The coffee was hot but taken from a carafe- not freshly brewed, so it also tasted old and flat. The servers were friendly enough and the prices were decent (despite the up charge) , $9.25 dollars for the 2 bagels and coffee. Probably not coming here again, going to look further around for a better bagel shop, I know they're hard to find in this area.

After a long interaction with the well-intended but poorly trained cashier, we moved over to wait for our drinks, only to be told after 14 minutes that he had rung it in incorrectly so they cancelled our order. She said we were overcharged by a whopping 34 cents, so she refunded the order and made us do it all over again when we would've much preferred to not lose the stop for our drinks in this completely stationary line. It's now been over 30 minutes. It would take less time to drive to the IGA, buy coffee beans, grind them, invent the coffee machine, and make yourself a cup of coffee.

The ham inside was deli sliced ham and was not diced up at all, just big pieces of ham. There were no onions. A western omelet nearly anywhere in the world is ham, onion, pepper. It was also way overcooked. I actually prefer my eggs cooked hard but this was literally black in spots. Did not come with a side and was priced near the same as other bagel places locally that do offer a side. That'll be my last attempt at coming here. I'm genuinely happy for everyone I know who loves this place and must get different food and service than I do, but I can't catch a break here.
