Website says that they are open at 5 am. They are not open at 5 am. The full menu is not available, because they have changed to Kosher. I have no problem with any religion, (please pray for me), but my menu choices should not be restricted by other people. Their online menu does not reflect this. I drove an hour and a half at very early morning hours only to have to wait and then not get a full breakfast. They need to update their website to show their true operating hours and to reflect that their online menu is false. read more

HORRIBLE EVERY DAMN TIME!!!! Drinks are great but service is AWFUL. Ever since this place went Kosher it's done downhill fast. 2 PM on a Tuesday 1 car and we wait for 20 minutes each time. The poor workers ( worker mostly) are flooded with orders every time. Also, they have an incredibly limited menu and are slacking lots of things. Today this very kind worker could not find my order and seemed to doubt I even placed it he then came back with my drink that I placed about 20 min ago 3/4 full. This place is terrible. First you can't get inside to order. That forces you to stay in a line that goes halfway around the driveway. Next they take so long on every order that you can easily wait 30 minutes to get to the window. Next they're nasty because they're clustered with the long wait. The car before me apparently was given the wrong order they ended up in an argument. This can easily be the customers fault. However when I pulled up to the window the employee started to complain to me about the previous driver. Really this is where we are at? You might be asking yourself why did I stay on the line? Easy I have a pregnant wife that wanted Dunkin at that moment. Overall this place is terrible. read more

i am beyond pissed. i sat here for ten minutes calling the phone number for this dunkin because i received my croissant maple bacon sandwich with RAW BACONNNN. are you serious. they won't pick up my calls but i will continue calling and i will get money back because for them to give me raw uncooked bacon with a cooked egg and not to mention the croissant was completely burnt to a crisp, it was falling off and i couldn't even eat it. 0 stars... read more

This Dunkin has fallen off the map. The service is horrible. I've given it two chance now since being bought by a new owner. I went this morning before dropping my son off. If I could give it none I would. The few times I've visited have all been horrible but this is the last time I'll stop there. Placed a mobile order for drinks, food and a dozen donuts. First they tried to give me someone else's order, then they only gave me one drink. I explained I had more items I ordered and they ended up giving me everything, except the dozen donuts were random instead of the ones I ordered. The donuts were stale, hash browns were stale. UPDATE: I added a picture on this page to show they have YET to change their signage regarding the almond milk. My mother went the there this morning and it still shows they don't charge for it. So really they should stop being lazy and change it or not charge for it. Also my mother continues to have to go there later and later for her coffee because no one is there early in the morning even though it says they're a 24 hour Dunkin. On top of this, this Dunkin has become a complete laughing stock on our town's Facebook page. Anyone who lives near this Dunkin knows there's better options. I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars. They are one of the closest Dunkin locations to me and are convenient in the morning when on my way to work but that's where the positives stop. They are inconsistent, are constantly messing up drinks, take forever to acknowledge you're at the drive through and are generally not very friendly. They are supposedly open 24 hours a day but for the past few weeks, they haven't been. Their signage says that almond milk is only to be charged for in espresso beverages not coffee. Recently, even though their signs still express what I previously stated, have begun charging for almond milk. This morning I was very excited to get my coffee as I had a free beverage coupon. As a loyal customer I have gotten plenty of those. This morning I didn't get a free beverage. I was charged .54 for almond milk. Last time I checked free meant free. At this point a large iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts costs me $3.77 which is well more than what Starbucks charges for a much better beverage. I used to get lattes from Dunkin which were $4.27 each which began to be outrageous for me which is why I switched to the iced coffees instead. Now Dunkin has been a disappointment enough that they've officially made me a Starbucks girl. I mean why would I pay more to get sub par drinks and sub par service at a higher price when I could get Starbucks? Update: 6/5, ALSO the sign there still says that they don't charge for almond milk in coffee beverages. I know someone that still regularly goes there and they think it's a load of poo too. If their sign says almond milk is free of charge in coffee beverages it should be free of charge. If they cared so much they should change their sign instead of spewing out their mouths that it's not and wasting the customers time with their nonsense. The cake cones were the only cones available and they were stale. The ice cream was freezer burnt. I m now afraid to get a cake there. The staff is wonderful: friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, six times in a row, "we are out of that." 3 times in a row, "We have no doughnuts." Isn't it Dunkin Donuts? How can you be out of doughnuts? 3 times in a row? The other 3 times were salted caramel hot chocolate, doughnuts, (yes, that makes 4 times out of 6), and the last was any kind of bread to make a breakfast sammich: croissant, English muffin, bagel, you name it. Each time I've tried to order the hash browns here they come out rock hard, nearly inedible. And almost every single time I've ordered a cold brew coffee it's absolutely disgusting compared to every other Dunkin I've ordered from. Went through the drive through this Saturday. What a disappointment. My kids enjoy the Boston Creme doughnuts. I attempted to order 12 but they only had 6. I ordered 6 various other types. 5 out of those 6 were rock hard stale. Hind site is always 2020. If and when I ever go back there I will open the box and check before I leave. How very sad. This place stinks. The staff is a joke (most of them). They are not focused on customer service. I will go out of my way to avoid this place. It seems like a trend for Dunks in Jackson. Most Dunkin's have the owner's info posted so you can call and complain directly, didn't see it anywhere. Is there a way to give -5 stars? This place is the worst and I am never coming back. Every time I've come here something gets screwed up. Today...wrong change. The kid 'forgot' to give me ten bucks change. Ok. Then all I wanted was a chicken biscuit sandwich. I asked if they had any biscuits left - to my luck, they had one. Usually they are out. Usually this Dunkin messes up my drink order .. today they didn't but I got onto the parkway before realizing they didn't give me a straw . I can't even tell you how many times this has Happened. If I could give it zero stars I would. The store advertises that it's open 24 hours. It hasn't been open for 24 hours for months. They frequently run out of things and you never know what you're gonna get when you order. The franchise should be taken away and given to someone who can manage it. Just got back from picking up breakfast and the whole experience was not good. We walked up to the counter and were not even greeted for a few minutes then finally a worker walked up and said that someone will be with you. There were at least five people behind the counter not sure why any one of them couldn't help us but ok. Another few minutes later someone (a shift lead) walked over and asked what we wanted. We ordered and waited about five minutes and then went to sit down. I took my sandwich out of the package and realized they didn't put the egg on it. I walked back up to the pick up counter and said excuse me. The "shift lead" turned and looked at me after the third time I said it and said what do you need? I told him my sandwich did not have an egg he just stared at me. I said it again and then the four people standing there all turned and looked at me he turned to one of them and said can you take care of this. She finally came over and asked what was wrong, so I said agin my sandwich does not have the egg. She took my sandwich to the back threw the (not warm) egg on it and said sorry it must have been rung up incorrectly. I was happy she apologized however I work in food service and know that you should never take food back from a customer that has crossed the counter because of contamination but at that point I just wanted to go!! Don't eat here!! Oh and on the way out we saw someone's boots on the counter so they also don't clean up the dining area. read more
