I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts. I always get an iced coffee with cream and coconut syrup. That is the best deal they have to offer. You get a giant iced coffee for just a couple bucks. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are great as well. It is annoying that you pay an inflated corporate price for things because it's a large chain, but honestly it's worth it most of the time. I have always had great experiences with the staff. They are always very nice and patient as I read the entire menu and then order the same thing I always get. The entire store is also very clean every time I go. It's a pain to get there at the moment with construction on Sagamore, so allow for ample time if you are planning to get your fix. read more

Terrible attitude started by yelling at me for them not hearing the size. asked for no coconut and vanilla cold foam but they kept the coconut and gave us marshmallow cold foam. They also made us pay for a water cup and where arguing when we got up there. read more

Coffee and food aren't bad. My issue is with their app and the customer service at this location. I've had issues with the app not processing my order a few times. The last time, it showed my order had been accepted. When I arrived I was told they didn't have my order. Double-checked to be sure I'd placed it with the right location. Told me to pull forward, looked at my receipt on my phone and points out that way at the bottom, in small print, it states "estimated total". That is supposed to mean to me that the order wasn't accepted even though it said accepted in large print at the top of the page. Yes I was frustrated, yes I raised my voice some. No, I did not yell. I did, however apologize...twice. Basically, she refused my apology and complained that I was holding up her line. I also tried twice to give her my card to pay as I wasn't asking for anything for free. Was just frustrated that my order hadn't gone through again. She absolutely insisted on not charging me while stating, "I can't do this again, though!" Do what again? I wasn't asking for anything. There is a Starbucks a block away...I'll go there from now on. Ordered Bavarian Cream, gave me Boston Creme, then argued that I was wrong because their choc covered Boston cream has Bavarian creme inside instead of whipped cream. Then rolled eyes and became irritated and angry. Won't go back to that store. read more

None of the employees know how to make the standard drinks on the menu. And when you ask them if they can correct it they just lie and say "we don't do that". Even when you're the only person in the drive thru and you have a picture of what the item is suppose to look like. They will give you something completely different. Prices have gone up a lot as with others, not the value Starbucks alternative it used to be especially with wonderful local bean spots like the best weekly hours trip that is Sacred Grounds, Copper Moon and their excellent selection of non dairy milks and using Toast app, and my guilty pleasure being Indie Coffee right on the west side of Purdue. Menu is nice here with friendly variety of popular options, excellent app too useful for quickly customizing drinks and skipping the line; but the Coolattas are insanely sugary. I enjoy the macchiattos too but alas doing more of the above three since they're no bigger wallet hit. I say always support the local especially when better than the familiar chains! read more

Dunkin Donuts returns to the Lafayette/West Lafayette area, and this is their first location. There are at least two more planned that I know of. Although I'm a Starbucks regular, I decided to check out the new kid in town. Parking is very limited here. It shares half of a small building with a mattress store. There are about 10 total spaces and two handicapped spaces for both stores. The interior of the store seems small but at the same time appears to be ample considering that not many people may stay. There are small two person booths, some tables, and a high counter with stools. Wifi is available and free. It's neat and clean as one would expect from a new build. Before I ordered I asked how many shots of espresso are in the different sizes. "One shot." How many in a large latte? "A large shot." Ooooookay. I ordered a large vanilla latte. It has a good coffee taste and just slightly sweet and syrupy for my taste, but not terrible. Scanning the menu it appears they have both breakfast and lunch items available, in addition to the usual array of donuts. The cost is not lower than Starbucks, as some may think. A large latte at Dunkin is the same size as a grande at Starbucks, and the price is comparable. Dunkin also has a reward card similar to Starbucks, that begins by buying a gift card that you register through an app and get free drinks and such. Everybody in the place was super-friendly, which I would expect in a new store opening that everyone is on their toes. To get to the store, you need to enter the shopping complex at the light at Teal Road and Sagamore Parkway. It's located just north of that intersection. If you're traveling north on Sagamore and you pass it, you're out of luck, you might as well go down the road to the Starbucks at Sagamore and Main. read more

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts and I was so excited when they opened one by my house, until I actually went there. Not only do they get my order wrong every single time, they almost caused my daughter to have a heart attack. TWICE. She has a heart condition and CANNOT have caffeined coffee. She gets decaf and both times they gave her caffinated. She drank one a quarter of the way before she realized they screwed up and nearly had to go to er. They just did it to her again last week but she caught it as soon as her heart started to race after only a few sips. Receipt clearly said decaf. They didn't even get the type she wanted right! She wanted vanilla, they gave her caramel. The place wasn't busy either time so what's the excuse? It's not even the same employee every time, it's ALL OF THEM! Today was my tipping point. I don't drive therefore I don't have a car. It's Sunday and there are no signs on the door stating that you can only do mobile orders and pick them up in the drive thru. I walked in and they told me that. I said I don't drive, so no car. The entire staff stood there just gaping at me. I could have done a mobile order and just picked it up at the counter but they wouldn't do it. This particular store has lost my business. I've never had a place do such bad business before. I get it, Covid, but I had a mask on. I just wanted a stupid refresher. Now I have to go 7 miles and 2 hours by bus if I want one. It's ridiculous. I went to the Dunkin donuts in West Lafayette because it was 2 blocks from my house and I enjoy the coffee. But it has become the most demoralizing Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The manager is beyond rude she is just nasty to the point I have called corporate twice and written two emails I was told the owner would reach out to me but they never did so after my last experience in which she snapped on me for asking if my hash browns could be made fresh and went as far to call the police and call me a trouble maker it was witnessed not only by my husband but several of her staff I will be going to the other Dunkin donuts in Lafayette bit I will continue this fight I have started a petition to get her removed and if I have to go further I will this lady is a sorry excuse for a manager and lacks any customer service Monique Dorsey read more

Ok where do I start? The last 2months this place has taken a nosedive in every area possible. What happened to the manager? He was great for yrs the best, fast service And best coffee and great selection in the area hands down. Now when your drive up the line is always long and slow slow slow. Ask for something and they have no clue how to make it properly or even cook it correctly. And of your try to go in and order they just stare at you and ignore you for it least 5mins and still cannot comprehend any simple request. Very sad to see my favorite coffee spot in shambles. At home Dunkin' is one of my favorite coffee spots. We had stopped at another Dunkin' on our trip here & the coffee was so good I couldn't stop thinking about it. Today I wanted a repeat so we stopped at the Lafayette location to find the doors locked. The drive-thru was open but the line was long. We tried both doors, both were locked. There was no sign on the door stating why & no construction. Simple common sense would let people know what was going in, why the inside was closed & to use the drive-thru, but nothing. If a business can't use business sense it doesn't deserve my business & we left. I'll hit another Dunkin' on my way home or at home. read more

I enjoy dunkin. This location however..sucks. Went around 11:45 and their Turkey sausages were frozen so after I paid for my sandwich I had to change my order. I then proceed to just get a bagel and cream cheese. Came home to eat it and the bagel was clearly stale. What a waste of my time and money. Won't be returning. read more

This location is great, I come to get my coffee an occasional donut, everyone is friendly from the time you walk in. I decided to go to the one on 350 it's been open months now, well won't make that mistake again. I ordered a hot vanilla latte the lady asked me 3 or 4 times did I want it hot or cold, then she didn't know how to make it. A man was in drive-thru he ordered a ice drink they had to look in the book to make it. Got my coffee an it didnt taste right. Also they rudely asked if my friends and I were in a sorority because it seemed like we were. Also I think they were confused what fat-free syrup was. They kept calling it "no flavor" flavor. I love DD and wish there was more than one location (especially on the west side!) Coffee is cheaper than Starbucks and they offer so many yummy seasonal flavors (butter pecan, Girl Scouts thin mint, etc.) Staff has always been friendly when I go through the drive-thru and ask about their flavors (wish they would post the seasonal flavors more clearly on the menu). Oh and the service is speedy! Tip: you can get any size iced coffee in the afternoons for $1.50! Great deal, not sure why they don't advertise it. read more

One of the reviews really hit the nail on the head when they said the donuts were small, overpriced, low quality and you can get better at the grocery store. Right on all counts! And this is from a long-time Dunkin fan and who was excited to see them open a shop in Lafayette. If you know Dunkin going back 5 years, the donuts they are serving now are much smaller and lower quality then they traditionally sold. Obviously somebody changed something. Good news is one of the grocery stores and a local shop have much better product. I will say the Dunkin drinks were ok, the above comments are about the donuts. read more
