Yet, the ambience inside has a cozy and inviting home presence with a comfortable leather couch, festive home decor & furniture, and friendly staff. Jesalyn, our server, was very amicable, calm, professional, and recommended the Winter Wonderland seasonal coffee with chocolate & hazelnut flavors. We both ordered it and spent about two hours there. Service was efficient yet peaceful even when there was a flow of traffic after we were served. Time flew fast there and yet the environment always maintained a sense of serenity despite the flow of people coming in the coffeehouse. There are different vendors with many items to select for purchase from art to accessories. The colorful bags with the smiley faces promoting mental health awareness caught my eye at one of the vendor areas there. I love that the coffeehouse is veteran owned, decorated for Christmas, and has an eclectic mix of handmade items and local art pieces. This is definitely a local business & coffeehouse to visit again in the future.

From leather sofas, cute table sets, meeting rooms, and Christmas decor, you get a real sense of peace and comfort. The seasonal coffee with chocolate undertones was a delight and was what I needed from such a long drive. We spent over two hours here taking photos and seeing family. The staff here are welcoming and so generous. The business supports Veterans and offers military discounts! Can't wait to meet Eric, the owner someday to thank him for his service and as a fire fighter. True American hero. Jesalyn, served us our coffee and assisted with all sorts of keto friendly options such as sugar free flavored syrups. Delicious! I suggested to have old Christmas favorites playing on the television such as Miracle on 34th Street or It's a Wonderful Life, the. I would have asked for a job and never left. The business supports local venders and community by selling a variety of favorites such as cute smiley face hand bags, jam, mugs, art work, photos, cards, and other gifts. Suggest stopping in for a coffee or setting up your workspace and sitting for a while.

We started with the Bori bori coffee, a mixed fruit smoothie, guava pastry, cheese and guava pastry and a cookie. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. We asked for our pastries to be warmed up because we like them like that. They were good and very fresh. I was hopping for more guava and that's the only reason I rated the place a 4. We are used to having our guava pastries full of guava, that when you take a bite it spills over on the sides! It is nice place to come in and have a coffee and pastry, they also have the lunch truck outside which is great because we have had their food and it's full of flavor. They had other Spanish pastries, so maybe on my next visit we will try them out!

They had to-go sandwiches, yogurt, parfait, hard boiled eggs as well as pastries, cookies (one type), frosted cake, maybe flan, coffee, and food from the Wilmiricans food truck. Placed my order for pastries, coffee, and Wilmiricans food with the cashier. I had a drip black coffee, (Puerto Rican coffee), which was very good, served in a petite teacup. I was disappointed they did not have nitro coffee because the machine was not working or something like that. From the food truck, ate the Cuban sandwich, which was excellent. The bread was so soft, meat was tender. It was served with crispy french fries. The sandwich was huge, couldn't finish all of it. I wish I could've had it for a delicious leftover sandwich the next day, but my toddler ate all of the bread and just left me with the filling. All of the pastries were good, especially when I warmed them up at home. They served them at room temperature on site. My favorite was the El Bori Pastelillo, a savory filling of ground meat and small pieces of white potato with a sweet glaze on the outside of the pastry. The other pastries I tried were called quesitos, danishes, and pastelillitos, according to the receipt. The quesitos had a sweet cream cheese filling. One of the danishes, I'm assuming, was like a doughnut with several layers, drizzled with chocolate. I also liked the other danish that had a sweet icing with fresh fruit on top. Wish this place was closer so I could frequent more!

That original brand has since moved just half a mile down the road into a stunning new state-of-the-art space, leaving this spot to be completely reimagined into something fresh and inviting. The interior of Palomino Cafe & Cocina is bright, clean, and open, with a welcoming mix of tables and booth seating. Wood paneling adds warmth and charm, while light-colored decor gives the space an airy, modern feel--perfect for breakfast or lunch. There's a parking lot out front with plenty of parking. The menu offers a fantastic lineup of traditional and elevated Mexican dishes, with standout breakfast and lunch options. Guests can customize guisos caseros with eight different protein choices, served as plated meals or as tacos, burritos, or sopas. I ordered a cold brew coffee, which had excellent flavor. For breakfast, I chose the sandwich on sourdough bread, which comes with your choice of protein and cheese, plus an egg. I paired it with a stack of pancakes, and both were exceptional. The sandwich was delicious, and the pancakes had that perfect spongy texture--substantial but never soggy. I also highly recommend the tres leches pancake option--it's truly divine. On a previous visit, I came for lunch and had the quesabirrias, which remain one of my all-time favorite dishes. They're flavorful, perfectly crisped, and worth the trip alone. Nearly everything is made in-house, including their freshly squeezed juices, and it shows. Every item feels vibrant and thoughtfully prepared. The staff are friendly, welcoming, inviting, and very helpful. They clearly take pride in the restaurant and the experience they offer. Palomino Cafe & Cocina is a standout reinvention of a familiar space, offering fresh, flavorful Mexican cuisine and warm hospitality in a beautiful new setting.
