Food always tastes freezer burnt . Tried the snack in bacon because I loved it the first time from golden key rd store. Failed here. Flimsy m and chewy with no seasoning on it. No sugar or pepper. Also they never mix the drinks here so you get a first gulp of flavoring or sugar . Oh jk this time they didn't put any flavor swirl in it. I realized after my second trip that this location pretoasts their english muffins and croissants to save time but it means your sandwich is barely warm and the cheese doesn't melt because the things been sitting there for who knows how long. Order accuracy seems to have improved since my last review; however, the hours are shortened to 6:30 p.m. on all or most days. Forget going to Dunkin after work. Employee turnover rate is high. Empty boxes, crates, and donut shelves are thrown or placed on the ground outside of the cooler door. Vegan options are severely limited that's it's really not worth going there at all. read more

Context: I have been getting my coffee here every single morning for the last 3 years. Am I biased because of this? Perhaps. But I have reviewed many other higher end coffee joints and used to roast and brew my own coffee. Compared to other Dunkin' Donuts, yes, 4 stars "I'm a Fan!". The coffee is more consistent than other chains. There is no drive through so the staff is not so stressed out and are pleasant to interact with. If you want a decent coffee consistently to get you through your morning, this is a good location. Is it the same quality as a small brewer using pour over techniques? No, obviously not. Just ordered a sesseme seed begal with butter packet"s" was told they were out of sesseme again so I got an everything. They put one butter packet in the bag. Not often am I compelled to leave a review but after messing up two orders within 4 days I felt like I had to. On Saturday 5/16 I ordered a 25 count of assorted munchkins on the mobile only to open up the box to find all chocolate, my least favorite flavor. I understand that they might run out of flavors but atleast communicate this to customers. Most people who order assorted munchkins expect more than one flavor. Today 5/19 I ordered two of the cheese croissant stuffers, only to get home and to find out they gave me the bacon ones. I'm a vegetarian so this is unacceptable. They were also cold. The app is not calculating the offer . No biggie I am without plumbing and will get a few cups today . Ordered coffee twice unable to get the offer fir free coffee day coffee on app still . We go over stand in line and order coffee explain the situation and we're told it's only available thru the app . Explained that the app isn't allowing me to add the free cup and I've already purchased 3 cups and paid today . I'm s business owner I would have at this point I would have just said "Gee sorry about that " and given a cup of coffee. What they chose to do was to tell me that I probably don't know how to use the app If I had time I would have driven out to Blandon instead of patronize Kutztown . I was glad to see they opened up a brand new store in this location and even happier to see how clean it was and how friendly the staff is -- they greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and made my caramel cappuccino perfect! I was recently here and had issues with using my Dunkin' Donuts rewards. The employee was not that nice behind the counter and wouldn't honor it even though Dunkin' Donuts HQ says all locations will honor it. The employee didn't seem to care or offer a solution to help. I ordered some donuts and a coffee. The donuts didn't taste fresh and seemed like they have been sitting awhile, probably from the previously day. The manager did apologize and did make things right for me, which was good service. I just wish I didn't have to experience it in the first place. read more

I love dunkin' donuts with a passion and can never turn down an iced coffee but the recent times i've been to this dunkin in particular, my drink was awful. I order the same thing every time, medium carmel iced coffee with just almond milk. each time i would receive my coffee it would look like there was zero almond milk in it and when i would drink it, it tasted nothing but bitter. i couldn't even tell there was carmel in there and would end up asking for a new drink, which i hate doing. since i am lactose intolerant the almond milk sits better in my stomach but due to the workers lack of making a decent iced coffee, i'm back to ordering an iced coffee with carmel and just cream. read more

The manager is a very angry person who looks like she hates her job and gives people attitude all the time. One of the better Dunkin's around. It's usually very consistent, which is rare for Dunkin'. It's super clean.

I witnessed possibly to worst example of customer service I've ever seen there this morning, and it didn't even happen to me. A woman next to me waiting after we ordered was there for about 5 mins and she only ordered a toasted bagel. She asked an employee what was taking so long as she was on a time schedule. She was annoyed, but not rude. Apparently the employees had forgotten to even get it. When it was done another female employee wrapped it, and then bounced it off the wall onto the counter and walked away. Her husband started to complain and the employee wouldn't even turn around to face him. Then he asked for the manager, and the same employee, again without even the courtesy to face him, told him there wasn't one working. Well about 20 seconds later the manager came strolling around the corner. When he was told about what his employee did with the bagel and that she also flat out lied to a paying customer, he shrugged his shoulder and said "sorry". Pathetic. read more

Their cashier looked like he was high out of his mind and could not get a simple bagel sandwich order down. This is a fast food place, not a rocket science lab.
