The plain bagel with extra cream cheese that it took me twenty minutes and having to argue with staff about receiving was acceptable, however the person I was dining with (who received their portion of the order well before mine) received an over cooked croissant sandwich and undercooked mini bagel bites. I can accept that there are instances of confusion in a kitchen and that despite the fact we were one of the only customers in the store and several drive thru orders were fulfilled while I waited patiently for an order that wouldn't have come had my companion not said anything-- though I had asked and was told it was "being made", but when he went up to ask and was told "it was in the bag", which contained only his portion of the order ticket reflecting the same-- I got up to say that it was not in the bag, having already asked the cashier about it and the way the tickets work since it wasn't shown on the ticket on the bag when I picked up the first part of the order, and had to argue the fact. I do not appreciate being treated as if I'm trying to rob a multi-million dollar company the price of a bagel with extra cream cheese after dropping over $20 on a subpar dining experience. The cashier was kind courteous, but the young man preparing the food could use a few lessons on customer service. A woman I purport to be either the manager or shift lead interjected to offer to prepare the item herself, as I went to get my receipt and the items from the table in frustration over a single bagel which was the bulk of my meal. She did offer a comped dollar item, which I declined, as had I wanted a donut I would have ordered myself one. I had run .5 mile to catch a bus and surely didn't look like I have funds to spare, but feeling like I'm being profiled by my appearance over a BAGEL was offensive and insulting. Having worked in many areas of customer service jobs, in hospitality, retail, and worked dealing with people closely in all my jobs, I can say with certainty that was a paltry example of "customer service". I highly doubt I will be giving this Dunkin' another chance. As stated earlier I am empathetic to confusion in the kitchen or other issues which may arise from availability etc., but less than amenable service in the form of how you talk to and show respect to your customers is a big no-no for me. This is absolutely the WORST service I've ever gotten from anywhere. The first time I went through this drive-thru, they not only were rude on the microphone, but when I went to the window, nothing was right. Which I kindly accepted and just asked them to add the blueberry crisp syrup to my drink, she said "I'm not remaking it I already made it" and gave me an squinty look. She finally gave it to me with no whip cream and no sweeter and it tasted like dirt water. HOWEVER, since it was the only one close to me I went again today. Did not get the same girl, but was told to move my car up by the door and wait for my drink. Which was fine. Until I waited for over 10 minutes for it in a small parking lot getting beeped at (the only available parking space was handicapped = $250 fine for parking there). Then she finally comes out and hands me my drink. With no straw. I ask her for one and wait over 5 minutes still getting beeped at until I see her back inside laughing with employees forgetting about it. Moral of the story: The employees here suck ass. read more

I went through the drive thru like I do once a week. Not for anything but at least 70% of the time (rough estimate) they get my order wrong. They forget items I order, I get the wrong sandwich sometimes, wrong size drink, etc. It's very annoying and frustrating. Whenever I bring up that my order was wrong they do end up giving me my items. Honestly though, with how many times they have gotten my order wrong, you would think they would give something extra. Nothing huge but like 10% off of my next order, just something. As for the staff, some of them are nice, some of them have no personality, but they still do their jobs (when they're not getting my order wrong). I'm giving this Dunkin a straight C. I find myself wondering WHY do they throw a donut with frosting into the bag so that the frosting sticks to the bottom of the bag when you take it out and then I'm left with 1/2 or no frosting on the donut. There's a gentlemen there who works the window and never says "good morning" or any kind of greeting for that matter. He's doesn't really give any customer service at the window at all. Worst experience ever! The girl didn't put caramel in my latte so I politely told her it didn't have caramel. Which was her fault since she took my order wrong. The bottle of caramel was empty but instead of switching them out her lazy ass just used the old empty bottle so my drink still didn't taste like caramel. I asked for a refund and apparently couldn't get one because there wasn't a manager on duty. All she could do was remake it. She was clearly irritated and mad she had to do her job and was really rude about it. I got my drink "remade" for the second time but all she did was dump some out and add even more caramel so I got a warm caramel milk instead of an iced caramel latte because she put so much caramel there wasn't any coffee taste at this point.
