I will say they should cap the amount of people entering because it was extremely crowded with many families with large strollers that took up the narrow pathways. A lot of couples I noticed come and have a picnic here which was such a cute idea for future visits if in the area again.

It's much bigger than you'd think, and the different play areas/stations were nicely done. The owners and staff are all extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Would like more tracks. USA tracks only Laguna. Would be cool to add others, especially NE places like Watkins Glen, VIR, even NJMP The clock starts at start of time slot, and you use time getting set up. They should give you 5min to start getting set up Its a little pricey. Now again, they do have nice machines so I can understand that. But at this price level, they are competing with go karts, which many may prefer. I'm guessing that wait times here would be much better than at Supercharged though. Parking lot is reasonably large, and train station offers more parking. Seems like it may be a good place for kids parties given that it is in Westfield, but they may need to introduce some simpler games for that. I would say that this is better for older teenagers

We wanted to sit in the lobby, but there was trash at the fireplace. The lobby was unclean ie the couch, table, fireplace area. There was no coffee or cream in our room. It took 40 minutes for them to come up. They brought cream and sugar and no coffee. We called the front desk twice to rectify this issue. There was a phone in the room that did not work and no phone cord, which is a huge safety issue. There was yelling and slamming doors at 6am outside of our room in the hallway. There was also no body soap in the shower, when we showered this morning. We will not be returning, as this was another disappointing stay.

The food was excellent! The service was attentive but needed to be more accessible to the guests with their orders, and serving water. The person who brought these to the party also said they'd kept these in the fridge for quite a few hours before the part, so I was surprised as how moist they'd stayed in spite of the chill. I don't live in the area, but if I were in the mood for some dessert and passing through, Crowley's is probably the only place I would even consider for cupcakes.
