The young man working the register was very rude. Told him I wanted to get donuts and ice cream. He said they weren't serving ice cream because it was broken. I'm looking at the freezer full of frozen ice cream... how exactly is it broken!?!? I told I'd just get donuts then. After waiting in line for 40 minutes we got to the window where they informed us that the doughnuts we ordered were not available then after confirming the rest of our order gave us a bagel instead of a croissant. Horrible experience for the last three months they don't have stuff or the ice cream or they had to pull the ice cream so our drinks couldn't be made it wasn't a big deal the first few times but it has turned into every time we go and try to get a cappuccino blast they can't make it for some reason. I absolutely love the cappuccino blast with carmel, glazed donuts, and most times I use the drive-thru. They're very polite, get your your things in a timely manner, and all for a reasonable price. read more

Location is terrible. Very small parking area next to a busy gas station and you have to walk in front of the drive thru exit to get to the door if you park around the side. Bathrooms were filthy. The employees were pleasant and our order was filled quickly but only 3/4 orders were correct. Food was hot and coffee was good. Blueberry muffin was delicious. Would generally try to avoid stopping here if other options available. read more

We stood inside for 10 minutes without being acknowledged or helped. My husband and child wanted ice cream so we stood at Baskin Robbins counter 7 minutes (no one was working over there) and then decided to walk over (5 steps) to the Dunkin Donuts counter to get help. Manager had cashier counting money out of the register, had to ask the cashier her name for the system and kept working on the register. Never looked up at us to apologize for the wait or even say hello. We just left without anything and I could have cared less since there were flies around the open container of donuts. Terrible. They only have 6 or 7 basic flavors, when the one in Yulee has over 35 different flavors. Their "frozen" machine is always broken, (it's like they think they're fuckin' McDonalds or something? Idk??) and when you order blasts or anything blended it comes melted with a layer of shitty slushie ice at the top. All in all 0/10 would recommend. Go here if you like trick ass bitches. read more

Love the customer service. Sam took my order and spoke very clearly and professionally. When I paid for my coffee he had a binder with him so I asked what he was doing. He said he was checking the temperatures of all the machines so my coffee should be perfect and it was. Would definitely be coming back here again. read more

Horrible!! They take forever to get anything done. You have to ask for your order repeatedly at the drive through window, and that's if they get it right in the first place. People inside are horribly unprofessional. You wait in line for them to stop gossiping before someone even bothers to go to the register. You get an attitude if you ask them to correct the order they put in wrong. Then they make it wrong and you get another attitude when you ask them to make it again. That's if they even make it and don't make you wait a half hour before you have to remind them about it. After giving a military discount to the guy that said he was civilian, you get told you don't qualify for some reason or another. If you're a dependent you get told only active or retired qualify. If your retired only active duty qualify. I have no idea what they say to active duty (probably wrong branch). I know it's a privilege for a discount, but don't tell me someone who is actually military affiliated can't get the discount after its given it to a civilian. Not to mention the creepy guy that tries to start political arguments with customers and flirts with married women three times his age. I even overheard a guy telling a trainee to make an order wrong because "we don't like her here". If we had another coffee place that wasn't insanely expensive in a 15 mile radius I would go out of my way to avoid this shop. But sadly this is the only one around. This shop knows we have few options and will keep getting business no matter how shitty they are so I don't see this place getting better any time soon. Here's hoping a better shop opens up or management starts cracking down straightening up/firing the employees. read more
