We ordered two regular subs for dinner. We waited several minutes, an employee came over to us and handed us our subs. We drove home and realized they gave us the wrong sandwiches. We drove back to the store. Upon entering the store, another employee said directly to us, "you took the wrong steps!" I responded well I was actually given these subs. There was no apology for handing us the wrong subs. In fact, she told us to listen more closely for our name! Secondly, the store and employees should have taken responsibility for the mistake. Instead, she placed the responsibility on the customer. We ordered on the evening of Thursday, July 2, 2026. It was a discouraging experience as a customer.
