For sone reason, only THIS Dunkins offers soft serve vanilla ice cream cones! I tried the cone 2 weeks ago and I loved it! I had to go to Job Lot to get bird food , which they were out of , and ended up picking up some things and then waited 30 minutes in line . Horrible. So when I got back in the hot car, I decided I wanted something cool to drink . It was a very hot day and they had this big banner announcing that they now offer it in a cone, cup, or some kind of candy mixed in . So I ordered the cone thinking it would be like McDonald's or any fast food restaurant that offers soft serve . Was I wrong! It's more like a frozen custard- super cold and really tasty. It was better than most soft serve ice cream!! And at $1.59 a cone, a good deal. I was really happy and told all my friends. Then I wanted another one and stopped at 4-5 different locations and they all looked at he like I was crazy. " Umm, no we don't serve ice cream". Since there is a Dunkin every few miles, I started looking for the same banner - nothing. Very disappointing. So today, when it hit 89 degrees, I got in the car, drove 18 minutes north and got another cone. Still great! I asked the drive through why only they served ice cream and she smiled and said " We don't know". So I will keep searching for a closer place but in the interim- this is the place!!! read more

Horrible attitude. Whoever the girl was at cashier at 7.20am Friday 28 June - is the worst cashier I have met. I gave her an exact change along with $20 so that she would give me $10 bill back (as I really hate to break the bills as they get spent easily & make the wallet bulge). But she gave me 10 $1 bills. When I requested again she just ignored intentionally. Such a idiotic attitude to start your morning. BTW, i would really like to have my hash browns not burnt and not into 3-4 pieces. (NB: On my receipt, the address is listed as "10 Commercial Street," but I think store #347500 is this one, currently listed on Yelp as being at 30 Commercial Street. This is the Dunkin' Donuts in a little complex with another restaurant and an artist studio and some other things, and is right next door to a hardware store.) This Dunkin' Donuts surprised me in so many ways. Its staff was courteous and prompt, yet patient. There were round bistro tables, several big soft armchairs and a fireplace and a huge TV - the trend in luxury accoutrements at certain DDs is a positive one, in my book. Sure, they were watching soap operas (not my cup of, uh, cappuccino), but I'm sure that's not all they watch. Speaking of cappuccino, there was plenty of foam, steamed milk, and espresso to keep me happy at a Dunkin' level. The Coffee Coolatta was not as icy (thus easier to drink) as other Coolattas we've drank. Compared to many similar coffee shops (indie shops, other DDs, Starbucks, Peet's, etc), this Dunkin' Donuts stands out in my mind as a pleasant, laid-back experience. read more

One of my favorite Dunkin locations. Always clean, great donut selection, never seem to be out of the drinks I get, and the service is absolutely fantastic! When you are a regular here the employees know your order and and super friendly. I love coming to this location because I know they'll get my orders right every time! Drive-thru can be slow sometimes, and I prefer to order inside or use the app for on-the-go mobile ordering. read more

After attempting to visit Honey Dew Donuts to be unanswered at the drive thru window. I popped over here to get food and to see if this location has improved. First impression, not good. The back exterior "Dunkin Donuts" sign has flung off and the one at the end of the drive thru is about ready to do so. This is Massachusetts, and their are high winds in the area right now, so DON'T use those signs, or MAKE SURE they are stable. The Foxborough location could have a lawsuit under their hands if that hurt someone in the parking lot, or a car in the nearby drive thru. So I get to the drive thru. First impression there is good. They got a new speaker. The people working inside sound SO much clearer!! Plus, they had everything I wanted to order (which Honey Dew didn't). In closing, it was a much better experience than in the past, +2 star. I'm still sort of mad about my order errors and change errors in the past (how many time do employees give you SO much wrong change? And why pay back over four dollars in change to me, and get wrong the amount. Dumb people with math........ It seems to be getting increasingly better though. 4 stars. read more

I think the need some more training on making a coolatta. Every time we get a coffee coolatta, it is different. Sometimes way too strong with coffee and not hardly frozen at all. Other times it's more 90% ice and 10% coffee. Today's is more like an ice coffee. In fact, I haven't gotten hardly any of the icy bits that I should get from it being frozen. I think it's time for this location to retrain their staff so that everyone is making these the same way. read more

You won't find a better run DD location in the Commonwealth. Not the closest to us, but beyond a doubt worth a few extra miles. Consistently outstanding service, whether it's 3 in the morning, 8am, or 8pm !! Hot coffee is always hot, products always fresh, and you're going to think you are their best customer... disrespectful, unkind and unprofessional. went in to get a drink fixed and the man working was giving me attitude. i got a peach refresher but it had too much green tea, so i asked for more peach. he told me that's the way it was supposed to be made, and yelled at me. told me he couldn't fix it because that's the way it was supposed to be. that's like not fixing a coffee because they asked for no sugar and you put sugar in. "tHaTs ThE wAy iTs SuPpOsEd tO bE mAdE" and i'm asking for it to be made a different way. never going here again. never had a problem before this, usually very polite and excellent customer service. another lady who was inside with me was getting treated the same way asking for her coffee remade. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is one of the busiest I have ever seen. Despite that they keep you moving as fast as they can. I have been going to this one since it opened up (and before when it was in Shell next door). The staff is always friendly and helpful. The one thing I notice is the customers always right even when they are not. That is great customer service considering the amount of business they do.....Do they make mistakes yes but they are quick to correct them...every one in the world makes mistakes so people chill out on the error reporting. I know if I had to keep hustling and had to remember orders I would definitely screw up a few orders. Keep up the good work and don't let the negative people of the world get you down. read more

I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff is always friendly. I usually purchase coffee here each morning or my husband does as our daughter attends school in Foxboro. The coffee here is terrible lately. It has a burned taste and whrn it doesn't taste burned, it has a watered down taste for the iced coffee. The corporate office doesn't care and the owner emails you an apology without offering to replces at least 2 of the coffees. Bad business. This is why corporate America takes advantage of consumers. They sell us a load of crap for a premium price tag. read more

This particular Dunkin never seems to have a variety of donuts past 10am. I'm not too fond of the staff working the drive thru either. When you're at the window waiting for someone to take your order, you can hear them talking and laughing over the mic, while you wait. This happens quite often actually. When you get to the window, I have to sometimes also repeat my order cause it seems they are confused on which order I am. Not sure if their system is just messed up or the staff is just confused or goofing off so much they aren't doing their job correctly. The only reason why I still go to this particular Dunkin is due to the fact that it is right around the corner from my house and the only one near me with a drive thru. read more

Love this Dunkin. Used to come here before going to work and they'd give you the styrofoam cups without asking if you need one for your ice coffee. They're friendly and always get the order right! Sometime the long lines (like before the schools start) are bad, but go inside versus going through the drive-thru! read more

This Dunkin donuts location has gone down hill over the past few months. Being two minutes from my house, it is always the Dunkin I go to. Lately, they've messed up my coffee every. single. time. It is for medical reasons that it's currently imperative that I drink DECAF coffee. On so many occasions I've received my coffee unmarked or marked without the decaf option checked. I make it very clear when ordering, they repeat it back to me correctly, and then still mess it up. I'm baffled at how many times this same problem has happened. I used to love visiting this location, as the drive thru generally moves quickly. But hopefully their staff improves soon as decaf vs. regular, though a small difference to the barista, makes a BIG difference in the health of the customer. read more

You'd think that location of this Dunkin Donuts should be perfect, but despite being located at the front end of a mostly-empty complex, its footprint is oddly configured so that the drive-through line passes through the middle of a narrow parking lot, so if you park in front it's a real pain to get out. And after your purchase, turning back into the parking lot requires negotiating a honking big blind spot on your left, so drive carefully! read more

I come here most mornings before work and more than not they don't put sugar in my coffee. It's always written on the cup (2 Splenda) BUT it is rarely ever actually in my coffee. It's pathetic that I have to carry Splenda in my car due to this. After this morning where they again forgot my sugar, I think I will be taking my business to the Dunkin off of Main st. read more
