DD...what's not to love? At this location, the coffee is always hot, the donuts are always fresh and the dining room is always clean. The only questionable component is service...and it's usually average at best. But, let's be honest, that seems to be everywhere these days...very SAD. This has to be the worse dunkin experience I ever had :( They were not doing mobile orders at all. It was quicker for me to cancel the mobile order and wait in the link at the register. I came here a few times and it has always been pleasant. HOWEVER, today I had a friend in the car with me and the order was a little bigger than normal but nothing over the top. This female person (because I refuse to call her a lady or a woman) said "I don't know why they ordered such a big order through the drive thru and didn't come in." Awful... The interior was dirty, and there wasn't a single booth that had been cleaned or wiped down. Good thing I had brought some alcohol wipes. I wish I had taken more pictures. Cleanliness seems to have a zero-priority at this location. I ordered a coffee and 'coffee cake' muffin. Blueberry was my only other choice. The coffee was weird. Dunkin' Donuts coffee has always had a distinctive, pleasant taste. Here, I had no idea what I was drinking. It didn't taste like what I'm used to. And the muffin had a staleness to it. Service was mediocre. The drive-in window had priority. I had to stand at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. Once I was finally served, the girl at the counter was only as nice as she had to be. People were stacking up behind me. For at least 10 minutes of the time I was there - maybe 25 minutes total - someone who appeared to be the manager stood near the door offering apologies to a woman who had come in to complain. I didn't listen to the details, but given my experience and reading the other reviews for this place, I'm guessing her complaints were quite legitimate. This place is a greasy dump. I'll never go back. Management needs a good kick in the rear. read more

Out of my last 8 App orders only 1 was ready when I got there within 5 minutes of placing the order even though they had no one in the drive thru or in the lobby. Today I ordered and was at the location in 4 minutes. Once again no one was in the drive thru or the lobby and 3 employees were standing around talking. One asked me if she could help and I told her I'd ordered a dozen. She walked to the printer and pulled the ticket and started getting my donuts. She answered a drive thru customer and stopped getting my donuts to get their order together. She'd been gone for a minute and another employee asked what I needed and I told her she that the unfinished dozen was mine and she said ok. I waited another minute and the original employee told the girl who'd asked me about my order that my ticket was on top of the donut case...and SHE finished getting the donuts. Why have an app to 'skip the line' when that doesn't matter...AND how rude to start my order and then leave it for someone else. Consistently out of several products. When I ask why, I'm told that they can't get anyone to work, so sometimes it's two or three people working and sometimes only one. Former worker here! i quit in September, here's what i can tell you. the inside of this place is so gross, seems like nobody ever cleans. the manager is so rude and does not care about the business AT ALL! i tried to make it better there with the small time i was working but it was so hopeless. People smoking in the back, always out of either cups or flavors. didn't train me at all, first day and worked 4:30AM morning rush, no clue what i was doing and nobody helped me, i tried to help where i was confident. Would not Recommend this place to eat at very dirty I saw roaches by the food station and the creamers the managers are very rude and doesn't know how to talk to employees or customers. The whole service is terrible. The mangers doesn't help the employees just stand in the back outside smoking and let's one person does everything. They don't work as a team. I waited at the speaker to place my order for a while bc they told me to hold on... I was the only one in drive through and there were two cars in the parking lot. & 3-employees inside. I ordered an ice coffee for myself, and a ice coffee w espresso for my sister who was at work. They hand me an ice coffee with no ice, no ice it's almost comical, and then they hand me the other and it had 3 pieces of ice in it. I asked for a large cup of ice on the side after seeing the coffees and they handed me a large cup half full w ice... They also handed me the espresso on the side because they forgot to put it in her coffee. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I TRULY do not understand how they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE time. Seriously, there has not been one time where my order has been correct and for some reason I go back thinking "they can't possibly mess it up EVERY time!" But they do unfortunately. I went to this Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins twice. Both times were disappointing. The first time I noticed there were flies inside the building, which instantly made me want to turn around. But there were only two, and the employees seemed polite, so I gave it a shot. I have this bad habit of trusting people to get my food right. So I got home and noticed my bacon egg cheese on croissant was lacking the croissant and was on a bagel. It tasted fine, but it was disappointing and discouraged me from returning. Then, the next day I gave it another shot and ordered donut fries and, again, a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Again, I trusted the order to be okay and I left. So once I unwrap the sandwich, I see the croissant is extremely burned, like scorched. It's almost entirely blackened on one half, top and bottom. Of course I called them to tell them, the employee begged I come back in the morning, I told her I could return in a couple hours as I had to commute back that way, but she just kept telling me to return the following morning. That to me was a bit ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location. The only positive part is that the employees seem very polite when you order. read more

I went to this drive threw on my way to work and the girl was very patient with me because I didn't know what I exactly wanted which was the only good thing about this experience. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel with a vanilla bean colatta and hash browns when I got to work and about to enjoy it I see the hash browns are soggy and have no crunch and my sausage egg and cheese is on a burnt biscuit not close to a bagel.
