One of the newest and nicest Dunkin Donuts I have visited. This is a chain restaurant. There are over 9400 Dunkin restaurants in 45 of the United States with 15% of them in New York. Florida has 892 or 9% of them. I have been to several of the Florida locations. This particular location is several miles to the east side of Fort Myers in Fort Myers shores. It is on the North side of Palm Beach Blvd. It has a drive-through and plenty of parking. If the main blvd is a little busy there is also a road behind it with access to the restaurant. Outside looks like a new building. The inside was very nice and had several small tables for people to sit and eat at spaced a good distance apart from each other. The ceiling was very tall and there were large windows on two sides of the inside room giving it a spacious feel. You order at the counter and pick it up at the next counter. The staff was friendly, organized, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. The prices were comparable to other Dunkin locations and reasonable for the time. I occasionally go in the morning a little after it opens and I'm always greeted by a super friendly older woman, I'm not sure what her name is, but she brightens my day! Ordered my first pumpkin cream cold brew asked for some vanilla in the cold brew got the coffee took one drink and it was brown sugar over kill no pumpkin so I got out of my car went in waited 5 min before anyone acknowledged me standing there with my receipt and coffee told them it was supposed to be a pumpkin cream cold brew with vanilla they walked in back I heard the gal say that's exactly how she ordered it with brown sugar yet my husband is the one who ordered at the drive through and they gave the same exact drink back to me brown sugar no pumpkin anywhere. Walked inside to pick it up, there was no line and everyone behind the counter wasn't overly busy, but we were told in order to retrieve the mobile order we had to wait in the drive through which was 10 car deeps. This place has the WORST customer service ever! They had 4 people up front and only one register open. The two elderly gentlemen in front of us, I felt bad for them! It took two people 27 minutes to get their two black coffees and two apple turnovers ... The cashier had no personality .... At all. He basically kept saying 'Is that it' with a deer in the headlights look after we said each order of coffee we wanted. We decided not to get the dozen donuts only because of how long it took them to get orders out and on how unprofessional they are. We saw a manager on duty, but he looked just as lost. First of all, I tried to call in to place an order and no one picked up the phone. Found out they don't have a working phone? The staff was unwelcoming, the shift leader didn't know how to ring up some of my order. Multiple staff members were yelling at each other for the smallest things. Honestly, this is the worst location I have ever been to. Employees are rude and unmannered. They do not say please and thank you, don't offer napkins or receipts. If you ask for one or the other, I get an eye roll. Serious attitude check for these people. All of them look like they hate their job. Food is always thrown into the bag. Always an attitude when pulling up through the drive through and my order is always wrong. Corporate needs to step in and do some serious changes, especially in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
