I told the associate on the register that there where flys in and on the donuts he told the manger and all she did was say OK, wow this is crazy it's like she didn't give a crap at all that there where FLYS in the food that people eat she's not eating it so it doesn't even matter, and this is besides the service in here is TRASH, they need to train there mangers and employees how to talk, will never go there and I don't suggest it for my enemies let alone my friends read more

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Every time I go there I have to go back to have my order remade. Sometimes even a 3rd revisit. I would suggest choosing a different location if you want your order to be right. Most of the time the staff is friendly, but they could definitely using a new training course on how to get people's orders right!!! read more

Went to Dunkin with my friends looking forward to their usual great coffee. They messed up the order, it was sour and watered down. So we called them and they told us to come back and when we got there they seemed very annoyed and not willing to remake the coffee, but they did. The second round of coffee looked better but tasted worse. This one tasted like dirty water and had very little ice. We are very unpleased with the service and quality. read more

This is a solid DD option. It's never that crowded, has plentiful seating, and a good wifi connection. If they turn on their weird-looking but nicely warming stove-ish-heater, it's the perfect spot for a chilly day. Food is okay and they have a decent rotating selection of donuts, but the real attraction is the solid coffee. Avoid the espresso drinks though--they're worse than even McCafe. read more

The donuts are standard. You pretty much get what you expect on that front. It's everything else that seems to be a problem, and that begins with an apparent lack of understanding basic English at this location. I ordered a dozen glazed donuts, 2 small strawberry banana smoothies, 3 hashbrowns, a ham-egg-cheese English muffin, and a steak-egg-cheese bagel. We had to repeat the entire order 3 times, and we had to correct the size of smoothie and the number of hashbrowns twice when the order was read back to us. They also kept reading back "assorted" donuts when I'd clearly said "glazed" 4 times. We pulled around to the window and received 2 large smoothies and only 2 hashbrowns. I looked at my receipt. Indeed, they had entered the order incorrectly after all that. The biggest disappointment was the canned cat food appearance of the "steak" on the steak-egg-cheese bagel....and worse, it TASTED like it looked and smelled. It was totally inedible, but my backyard chickens got a fun treat. The hashbrowns were grease-soaked and soggy. The smoothie couldn't be drawn up through the straw. Happy 39th birthday to me, and sayonara $30 and change. If I'd had time, I would have marched in there and implored them to make things right, but I didn't have time or the patience to be nice, so I came to Yelp! instead. read more

I have not tried the other sandwiches and specialty coffees but for the basic coffee and glazed donuts come here. You can find coupons on the APP and earn reward points. They are friendly and the drive through line moves quickly. Fill out a survey and get a free donut or beverage the next time. read more

This can be verified by staff, which I am sure they will be honest when they are dispositioned in the civil law suit I plan to litigate, unless the manager is fired. Yesterday, Sunday morning, August 22nd, at approximately 0830 in the am, I was involved with a public dispute with the manager over her improperly wearing her mask. As the confrontation became heated, she eventually degraded herself by yelling at me in public, in front of patrons and staff alike, to get my "white cracker ass" out of her store. Several times. The irony of this story, is that when I entered the store, I hadn't realized I wasn't wearing my mask properly either, and staff asked me to comply. Being a retired, 100% disabled Navy man, I did what I was asked, without incident. The manager, who was wearing the mask the same way when I had entered, refused to comply with the store's (and might I add, current public health code) own mask mandate because her mask was "too small". Not sure why she felt she couldn't get a hold of a bigger mask, but that point is moot now. She is a PUBLIC racist, the incident happening right in the store, in front of customers. Fire her or I sue. read more

I have never been to a dunkin donut and will NEVER go again. I pull up to the drive through and ask for 3 dz. donuts when a voice comes back with "WHAT"?! She explains to me that I needed to call before and place an order for that many donuts. I told her never mind that I should have gone to GIBSON'S DONUTS. They have excellent service and you can buy 12 dz. donuts with no hassle. She said that she could do it this one time but in the future to call. This place will not be in business long. read more

While I love the convenience of having a Dunkin Donuts near my house and it has a drive through, I am usually disappointed when I go here. They have been out of everything bagels nearly every time I have gone, no matter what time of day it is and often serve bagels that aren't fully cooked and/or fully toasted. The staff is very nice and always makes an effort to correct the order best they can, which counts for nearly 3 stars in my opinion, but it shouldn't take 20 mins and 3 order corrections to get two bagels and coffees right when they are only 2 people in line. Today's experience was the most disappointing so far, my everything bagel came to me by way of a friend this morning with two bottoms and no top. Big Bummer. :( read more

I only go here because it's on my way to work. The people in the drive thru are not friendly, no matter who is working. Dunkin Donuts on Winchester is great and you hear thank you every once in awhile. Anyway, I do hope that it will be a more pleasant place in the future. read more

I've been going to this dunkin for almost four years. My orders are only wrong when a newbie is taking my order. My biggest complaint is the creepy guy who works next door at Oreck. He literally sits and stares at people inside DD every time I'm there. The manager told me that he purposely sits his chair to stare at people. We've flipped him off and told him to stop because he comes off as a creepy pervert. He drives the orange Chevy Avalanche that's parked in the parking lot. What a perve!!! read more

If there were 10 minus stars that would not be enough. If they prepare something don't expect to get what you ordered or if you get it, it will not be prepared right! They turn coolatta into flavored water! They can't bake bagels. If you want a chocolate donut be ready to be surprised. As a former dunkin franchisee I am surprised their doors are open but we are in TN where people are overly polite and don't know what to expect from a great franchise.......I wrote part of this review months ago and didn't post it. I gave up ordering coolattas and found McDonald's makes a good ( ICY!!!!!) mocha frappe. One day my husband wanted to stop at DD and get their version of a bagel since bagels are not exactly memphis fare I said alright but of course I was was once again disappointed they were under proofed and disgusting plus toasted black!!!! OMG! A few weeks went by and my husband stopped for a coffee and a muffin and ordered a muffin for me. His was fresh and according to him delicious, mine was stale and like a rock! Today ( about 3 months latter) we stopped with the hope of a delicious pumpkin muffin. Again they were stale and like rocks plus his coffee was cold, and I decided to finish my review! My husband is more tolerate of bad service/food because of years in the business and he thinks things improve. I asked him how often he stops at this store and his reply was 3 times a week. "How often is your order right? " His reply half the time. OMG he is too tolerant! Please serve fresh product prepared correctly you are giving a great franchise a very bad image! read more
