these folks are usually super nice... but they get confused when I bring in my thermos to get filled with java. super convenient location.

Came from California to visit family and wanted to try the Dunkin Donuts here in Gastonia. Walked in two people working waited about 15 minutes at the counter to get help. Notice that some of the donuts have flies all over them very very gross would not eat here plus the donuts are dry and stale. read more

Clean & Great customer service! There was a lady in training on the register. The woman training her gave great assistance... not to mention the drive thru never looked backed up while I was here, so they will not hold up your commute. The only negative I have to say consists of how to get into their parking lot. When I turned off the highway, there is a sign that says no u turns, so I had to turn into the QT to make a U turn. Then you have to go to the second opening in the left in order to get to their parking lot. I cannot take a way stars for customer service because of the road. So over all I had a pleasant experience during my visit. read more

There is absolutely no consistency in this place. I never have my drink made the same way even if the same person makes it. I dont understand why it's so hard. I've given up on them, I find a drink i like and then I get what I order 1 out 10 times. Done. read more

We ordered the sausage egg and cheese combo and the tuna salad sandwich. We thought the tuna sandwich would be a croissant as shown in the menu pic, instead of a jaw-spraining-ly hard bagel. Tastes fine, though my jaw hurt after eating it. Did they make a mistake or did we just misunderstand the menu? read more

Stopped by on a road trip. Bathrooms were disgusting, employees could care less about customer service and the coffee tasted like it was brewed 12 hours ago. Terrible. read more

I stop at this drive-thru most mornings on my way to work. The service is always a shot in the dark...i could get quick, semi-friendly service, but it's more likely that I will receive poor service and a bad attitude. I usually put up with it because it's the only Dunkin between Cherryville and Charlotte --until the one near the Gastonia Mall opens. Soon I hope! Today was no different. The drive through line had about 5 cars and I could tell inside had about 4-5 people in line as well. I figured it would take a few minutes...and IT DID! My order: Large Iced Caramel Coffee w/Cream only - i repeated it twice at the speaker - I always have to repeat it twice because when they say it back they say, "with cream and sugar". No Sugar. My total was incorrect at the window. $6.00 not the usual $2.66 i pay. I didn't think anything of it, thinking it was the car before me and it hadn't switched yet. The guy in the window scanned my app and then asked me for $5.00 more dollars - I only had about a buck on the app - which is when i informed him that wasn't my order. He asked me again what I ordered. In brief, the following interaction took place: A young, 20-something girl, came to the window and asked what I ordered (again), scanned my card and gave me the remaining total. Not once was there an apology for the delay or incorrect order. I asked about the sign on their window that reads, "if this total is incorrect, please ask to see a manager". I did--turns out the girl with the attitude was the manager (oh joy). I proceeded to ask what that means for me if they screw up and why I should ask for a manager? She said, I'm the manager and your remaining total is$1.27. I said, I really don't think I should be paying for this coffee, as I've now sat here for a length of time and you messed up my order. Her response was, "I don't know how long you've been waiting, I was in the back making sandwiches". Also, to this point, the young man who took the order even stated, "it's my fault". He took the blame for messing up the order, and I was still the one to get the attitude from the "manager". Kudos to that young man for admitting he made a mistake. I was already running late for work (after being in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes - 5 cars), so I wasn't up for arguing. I gave my credit card and went on my way after telling her how awful experience was with her poor customer service skills (or lack thereof). I've worked in customer service (restaurants and hotels) for over 15 years...i don't expect a lot and can even overlook the fact someone doesn't want to smile or interact with me, if they can get my order correct and in a timely fashion, I will move on about my day. It was a $2.00 coffee..probably a cost to the store of about 25 cents or less. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer. If she would have simply apologized for the inconvenience, told me the coffee was on her, and invite me to return tomorrow for a better experience, this entire situation would have been different. To be honest, I didn't even need a free coffee - only an apology or a smile instead of an attitude. I'm not sure who the real manager or, better yet, owner of this location is, but they should start paying attention to their morning crew --service, efficiency, and attitudes. The location is great and could really do well, but the poor customer service is going to run it into the ground! read more

The location @ 321 North is in a word Horrible! The service, the attitudes, it's like we are interrupting their day and they can't be bothered to do their job! Our breakfast was served on burnt bread! They couldn't get the drink orders right , and the staff are very rude! read more

There was a line at this place of people waiting to order breakfast. Their hrs say they are open from 5 am - 10 am.

I work in a restaurant and normally never complain about much but it seems that Every time I stop at this particular location they have like 3 types of donuts. They never have anything my boyfriend and I want. I would understand once in a while, but we stop here 2 or 3 times a week and it's always the same thing! I'm so over it!! read more

Stopped here on the way to the airport from Asheville about 4:45 AM. Glad to find something open at this hour so we can get our coffee. Order two coffees at the drive thru, drive away and the coffee is COLD! Not warm, but cold. If we didn't have a flight to catch I would have gone back. read more

Definitely the worst customer service ever! Extremely rude employees that will literally roll their eyes at you if you make the simplest request. Their doughnut selection is always very limited by mid-afternoon & taste like they are several days old. I have called management several times but nothing changes. I won't be back! read more

Where to start...absolutely no customer service skills. Don't waste your time here and go to the one on New Hope beside auto bell. Didn't repeat my order back to me at the speaker. Didn't acknowledge me at the window. Saw someone getting an attitude with the customer in the drive thru behind me on her headset. Didn't put the details of my order on my receipt or my cup, so I'm assuming everything was right. Obviously more training is needed all the way from the managers down. Won't be bothering to come back to this location. read more

The place is absolutely filthy. Just on the counter by the registers there is dust and dirt all over on the back of cords, plugs and register. Service is extremely slow and they're not very friendly. Sanitation is 93.5% what does that tell you? read more
