And to make it worse after all that I ordered one of their new cake loaf thingies and they got my order wrong. The person who waited on me was pleasant, but he seemed genuinely distracted. And this is why people are going back to frequenting the small individual owned coffee shops. It is a better customer focused experience. More about people and less about the process of serving coffee.
