Turkey sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit
    Karen D.

I've been to this location before and didn't review. The Beignets are consistently good and fresh. Crispy and flaky on the outside, fluffy and airy on the inside. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but this was my second time ordering coffee from here. Not a fan. Very bitter in my opinion. I got the pralines and cream latte with almond milk, no sugar. I'll stick to my home espresso machine. I ordered the Turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit and that was a bit dry. I'll come back to PJs only for the beignets because they are delicious! The young lady at the window earlier was very pleasant.

I came to PJ's Coffee last month on opening day. It was crowded and placing my order was somewhat chaotic. I came for the beignets and they did not disappoint. It had too much powder sugar for my liking, but now I knew how to customize my order going forward. I also ordered the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. The cashier informed me about their loyalty points program. Fast forward to today, I came by for a second visit. The interior was pristine with a nice playlist in the background. I ordered a white chocolate cappuccino and beignets with lite sugar. The beignets were perfect! The cappuccino did not have a noticeable white chocolate flavor, but it tasted good. I think they have the best beignets locally. The employees are also friendly and asked how I liked my drink. That's how I find out I could customize my cappuccino. Parking is available right in front of the entrance and they also have a drive through. Do stop inside because the ambiance is so inviting.

Hey friends! I'm wayyyyy too excited that there's now a PJ's walking distance from me. I visited the Silver Spring location a couple times and fell in love! Today we were treated to a complimentary small brew of your choice. I got a caramel granita. It was so good! My only critique is for them to put caramel all the way through versus just on top. I'm actually not a huge coffee fan, so what I really came for was the beignets. The order was $6 and came with three. I enjoyed them. They went a little too heavy with the powdered sugar though lol. Powdered sugar and all black are arch enemies lol. I didn't get a chance to snap pics of the interior. I went around 10am and it was packed! The interior is small. A few tables to dine-in are available. Staff was super friendly! Plenty of free parking is available in the front and back of the building. I'll definitely be a regular at this location! Probably will have to join Beignet-aholics anonymous by the end of the year lol. With love, The Picky Pescatarian

Definitely not coming back to this location. The customer service was poor. The young lady who waited on us acted like she didn't want to be there. She walked away in the middle of our order. The King Cake shaken espresso was terrible and had no sugar. Our breakfast sandwiches were stale and hard. The skinny vanilla latte was just OK but the coffee/espresso just didn't taste strongly brewed or fresh. A disappointing $35 we spent for poor service and subpar food. We'll stick to the Bowie location.

Beignet with my drink was delicious!

I went once (so far) on opening day on Monday, 11/4. They were giving out free small coffee for opening day, which got me in the door. I got a peppermint flavoring, and it was delicious. I decided to make a purchase of beignet, which were awesome. The store looks nice, and the staff was friendly. My only criticism was that the beignet & food prices weren't listed. In my case, it didn't matter that much as I was going to get the delicious beignets come hell or high water, and the price was about $1 more than I was thinking, but I didn't care.

They're finally open!! I first feel in love with PJ's when I visited NOLA a few years ago. I've been following the opening date of this location and I'm so happy it's here. Yes, they have beignets. Yummy! Free small coffee for the opening! Woot! Plenty of parking and seating. There's even a drive-thru. Friendly staff to greet you! The coffee was delicious. Congrats!!

I love their selection of cold brew coffee! Drive thru service is a bit slow but that's because they opened recently Parking lot is small and if the drive through line is long, you may get blocked in.

I first had beignets from Cafe Du Monde, in New Orleans. I must say, I did not see the hype. I was not impressed. I came to the realization that I do not like beignets if this is what they taste like. Then here comes along PJ's Coffee of New Orleans. I was told their beignets were good so I decided to try them out. Bae Beh (said in a New Orleans accent) this hot, soft and billowy fried French pastry, dusted with powdered confectioners' sugar melted in my mouth. The pairing of beignets with the butter rum latte was a delicious match. I tried the peppermint hot chocolate but it lacked peppermint. I'm not much of a coffee drinker so I would most likely stick with just getting beignets. Butter Rum Latte Rich butter rum flavors combined with espresso, white chocolate sauce, steamed almond milk and topped with a caramel drizzle. Cookie Butter Latte Cookie Butter Latte spiced cookie butter with smooth espresso and creamy steamed almond milk with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Peppermint Hot chocolate

Checked out this coffee shop furniture hunting. It took me a second to figure out my order and the staff were super patient. Decided to go for the beignets even though they're three to an order and was glad I did. The coffee with chicory is delicious--complex and hot for a windy spring day but not too hot.

I will be back, I was really craving a matcha latte & saw that PJs recently opened. It was great! I will be back to try the beingnets as well.

My breve cold brew with vanilla was delicious! Service was prompt and friendly without being overly so. Looking forward to patronizing this location!

The customer service was not the best. We were waited on by a young lady who walked away in the middle of my order without any warning. I got a bacon and egg biscuit and the biscuit was disproportionate. The coffee that I asked for sugar in had none. I like PJ's but I would stay clear of this location.

This spot has so many wonderful food stands. Upon walking in, you can pick up a cart to explore all of the stands. My kids love this place as much as me since you can find so much variety. Our first stop is the very busy Amish soft pretzel stand. My kids love the standard soft pretzel dipped in melted butter and topped with rock salt. My personal favorite are the stuffed soft pretzels like the pretzels stuffed with roast beef and cooper sharp cheddar. Nothing tastes better! There are also many other stands that offer fresh produce, meats, cheeses and baked goods. I particularly like Bieler's Donuts, the same place you'll find packed lines in Philadelphia right here. It's such a fun place and my kids love it. But most importantly, this is dad's spot!

Using his wits, his ingenuity, and unparalleled levels of skill and perseverance, Aatami Korpi, who earns the moniker of "the man who cannot die," escapes not just bombs and machine gun fire but a plane deployed as a missile. And yet, the most moving moment of the film is not found in one of its many arresting action sequences but in a single line of dialogue, spoken by one of six Finnish men, who, along with one teenager and one boy, carrying hatchets, axes, and tools, interrupts the battle-finished Korpi's work on his new home to ask in Finnish, subtitled in English, "We thought you might need some help?" Speechless and shaking with relief and joy, Korpi watches the strangers get to work on his roof, walls, and foundation. That level of kindness, assistance, delight, joy, skill, and service can be seen in every vendor at the Dutch Country Market Thursdays through Saturdays at 9701 Fort Meade Rd in Laurel, MD. I said you have them on your menu, and I pointed them out on the electronic menu board above the register where there's a sign that says "Order here". The cashier couldn't care less. It was the definitely the dry almost sawdust Kraft pregrated Parmesan "cheese". I thought the chicken would be grilled Pollo. It wasn't. The French style pastries and bread you are used to are made with lots of butter, cream, fruit jams, and sugar glazes that make them moist, rich, and strongly flavored. In contrast, Lain American pastries tend to be made without those ingredients to create a dry texture suitable for dipping in coffee and hot chocolate. Making the pastries flavorful would clash with the hot drinks. Think your noni's biscotti and your bubbe's mandelbrot.

However, I would say that the music plays from a little Bluetooth on the corner of the restaurant and it's not the greatest quality, would cut in and out, and it was just blaring way too loud, making it hard to have regular conversations. Service wasn't too bad overall. There was only one weight staff who had all the tables in the restaurant which made her spread out pretty thin. But we wouldn't get regular refills or Water and took so long to get water (waiting up to 20 min to try to get her attention) and at the end of our time together she finally gave us a pitcher of Water, but a little late as we're most done. Also, it took a while to get basic things we had ordered coffee but either she forgot to bring us coffee or she didn't ring it in and we weren't able to get it until after our food was delivered. So service, while she was friendly and kind, our service was definitely subpar. Hopefully this wasn't bc she had automatic tip bc our party was so large for her lack of service. 1/5 for service The food was amazing for the most part. I had gotten the salmon BLT and it was moist and tender with good flavor and seasoning, and the bread had a great texture and flavor to it as well. The bacon was nice and smoky and the sauce that was paired with it made it great. The hashbrowns were so crispy and seasoned with great flavor and salt! This was a winner! 4.5/5 Yeah, I got a bunch of other dishes, but I only tried small bites here and there of other people stuff. What I would say, is that the Cajun pasta shrimp was cooked perfectly and was tender and had great flavor! And that sauce was amazing! The sausage I tried wasn't the best but decent! We got biscuits and wings as appetizers, and the wings were great, good flavor, good crunch, and a decent size. However, there needs to be more wings in the order for the price. The hot honey sauce as good! 4/5 The biscuits were pretty moist and had a great texture and consistency, You get two for the order! 4/5 Overall, the food is pretty amazing. However, the service was pretty bad. Maybe this was a one off but just prepared for a long waits for everything from water to getting a drink order.
