Terrible! I do not know where the hell to start!! Ok let's start with them not having the inside open because they don't want to "catch covid" and the line for the drive thru is out onto Route 6. So you have to wait on line for 40 mins to get your order that is always incorrect! My children and I love a donut as a fun treat. We were so excited about getting some as a treat. We pulled into the Dunkin' Donuts and waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes just to place our order. From the empty spots in the parking lot, it didn't make sense to wait so long. When our order finally came it was wrong and we had to go back and have it fixed. We ordered three chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. We received in chocolate donut and one jelly filled. When we received our updated order the three frosted donuts were thrown in a brown paper bag leaving the majority of the frosting on the bag instead of the donuts. While I love Dunkin' Donuts, I suggest finding another location to use as this one take forever. 15 minute wait to place an order and ten to wait for our order that was wrong is not acceptable. read more

Just stopped here for a large iced coffee. That's it. Drive thru boy didn't speak to us at all. We said thank you multiple times and nothing. Fucking creepy and awkward. Never stopping here again solely because of this experience... Worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Mornings are so slow and they can't make coffee how you order it. Manager sits out back smoking in plain sight of customers then goes in and makes your food. It's a shame it's the only one nearby. read more

I had a terrible experience at this store. My server was vaping while serving and when I reported it to the manager he didn't take it seriously. Also, this is the last store that is part of the NY tri-state area franchise. This means elevated prices compared with the Honesdale DD's. You'll get better prices and much better coffee down he street at Cocoon. read more

Absolutely terrible. I can name countless amounts of people who despise this place. The service sucks. The workers occasionally don't even make sense when they talk. Rarely do they get an order right. I've had 10+ bagels ordered with butter come with creme cheese. I've ordered iced coffees come as black large hot coffees. I've had more than one time where they don't include my hash browns where I stupidly drive off without them. On top of all of this, prices have climbed heights as they use their location to an absurd advantage. Do not go here if you can. Avoid and go to turkey hill. read more

Avoid this Dunkin Donuts and go next door to the Deli. The food and service at the deli is much better than DD. Last I heard they don't make the donuts here but get them shipped in from another location. I never seem to get decent food or they always screw up the order. Avoid if possible. read more

This was probably the worst experience at a Dunkin I have ever had. To start we waited 30+ mins in the drive thru only to not be given our bagels we ordered and paid for. When we went in to complain and get our bagels the lady with blonde hair and a braid (no glasses) was extremely rude. She was very unhelpful and her attitude was uncalled for and unprofessional. This franchise should be closed. Spotty product and horrible service. I've sat at the drive through on three separate occasions and been completely ignored until I just left. I wondered why the people ahead of me took so long to order and then realized they were leaving too. When you do manage to get served, you have about a 1 in 4 chance of your order being wrong. This place is not prepared or organized. I tend to avoid a drive through, so I go in the store. The lines inside are out the door. It took 15 minutes wait, just to get to the register - one register. Then I was greeted with "What do you want?", with a pointed finger. The staff seem to do what ever they want, there is a round robin of staff working at the register and serving food and such. If they were organized, each staff would know their job and do it well. They don't know and don't do it well. The two cups of coffee were correct. read more
