I continue to be not super impressed with this Dunkin. There are some pros. The seating area is kept pretty clean, the WiFi is strong and it's a good place to sit and do some work for the most part. I will say, the classic rock that was playing was a bop. Service seems a bit slow sometimes even when they're not super busy. Most annoyingly, they print order numbers on the tickets and food, but don't make any effort to call out orders by numbers, instead stumbling over the product names- also, they make no effort to group items in orders together, and the pickup space is super tiny and fills up fast. I was camped out here for a good stretch of time one day, but eventually had to leave because one of the convenience store workers was having an emotional meltdown. This is really more like a highway roadstop with workers popping in and out and not really geared towards people hanging out for long swaths of time. Regardless, in lieu of actual coffee shops in the area it works in a pinch to get an internet signal. read more

The bathroom in this location is one of the most disgusting I have ever seen. Toilet paper all over the floor, not even on the roll, and a dirty sink. We are still in a pandemic here, people, and your bathroom is this outrageously nasty? I would have taken a photo and posted it, but I didn't. It is a mixed bag with my review. I love that they are open 24/7, especially with the hours that I work during the summer. The service is hit or miss. Tonight when I went there was one employee and while she was nice you could tell she was extremely frazzled. She was trying to run the drive thru and rhe store front. As I was placing my order in the drive-thru, the speaker was cutting in and out and it was creating even more problems as she couldn't hear me and the frustration was becoming higher. Half of my order was wrong but I don't know if that was because of the speaker or the frustration. My order of four drinks and six donuts tools 25 minutes. I regularly visit D&D and generally I don't have to many issues. I'm new to this area and I've made over 5 stops at this location. Every-time I've used this location something is wrong or something not able to be made. Without being an a-hole I'll try to explain. First time stoping here was at 8:50pm and I had just checked their hours online which showed closing time 10pm. When I got there the time also said 10pm close. The drive through had orange cones in-front of it so I assumed the speaker system was down. I walked in and as I was approaching the woman behind the counter says we are closing and don't have anything available right now. I said dang, the internet search said close was at 10pm. She responded with well that's not right. I didn't care much seeing it was my first visit. So I went over to the convenient store portion check out for a soda. The gentleman working said sorry about them they never stay until they're supposed to. That really annoyed me that I couldn't order because the staff just felt like going home. Second time I was there around 5:30pm and I figured I'd get a sandwich and a coffee. As I was ordering in the drive through the woman stopped me and said we are cleaning the machines used for heating the sandwiches and they won't be back in business until tomorrow. This had to be a joke. Dinner time... busy line... and you're cleaning what would be used to sell food??? Third time... they actually had what I ordered. I get tho the window and as I'm trying to interact with the "girl" working their she just couldn't find the time to make eye contact to know I had a question due to the deep conversation with another employee. If miss blonde tattoo girl can, she should learn how to do her job. Forth time I was going through the drive through and it was so disorganized when I got to the window that I got handed the same drink twice by two different people. Please explain why you need 6 people working when you have no more then a few customers at a time? Is it so the (what seemed like children) working there could rotate smoke breaks?... every-time other then the first time someone's burning one out the back door... My entire order was messed up. I ordered an apple fritter heated up and a large carmel swirl ice coffee 5 and 5 with liquid sugar. I have never once had a problem ordering this anywhere I have traveled. My fritter was cold. And the only thing that was right in my coffee was the size and cream. There was no caramel swirl at all and it was not sweet. It tasted like just black coffee with cream. Very dissatisfied. read more

I am giving this five stars not because I love Dunkin' Donuts because let's be real, chain donuts are usually not five stars. However, the gas station that this is located in is something of a unicorn. Super clean, including the restrooms, happy employees, someone was actually outside cleaning up trash that had fallen on the ground in the parking lot. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place, there's also a subway and all of the usual conveniences here as well. read more

This place is getting worse. Today my husband brought home a medium iced mocha latte (swirl). It was full of ice, milk, no coffee,no mocha. It was disgusting to drink watered down milk. That's exactly what it was. After I removed most of the ice, there was only 1/2 cup of watered down milk. I just don't understand how you can get away with this. This Dunkin' Donuts is an easy access off rt 84 both ways and has a drive through. I've been there 3X in the past 2 weeks and wanted to write a review. My first 2 experiences, a young woman named Amanda, took my order and was very polite and courteous. Today I had an older Indian woman take my order. She was not polite nor courteous. I had to repeat my simple order of a Chai Tea and when I pulled to the window no one was there. Finally I saw a man pointing at me sitting in my car; he gave me the five minute hand gesture and she got up and made my tea. She was talking to someone - maybe on a blue tooth because there was no one behind me for her to speak on her head set, took my money, handed me my tea, didn't say thank you and kept on chatting. read more

60% of the time they manage to get our order wrong. No matter how simple the coffee order is. It's almost a joke to see what you'll get. Coffee gets weaker and weaker. I'd rather have the stronger McDonald's coffee from across the street for half the price. Donuts aren't very fresh. Sandwiches are pretty good. But the bagels are questionable at times. read more

Let me start by saying, that any Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to, they keep the decaf in the pot with the orange handle. So, when I went through the drive through I asked for three regular coffees. When I got to the window, I could see the woman sparingly put both the regular coffee (brown handle) and decaf(orange handle) into all three cups. When I asked her if it was decaf in the orange handled pot, she claimed it was regular coffee. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. If I'm right, customers aren't getting what they pay for. read more

I was headed to bong some beers with white chicks on the lake for 4th of July weekend. We thought it would be a good idea to stop here for food and coffee. The service was terrible. 40 minutes for a few breakfast sandwiches. The staff was rude and most customers were disgruntled. The bathroom had no paper towels, only hand driers. That's okay though, because you have 40 minutes to dry them before your food is ready. After the absurd wait, the order was wrong. We just left because the genesee was calling. When I got to the drive up window,I was greeted by an eldery Indian woman with rotten teeth,who greeted me ,and said no coffee? I think she was expecting me to drive away without examining the receipt. I thought 5.50 seemed expensive for 3 donuts and a hashbrown...after looking at my receipt,I saw the 3 donuts were 3.27 and the hashbrowns .99 cents totaling $4.52 with the tax. I asked the lady why she charged me $5.50 and she tried to act like it didn't happen I explained that she told me 5.50 and I paid 6.00 and that she was intentionally overcharging me ,thinking I wouldn't look or realize she tried to dent it,but it was very obvious to me read more
