Slow service. Cannot get orders for coffee or sandwiches as ordered. Unfriendly staff.

Had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through all I had was a regular coffee, cream and sugar and a doughnut and when I got to the window, got my donut and coffee I drove off only to find out they didn't put cream in my coffee. The service here is absolutely terrible. You have to wait at least 8-10 minutes to have them take your order. Once they decide to take your order, get ready to repeat what you want about 3 times. I went with five friends and not a single one of us was happy with our coffee. Had to repeat my order multiple times and she still got it wrong. Don't waste your money or time here. You're better off brewing from a puddle in the street than paying for this service and quality. Wasted my money for the last time. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I've never heard anyone say anything good about this lady ever, and there's a reason there's such high turnover. Overpriced drinks and lousy service! The drinks are usually watered down or the staff doesn't know how to properly make the items. Almost $5.00 for a large drink that consists of sugar, carbonated water and syrup is highway robbery! The turn around of workers here is insane. This store can't keep an employee over a month. The management is nonexistent. There is no consistency. I will be charged different amounts on different days. I will do myself and family a favor and stop going here. Roaches. Everywhere. Crawling in and out of the chair molding, the wet wallpaper, the ceiling. I've never, ever seen so many in my life in a restaurant - at 10am!!!! I will positively never go here again. The ceiling was dripping black mold. The roaches. The cobwebs gathering in the corners. I don't know why I keep going to this location.... their customer service is shit. No hello, welcome to dunkin... no telling me how much my order was.... i didnt get a sorry for the wait, which was 20 minites in the freaking drive thru!!! I didn't get asked if I wanted my receipt, let alone given one. They didn't put the little sticker on my cup of my order, either. Then they got the order wrong!!! And now I have no proof to fix it. Also, I drive a larger truck for work and they would not accommodate me at all during the end of the pandemic.... I couldn't fit through the drive thru and they weren't allowing inside orders unless it was ordered online..... which wasn't working. Over all, not a happy person right now. read more

This place seems to be operated by a team of very young people. I tried calling this store at least four times. No one answers the phone and the voice mailbox is full. So, I went in to order for a church function. Not one of the team members acknowledged me for several minutes. Some were mopping the floor, one was at the drive thru window, one was mixing coffee drinks and one was putting something in the oven. The person who eventually came to wait on me was surly and unpleasant. I would not recommend this store to anyone. read more

What a freaking mess this place is. Literally and figuratively. We've been here a few times and every time they are a mess. Yes, I've finally learned and I won't be back. I ordered a ham egg and cheese wrap (see photo) and first, the woman came from the back and literally tossed it on the counter and walked away, and second it had bacon NOT ham. The chocolate glazed donut was put in a teeny bag and so the chocolate ended up on the bag rather than the donut. The coffee was just okay when it's usual great at DD. The young man who ring us up was polite and friendly though so that was good, but I advise him to find a different job before this place ruins him too. read more

The family and I have been here several times since they've opened in Hampstead. We've been used the drive thru, take out, and dined in. It's a chain establishment and in my opinion, they're pretty much all the same. If it's donuts you're seeking, the earlier the better. The donuts are fresh that way. We're not typically picky when it comes to donuts, so I can say the donuts are pretty much always delicious. The sandwiches are typically hit or miss and the coffee goes well with the donuts. It is named Dunkin Donuts! Just like the sandwiches, customer service is hit or miss. Overall we've enjoyed our donut and coffee experience here. read more

Back in Boston there was a Dunks on every corner. Every one of them served perfect coffee, donuts, bagels, etc. HERE they do NOT. The coffee sucks, they never have a good selection of donuts and the bagels? Didn't think it was possible, but they are worse every time I've gone, which is about once a year for the past 4 years. Today was my last attempt. Bought an iced macchiato and 2 bagels. Typically the bagels are burned (without being toasted). The bagels today were these TINY little looking like they were purchased in the frozen section at the Piggly Wiggly. Seriously, the worst-looking and tasting bagels I've ever had in my entire life. I'm not sure what's going on here, but it's nothing to do with Dunkin Donuts. It's got to be management to allow such poor quality food. read more

I ordered as soon as I walked into the store. There was no one else waiting on coffee. Waited and waited as the drive thru customers came and went. When my latte came, it so bitter that I asked for another. The second one was about as bad but I was in a hurry by then and didn't complain. Lessons learned. Use the drive thru. Always taste before you leave the counter. Never stop when in a hurry. There were five workers behind the counter so I don't understand why the slow service. read more

One of the worst Dunkins I've been too. It seems like the 3 that I have been to in this area have been horrible. Extremley WEAK coffee. I order the iced dark roast with no cream or sugar and I can see right through it. Dunkin Donuts establishments that make it right make sure it is literally a DARK roast. Too bad you can not give negative stars!. This is the worst DD that ever was. They NEVER get an order right. they are so slow takes forever to get waited on... they serve burnt coffee .. the pumpkin coffee today taste like burnt coffee no flavor just burnt. They do not know what a filled and covered donuts are,,, instead served cake donuts,, which are nasty and went straight into the trash. I have only used the drive through about 5 times. Granted the coffee is a bit weaker, but is much better than McD's. There egg white breakfast flatbread is wonderful. Any employee that I came in contact with were very friendly. As far as the cleanliness goes, I have never been inside. read more

Nice people, clean store but the coffee is weak. Three out of four times have been pretty disappointing. Food is decent.

We frequent the location in Porters Neck regularly so I downloaded the app. In a hurry, today I used the app to save time. I placed my order at 745. I arrived about 755 and was told they did t have my order. No one came to give me any explanation but I noticed my coffees on the counter about 805. I looked at the ticket and it said it came in at 801. I continued to wait and at 825, I was finally acknowledged after all other before and after me had been served. I was asked what I was waiting for. I explained to still had not gotten my order. The employees kept bickering about my order had not come in although my receipt was on my phone as well as the paper receipt that was on the counter. I asked to cancel the order because at this time it had already been 25 minutes since they received my order and longer since I placed it and arrived. I was told no, it would be right up. After a few minutes I get my food. It was not heated well at all. Cheese was still cold. I was offered free donuts. Not at all helpful since I ordered 2 turkey sausage type wraps to try to stay on the healthier side. Will not go back again. I've been to this Dunkin since the day it opened. I was happy to have a local one finally!! However, the past few months they have really been slacking service wise. I was a patron for 13 months. the management changes every few months. It was ok for a while because I was excited to have a DD so close. One of the last times I was there I think the guy at the window just wanted to get people out of there. I'm not sure he cared what he gave me. I know it was burnt and hard and old. Then the coffee is really weak. I don't think DD knows what a Barista is nor do they know what coffee is supposed to taste like. I order shots and they are weak(literally I can go home and go to sleep). After visiting for 6 days(6 days straight) and told every day for 6 days that their espresso machine was broken, I quit. I drove 2 more miles and started going to Starbucks. I'm happy now. no more DD for me ever. read more

This could be the worst fast food restaurant in North America. Their latte machine is infinitely broken - I mean coffee is your number one job! The staff turns over faster than I change undies (daily) and they never - ever - get your order right. Today was an especially fun day, I ordered a Ham egg and cheese on a plain bagel, and orange juice and a caramel latte. Well shockingly the latte machine was broken - again, and despite my receipt being correct I was surprised to see I got 2 filled donuts instead of my sandwich. But hey - at least they got the bottled OJ right. My fault I guess for going back knowing what horrors always await me when I visit this DD. It's like Russian roulette when you come to this place. Heck sometimes they don't even open on time. Apparently management could care less either because nothing is ever done about it despite numerous complaints. I never visit the inside for fear of a respiratory disease from the mold, or perhaps being pick-pocketed by the roaches. I'm a slow learner I guess, but I have finally decided not to punish myself further by giving them any more of my money in exchange for the worst way I could ever imagine starting my day. read more
