I thought I was gonna get what I ordered, but was I wrong. I received two veggie egg whites!! I highly recommend that Dunkin Donuts label there wraps to figure out what's inside them. Jojo was the cashier taking my order; she made me repeat myself several times and gave me an unpleasant look each item i ordered. its the FIRST Dunkin Donuts in hawaii, you cant expect people to be familiar on the orders??? I waited 30 min for my coffee to find that they forgot to make it; although thats fine because the worker was VERY FRIENDLY AND APPOLOGETIC UNLIKE THE CASHIER. From the looks of their staff and the mess in their kitchen, they seem to not really know what theyre doing. This location is actually pretty good and the service was pretty quick and easy for a Sunday at around 11am. We got 25 donut holes of the old fashioned, strawberry jelly and blueberry glazed 2 donuts of the strawberry glazed and bulvarian creme and a large black coffee for $11 and everything tastes great. It was soft and not overly sweet. Maybe we have been lucky with the quick service after reading some reviews but I would recommend coming here and would come here again but go inside because the line for the drive thru was really long. :) read more

America runs on donuts. I love their donuts. I went through the drive through and it didn't take that long to order. I ordered a drink and two donuts. The donuts were soft and had a nice slightly chewy feel, which is exactly how I like them. I ordered the strawberry donut without sprinkles and boston creme. I think you should get the strawberry donut without the sprinkles, it tastes better unless you want to feel a crunch when biting into it. The drink was slightly dripping on the sides, but that's okay. It was cold and sweet. Perfect on a hot day. Also, I didn't have to spend a lot. It was normal donut prices you would find in most places. With both donuts and drink together, I spent less than $6. Seems like a pretty good deal to me. This is regarding in-store purchase. I didn't attempt the drive-thru because the line was too long. It's always long. Went in for the very first time to grab some donuts for my daughters. Line wasn't to bad and moved quickly. Their menu offered breakfast type sandwiches which looked really good. I'll have to try that next time. I only gave it 4 stars due to the lack of variety of donuts.. you know how you always see the colorful frosted donuts advertised for Dunkin? Well, when I got to the cashier counter to order I really didn't see any.. the only frosted donut they had was the chocolate sprinkle, which is fine, but it would've been nice to have all the ones they advertise. Maybe you have to preorder them? I should've asked! Prices are a little high, but it is Dunkin. Lol Taste wise.. I asked my kids, you know kids are honest to the bone. I asked them to compare it to a grocery store donut that's famous for their bakers dozen at $6. Two said it tasted the same as the grocery store donuts and the other two said grocery store tasted better?! After I left I finally go to eat one and it's a croissant! I check the other one and it's a croissant too. 7:45 PM on a Sunday went in to get donuts for the family and, surprise!, they have a "shortage" of donuts. Smh. You are a donut shop. You specialize in donuts. There is a level of expectation to have a decent amount of inventory especially for a large chain like this. I really enjoyed the blueberry donut one, but it is somewhat dry, but the other donuts I had (strawberry and chocolate glazed) was so fluffy. I've been coming to this location often because of the employee Janela and she's very hardworking and works amazingly fast, from making my drinks and I've noticed she's does well with cashing out AND helping customers at the same time, multitasking is something we have a tough time doing and she's got it done! I've seen her having to face rude customers and still seeing her being positive and professional through it all, she is very well trained. This location is on the far side of town. While it's easy to get into and park (or Drive-Thru), it's a tad bit of an effort to leave - fresh donuts, though, so worth it in the end. I normally don't mind going to Dunkin', however, the line for the drive-thru was super long. I didn't have anywhere to rush off to, so I waited. It's not so much the line or the items that were ordered that makes me give it such a low score, it's the fact that I don't think Dunkin' is doing good job at being safe! I ordered a chocolate frosted donut, but they gave me a vanilla frosted donut. I let the cashier know that I was given the wrong donut, and she said ok, I'll switch it out. She took my box from me, walked to where I couldn't see her and then came back with my box. There was my chocolate frosted donut in my box, but I'm unsure if she in fact just swapped it. If she just swapped it, that's pretty sketchy! What if I touched the donut, then the next person is getting a donut that I touched?!? Luckily, I didn't, but I don't think that's safe practice. I was in Kapolei but it wasn't in the shopping complex I thought it was supposed to be at so I headed for Pearl City. They had pumpkin donuts but they also had pumpkin munchkins at 10 for $2. Do NOT waste your time making a mobile order! I thought the first couple of times I made a mobile order that I did not give them enough time to make my iced coffee which I used to make it around 7-8 minutes in advance. It was never ready when I arrived. I gave multiple chances due to their specials on coffee sometimes BOGO or $3 specials for cold brews. It's cheaper than Starbucks or other coffee shops. So I started making my mobile order 15 mins in advance after dropping my son off at school. I arrive and everyone ignores you when you are standing by the mobile order pick up. I finally get someone's attention and they ALWAYS act confused. Then they say coming right up and assist everyone in line at the store who still needs to order. So why have mobile order is it's not convenient at the end of the day? The drive thru line is ALWAYS long and I don't understand why the service is so slow. It's getting to the point where I might just spend the extra money elsewhere because at least when I make a mobile order it's ready because they understand people make mobile orders due to it being convenient! The Dunkin Dounts in Kapolei isn't very organized. I gave them a two stars because they only put one cashier out and the line was pouring out the store on a Saturday night. Whoever designed the layout should seriously consider another career. Worse experience ever in the drive thru. Trapped in the drive thru line. 3-5 minutes per car. I thought at first people were taking a long time to order but that was not the case. The person taking the order was kind of like "one moment please" then you wait a few minutes until you say "hello?" Thinking she forgot about you and the super long line blocking the driveway. Then she says "order when your ready " so you order then there's silence. Then finally she says " will that be all and drive forward please. 45 minutes total time.
