Their layered donuts are buttery, airy, and way more interesting since very flavor I've tried feels like its own little creation. Their coffee pairs perfectly with the donuts, too. The shop is clean, bright, and never feels chaotic, which makes it easy to take your time choosing what you want. The staff is friendly and patient, and the whole experience feels easy and welcoming. I live in Denton and make the drive down to flower mound to get these, especially when we have visitors. here's what I've learned though... if you don't order online, expect to wait. they make these as they are ordered, and if you have a larger order, it takes time. so order online. these cronuts are huge. we ordered 12 the first time and quickly learned that these should be cut into quarters and shared. we've even used our crumbl cookie cutter to cut evenly to diffuse the kids from fighting over the largest pieces lol. this isn't your "everyday" doughnut place, these are craft, special, and unique. a definite must try read more

Recently tried this place out and have to say. It wasn't all that. Is it different yes, is it worth driving to no, of the two I had the maple bacon was the best of the two. The other was pumpkin cheesecake. The maple bacon had better flavor and felt more of a doughnut. The dough part is good it's like a French pastry with fancy creams on top. Honestly I could do just the dough toasted with some butter and be happy. I also wasn't happy with the service. For a first time visit it was not welcoming very cold feeling. Must go! I've been on the search for good doughnuts in Texas and I think I might have found it! I ordered the chocolate chocolate doughnut and it was amazing! The doughnuts are made fresh every day. If you come in the morning, you can smell the yummy goodness as you step outside of your car. They have a display of different doughnuts - filled and regular. The branding on this place is so unique. The floors (while super sticky) had the coolest tile pattern, very parlor like, the "old" wood accents made this feel very niche and inviting. The flavors ranged and were all delicious. I'm only knocking off a star because they aren't "traditional" donuts. While they were good, it just wasn't our favorite style. It took me a total of 50 minutes just to get a dozen donuts here. At first, I waited 10 minutes, then told them I would return in 20 minutes to pick up my order since I was running late. But when I came back, nothing was prepared--not even the coffee I had ordered. I had to wait another 20 minutes after that. I had ordered these donuts as a gift, but the packaging was terrible. They didn't even have proper 6-count boxes, and everything was put together carelessly. Because of all these delays, I ended up missing my hospital appointment, which was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the coffee was the worst I've ever had--just bitter with no flavor. When I asked how long the packaging would take, they said 10 minutes, but in reality it was 50 minutes, and I still received poorly packaged donuts. I have been here two days in a row. I just had to comeback and bring my boyfriend. The doughnuts are AWESOME!! You never have to worry about them running out because you can come in and order any one of these pictured. The Sausauge Biscuit is PHENOMINAL!! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they need to change up their bacon, egg and cheese. It needs some flavor. That's the only negative thing. Customer service was needless to say, terrible. The cashier played on her phone while we awaited at the counter because they were not sure who was suppose to wait on us. When we finally were able to pay, they didn't know what we had ordered, and charged us for 25% of our order. The manager who was making the breakfast sandwiches then forgot about them and when asked said a few choice words as he pulled them out of the oven, burnt and threw them away which caused more of a wait. Went this morning after dropping my son off at school. I had never been here before, so I didn't know that they were layered (cronuts?), which was a nice surprise because I LOVE cronuts! I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry doughnut (seasonal flavor) and it was huge! So fluffy, light on the inside, and covered with whip cream, chocolate sauce, and strawberries. Only small complaint is that I wish there were more strawberries on top. Don't sleep on the non-doughnut menu! I got a bacon, egg, and cheese taco. So good! I placed an order for a dozen donuts for my daughter's birthday to be picked up at 7am (store opens at 630). I was disappointed to arrive to pick them up and they weren't ready and the employee said she had just gotten there. She goes to fill the order and proceeds to use day old donuts from the case. I asked her about it and she lied to me telling me that they were made that morning, but cutting into them was clear they were old. My daughter's favorite is the lemon and we got two old ones and one fresh. At the price per donut, I'm blown away that they serve day old products. Dropped off my wife early morning at the airport and thought I would stop to get some donuts at Parlor for the kids. No other clients, one employee making donuts and she sees me but keeps doing what she is doing. Another employee walks in to start shift at about 6:30ish am. He asks if I need help and tell him yes. Came here for the grand opening on 12/9/2023. Definitely a bit of a line which is to be expected. I had a coupon for a free donut which was nice and I've never tried a layered donut so didn't even know what it was. I think they taste better than they look. The inside is like a fluffy croissant. My initial impression was that they looked pretty dry (which is actually not the case). I was so disappointed they ran out of the minis because I was looking forward to trying those. The poor girl who was grabbing my donuts dropped them twice (obviously she didn't give me the ones she dropped) and she had to stand on her tippy toes to reach the top of the counter so they should consider giving her a little working space where they can grab and put the donuts in the box. Then since she dropped them on the counter it was super sticky and she then proceeded to place my box on top of the stickiness so then the bottom of my box was sticky which created a mess when I went to go put the box on the seat of my car.
