There are 6 women behind the counter at Dunkins. It's 1pm on Sat. They get my order wrong almost 3, yes, 3 times. Bacon, egg wrap. I over hear one of the women say, bacon egg and cheese to another employee. I yell through the window, "No! bacon and egg, no cheese!!!! through the drive through window. A four year old could make that. The lady in her car waiting in her car for her order looks at me and says, "You go for it honey!" One women, (manager??) working inside walks over to where I was standing at the drive through window and says she has to shut the window. I smirk back at her, I SO wanted to say, "Sure honey, it must be hard not working when your hot." God I bit my tongue hard! I might add that they gave me a new bag every time they attempted to get my order right. read more

I left in rush this morning and forgot my wallet. Not realizing it til I've already stood in line n picked out my half dozen, the person helping me not only was rude but seemed angry at me for it. I ran out to double check my car and when I come back in, this sweet woman by the name of Tracie, was just kinda standing behind the person helping me, and she unexpectedly steps up to the register in front of everyone else, and pulls out her own personal debit card and pays for my donuts... Thats the first time I've ever had a Dunkin employee, PAY for my order, (I have had workers GIVE me some free donuts here and there, but the fact she paid, full price, I feel like makes the gesture even more genuine) and I could not have been more grateful...THANK YOU TRACY !! Keep being awesome ***NEW VISIT*** This was actually the second Dunkin I had gone too, after the first one didn't have any glazed donuts...This one didn't either, which was literally the main reason I even go to Dunkin.... HOWEVER...comma...The pretty lady working the counter, name was Emmy, possibly the manager, gave me a free glazed munchkin to try, which I prematurely dismissed as inadequate, as I have never been a real big fan of donut holes. So I got out to my car, tried it...and it tasted identical to the regular glazed, which is not usually the case, so I very jubilantly, walked back in to order 5 more of em, and this time it was a fella by the name of Malcolm, who helped me, and being towards the end of the day, noticed there was still an abundance of glazed munchkins left, and sure enough, on point with my other experiences, gave me 10 for the price of 5. I was picking up breakfast for my family with a mobile pickup order. I was the only person in the entire store. My order was not complete and I had to continue to ask for the rest of my items. They also did not have the donut I ordered and thought it was just ok to replace it not even with a similar donut. What really made me angry was I had ordered a medium hot chocolate and got a latte. This is the slowest and worst Dunkin. They never let people inside even though you can app order to pick up inside and the drive through takes 45 min with only 6 cars. Sometimes they are not even open when I order ahead on the app and arrive they're closed. Also expect at least one part of your order to be wrong. read more

First off, I go inside of the building WITH MY CHILDREN and there's loud provocative music playing at 7:30am. Secondly, the shorter lady with the glasses was extremely unprofessional, yelling at the customers in the lobby, cursing, and complaining about former customers to the newer ones. When we stopped in at 9 PM to redeem a free donut with purchase of a coffee coupon, we ended up getting three free donuts with our coffee. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful, and patient with our questions about donuts. Nothing special about the donuts, in my opinion, but the white chocolate latte was excellent, and I'd recommend it. This is a difficult Dunkin' to get to because of the traffic pattern, if you're getting there from I-85, so be advised it's not the easiest exit stop from the interstate. read more

This establishment has some of the worst employees, except a select few. It seems that people are almost always late for shifts it's been many times I've been here and it's only been the donut maker. She is the select few I mentioned. She probably is the hardest worker they have!! She bounces from front to drive-thru to pulling donuts! I honestly haven't given up on this place because of her! She has a smile that lights up the whole store. In the afternoon when the high school dismisses the students they all flock at this location. Parents pick kids up from this parking lot also which should be stopped. The high schoolers have no respect for the paying customers, AT ALL! I love this place! I've been a Starbucks fan for years but recently I started going to my local Duncan Donut and I'm hooked! The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is inviting and the coffee is outstanding. It's one of the best kept secrets. Now rather than paying a fortune for bitter coffee I get great coffee at a great price. read more

I generally am happy with this location, but it seems to depend on who is working and how many of them are there when they open. I come every weekday and I get there very early and always put my mobile order in 15-20 mins before I get there because I order midnight blend and I know they don't make it automatically and I want to give them time to do so. When there are only one or two employees half the time I get regular coffee instead of the midnight blend (I guess they think I can't tell the difference), but if there are 2+ employees there to open I almost always get the correct order. It's frustrating to never know whether I'm getting what I paid for or not and when it's right it's soooo good! I'd also like to mention that the staff is very friendly and I've never had an issue with any of them, just the coffee sometimes. It seems to me like if they were staffed properly in the mornings it would help solve most of the problems. read more

Terrible and unprofessional people the work at this location. My drive-thru order was more than 15 minutes late in 95 degree weather. I came in to inquire and was told the machine was broken. The staff was rude and one of the girls tried to physically attack me behind the counter. Another employee wore 4 gold chains around his neck and looked like he was in a rap video. This place is certified ghetto and management needs to find new staff. I escalated my grievance to the MA and NC DOJ because no other person should be threatened with physical violence by employees.
