order was very nice; however, the young lady that was helping her was complaining about tips. She was complaining to the gentleman running the drive-thru that people weren't giving her tips and when they did tell her to keep the change, it was only $0.02 or $0.50 and then she said in a very sarcastic tone "thanks...I'll just add this to the jar..." while talking to her co-worker right next to where I was sitting. I feel like if you work at a place where your check is based off an hourly wage alone, you should be grateful for ANY tips given. On top of that, I got home with my drinks only to discover that the cup was filled only 3/4 full. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in this general location, the batista's are always friendly and helpful with selections and always patient. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the seating is cozy for those who want to study or work. There is also books and games that are open everyone who wishes to read or play. Consistently bad service. I've mobile ordered twice and both times I've waited more than 15 minutes, and only get half my order (I only order a coffee and croissant). People that are behind me that go through the line are in and out while I'm still waiting. And when I mention it to the staff, they just apologize and keep working on another order. Favorite Starbucks of all time. Especially now that they have wine, beer, & food (which are pretty much appetizers, so don't expect a big plate of food). However, the Truffle Mac & Cheese is the bomb and the Bacon Wrapped Dates are also quite tasty. The drinks are normal Starbucks quality. However the service was horrendous. The employees were rude and seemed to be more concerned about their current conversation. I wasn't aware that the chai tea frappichino came with whip cream, I told the guy I did not want it extra sweet and he did not bother to mention that small detail. So when I asked them to take off the whipped cream, the girl proceeded to "huffily" dump out half the drink and did not bother to make a new one or apologize at all...it was very dismissive and rude. This Starbucks was super crowded and noisy. The customer service was great but the drinks were average. Awful service! There were 8 people - yes, 8 people behind the counter. It took over 15 minutes to get my order! When I walked in, I was behind only one person. Of the 8 employees, ONE person was filling walk-in orders. My favorite... One person was just standing there talking about how he was waiting for the database to "Come back up." EVERYTIME we go here they get our order wrong. We much prefer the Starbucks inside the Tom Thumb right next to this location, they actually pay attention to how they are making the coffee. We only go to this location when we want food in addition to coffee. Our order is always wrong. Today I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and got this sandwich plus a sausage and gouda sandwich. The words sausage and gouda never came out of my mouth, but she insisted that I ordered two sandwiches. Because we order other items I didn't notice that the amount we were charged was a little too high for one sandwich, pumpkin loaf and coffee. When I go to Starbucks in the morning and order a blonde coffee, it is A++++. Awesome coffee! When I order after about noon or so, it is what they call a pour over and it is a D- by comparison. If anyone from SBUX HQ ever reads this review, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start selling the blonde coffee all day (same as you do in the mornings). The blonde coffee in the mornings is the very best coffee in town. Period. But the pour over blonde coffee is horrible by comparison. read more
