What an amazing discovery! I was in the Island Park area and wanted a quick and light lunch! Savour Coffee popped up in my mind! It is on my radar screen for more than a year! It is located between Clam Bake and Koko Chicken 92 in the same strip mall! As I walked in, I noticed that ambiance very eclectic and inviting. There are numbers of tables and chairs. You can see the Savour Catering Kitchen Area and today, they are busy preparing their catering orders. There are chess boards, books on the long tables. The atmosphere is quiet and I sensed you can do some remote work while sipping your coffee here! I have the Beck Sandwich. The egg was fluffy and tasty, bacon was cooked well and crispy, cheese melted and with a little mango chutney on a Kaiser roll. A very savory sandwich! My reaction is to order another one or have a second but maintained my control! If you add a little fresh fruits like grape, strawberry, melons, this is a 5 stars plate! With a small, iced Savour signature latte, made with Espresso, White chocolate, Raspberry, Macadamia nut, and Milk, this make a delightful lunch! They have many local roasted coffees as well! Love the signature drinks here and the friendly service. Whoever creates their signature drinks is a true coffee mixologist! So far I have tried iced Savour Sig and Amaretto Dark signature lattes. Savour's espresso has a rich and full bodied flavor that makes every drink taste great. So far the Amaretto Dark latte is my favorite, with its smooth almond, chocolate, and vanilla flavors. I ordered coffee online and it was ready on time. I took my drinks to go, but there is some indoor and outdoor seating available, as well as WiFi. I think the complimentary fruit infused water available by the counter is a nice touch. I haven't tried any of Savour's food items yet, but they have a good array of both sweet and savory breakfast options. I'll be back to check them out. read more

I went for an early morning run and decided to treat myself to an iced coffee. I ended up adding a breakfast sandwich because they sounded so good! It was a little hard to spot in the strip mall, but the ambiance inside was lovely, and if I didn't have somewhere to be, I would have sat and relaxed for a little bit. Came here on a Saturday morning around 9, there was only one barista. There was no line but a few other patrons. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Took almost 25 minutes... not sure why you'd only have 1 barista. If someone called out - tell us! But if this was the plan, it doesn't make any sense. Got a Vietnamese coffee w/ 3 shots of espresso and it was delicious. And got a Taro Latte which was really pretty purple and tasty but more like bubble tea. For sandwiches we got the BRek's which had brisket- they were good and the bread was nicely toasted. Savour coffee serves waffle house food; whaaaaaat?! Well, not exactly. Either way, this petite bowl had a good balance of sweet and salty. Sweet from the French toast pieces and salty from the bacon, ham, and egg. To wash it all down I had a melon milk tea. Which for you food connoisseurs...melon and bacon...delish! Service: in the style of go up and order. Everything gets freshly made and then you go up and pick it up. Hence the 3 stars. I ended up getting one of their seasonal drinks. The flavor was good and not very sweet. My friend got on of the caffine charged drinks and love it. The atmosphere here is simple but cute. The gentleman who served us was helpful and friendly. This place is walk up counter service, so there wasn't an actual server. The menu is pretty small, and there are a few additional items for purchase on the counter. My friend had the taro coffee and I had the Basic (pumpkin spice) coffee. My friend said that hers was OK, but mine was absolutely amazing. I would definitely come here again for that coffee. My friend had the sandwich with the Italian sausage, which she enjoyed. I really loved my sandwich, which was the one with brie, apple, and ham. My only wish was that the sandwiches had come with something else on the plate - chips, maybe some grapes, just something as a little garnish for an extra little something - not just a sandwich on a plate. But overall it was a good experience, the food was tasty, and I will be back to try more! read more

I have had savour on my list to try for a few months and I finally made it in this morning! I didn't realize they share a space with their catering company but this must be why the food is SO good. The inside is very eclectic and inviting. They have plenty of seating and the atmosphere was pretty quiet. I could see this being a good spot to work remote! The barista was very happy to answer all of my questions as I had never been there and wanted to know what everything was and what was good. He recommended the Beck sandwich and I'm so glad I tried it. The egg was so fluffy and flavorful, unlike a lot of coffee shop sandwiches (it tasted real and fresh). The bacon was cooked well, the cheese was melted and creamy and the mango chutney gave it just a hint of sweet that made this sandwich savory. I wish I had got two of them! I also grabbed their punch refresher for the little man without the caffeine, the pumpkin spice latte and the caramel macchiato. We loved our drink options. Overall not a bad price either. I paid around $24 with a tip! I will definitely be back as there isn't a great coffee spot like this in the area. They have locally roasted coffee as a bonus! Their sandwiches are delicious but a little of a ding on consistency on the days they are good the yummy. The counter person was extremely friendly and apologetic but could have benefited greatly if a manager were in the building. This place has a great vibe and the catering side looks amazing.
