They can never get an order right and the drive thru takes for ever. Was better when they were under a different management.

Too bad I'm forced give one star. Bought two medium frapachinos with no foam extra full (we chatted about it, specifically). Discovered when I got to my car that they were barely over half full. Promptly went in to ask them to correct it and stated it felt fraudulent to offer that much less even WITH foam. Manager came and shrugged me off explaining that's what the machine allows them to give. No offer to correct it. At all. Asked for a refund. Stopped by here about a half an hour ago. I went through the drive-thru cuz I was going to order a latte for myself and half a dozen donuts for my family. Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and no one said anything, but the lights were on. I waited about 5 minutes more and no one said anything still; if there was a sign on the drive-thru speaker that it was out of order I would have went into the facility and made my purchase. We have stopped at this DD 3 times in the last month and all 3 visits they have delivered! They actually do light ice with a smile and we get the true size we order! Highly recommend!! read more

We stopped by this Dunkin donuts last night for an iced coffee after dinner on our way back to the hotel. What a mistake. I'm not sure where to start... Ok, I'll give the reason for 2 stars. It's because I had a VERY pleasant young guy wait on me for my coffee that couldn't be happier to serve and try to make you smile. Score 2 stars for great service! Now...how could he have been so happy?? He had flying bugs all around him. They were everywhere back there. What I noticed the most while waiting for my coffee was the millions, literally millions flying around the donuts. Going from one to another, sometimes sadly being stuck for life. Ewww. It was totally disgusting. The final straw? When my nice server came back to the counter and asked if I wanted a dozen donuts-FREE! Of course, I said no. No, thank you. Management is shit. Ashley? I think her name is always seems to be in a bad mood. She seems to be constantly harping on the staff and visual appears to feel she's too good to pitch in when things get overwhelming. I've frequented this location many times. There is a noticeable shift in the store staff mood when she is not present. Maybe rethink your management. I'll be taking my business to the Bourbonnais location in the meantime. read more

Whenever I'm travelling downstate on I-57 I make a point to stop here for a coffee. Very friendly staff. Good products. They have a drive-thru if you are in a hurry. It is also attached to a Speedway gas station if you want to stop in and take a break for a few minutes. read more

Everytime i go to this location the staff is always nice and seem like they are happy to be there. I usually go to the bourbonnais location because it is closer but when im on that side of town i dont miss a stop. There prices are cheaper then bourbonnais, I usually get a medium iced caramel coffee and two donuts, bourbonnais price is $4.22 compared to this location that is $3.89. Coffee is always made the way i like it and tastes great. I never had a stale donut but i dont go for dinner. No complaints here. read more

We love Dunkin Donuts! However this location is struggling. The women working were extremely slow. The donuts were very stale, obviously since they don't make them at this location. The two women were rude and spent the entire time making fun of a guy who was not helping. My coffee tastes like dirty water and my husband's drink order was clearly wrong. I think I'll skip this exit next trip. read more
