I'm editing my review because I wrote it initially when I was hangry and running on 2 hours of sleep over the span of 2 days. I love the convenience of having it on base, but it is relatively busy at all hours of the day and it seems like they are always understaffed or the building is just too small. It would probably benefit from hiring more employees, so they aren't constantly getting overworked with the LARGE amount of people in and out DAILY. Having some type of barricade or something to manage the drive-through line would be nice because imagine this, you're waiting 30 minutes in an extremely long line that's wrapped around the building twice just to have someone skip/pull in front of you from another angle without care or regard to hitting you because the line isn't defined and always wraps around the extremely small building lmao, it's always a mess and super busy. THE EMPLOYEES on the other hand are either mostly spouses/civilians or veterans, I've never had an issue with the employees there. They have always been kind and work as quickly as they can. I will say that I have been coming here since I got stationed here in 2021, and that NEVER have I gotten an incorrect order, or had anything missing in my orders regardless if I order ahead, order in the store, or order directly at the drive through. If you're like me and LOVE mint chocolate chip ice cream, just know it's a 80/20 shot if they'll have any, most of the time they don't unfortunately lol. read more

So I understand that most businesses are doing their best during covid. But this Dunkin has been bad even before. This is our 3rd time going to this Dunkin' over a year period we normally just go out in town since this one is so bad but I wanted to give it another try this morning. Well let's just say this will be our last time there. First off there was no line, no cars behind me no rush. But I think they rushed my order so they could get back to standing around talking. I tried to order first the bagel balls (new to the menu) of course they don't have it. So I got our normal munchkins, chocolate frosted donut, snacking bacon and hash browns for our little one. Well the hash browns definitely are recooked you might not be able to tell from the picture but it only came with 4 not the 6 and they are all hard as a rock. Went to Dunkin today since it was easy and where I was heading anyway. Ordered the brown sugar cold brew with brown sugar cold foam. Well apparently I don't know anything but I did not get brown sugar cold foam. I've worked in the Dunkin industry and let me tell you, this is regular cold foam. I usually give a place at least 3 times, before I go & write a review,not wanting to judge them all on just one experience. That being said, I have been here MANY times, inside & drive thru & last 2 times very early before 6am. Every time Ive been here they are INCREDIBLY slow. Don't know if they are short on staff or what's going on,even when there's Only just 4 cars ahead of me like this morning, I was waiting a TOTAL of 28 min. All I can say is usually drive thru's are supposed to be a lil quicker for people who can't run inside/or on way to work,etc....& I've never seen urgency here WHEN there's lines. Only a couple times was my order wrong, which I didn't go back to fix being i waited SO long every time. I have NEVER had an issue with this location till over this weekend. I asked for a frozen coffee and ended up getting blended milk, flavor, and about 3 drips of coffee. It was completely disgusting. That, and I got an attitude from the girl at the window. Next morning, it happened again! I actually got a little more coffee this time. Again though, another attitude. This morning, I asked for a large coffee and they tried to give me an iced one. When I said it was supposed to be hot, she looked at me like I made the mistake myself. They offered to remake it but gave me a smaller size. When I said a large, the girl looked confused then came back with a large cup filled with 75% milk with little to no coffee. I completely understand that the location is busy in the morning. There is also no reason for drinks to be wrong three times in a row, attitudes, to anything else. I have never been nasty nor have I given an attitude back over a mistake. Sadly, I do not plan on returning to this location. Worst one yet. Ordered from the at , went to pick it up only to find out that they ran out of the ingredients to made a big and toasted also ran out of hash browns. They said they couldn't refund my money cause it's on the app but they'll write my name so I can go out of my way and come back the next day at a certain time of there choosing. I've been to this particular location a few times and I'm just doing a review. I swung by tonight and grabbed two coffees one for me and my husband. Not sure what all the fuss is about perhaps on particular days it's slow etc. However, my experience has been good with the understanding at times it is busy it's a military base with many people who want coffee etc as well. The employees have been on par with my order and I've never had any issues. Our coffee was nice and hot which I'm always happy about as some places the coffee is luke warm. My pastries were fresh and as always delicious! Inside is clean I've yet to go in and find it in a hot mess. The ladies powder room was clean as well as the entire place. I will end my review on reiterating that it's base and most places are always busy at particular times of the day and often times burst of business. So, if you are familiar with that then the time you go should be pretty good without extremely long waits otherwise prepare to wait a bit with patience. read more

I've had a good and bad experiences here. Most of the time it's a extremely long wait. I tried ordering my son a coolata and they told me the machine was down. So I ordered him a sweet tea. They wrote it right on the ticket. But instead they put I iced watery coffee in his cup! All I asked was what was the 3 new promotional flavors (cookies and Cream, Heath, kit kat) and she kept trying to tell me the whole menu. They couldn't do the kit kat flavor in the lattes. I asked for a extremely light amount of ice and I asked for liquid sugar and didn't get either. They also didn't fill the cup up. I didn't take a sip before either. All the flavor was at the bottom. So I called because I honestly felt bad for my son because he was sick and really thirsty. And the manager says the machine was working that they didn't nothing looking. So she offered to take our name down to have them remade the next time we come back since we live off base. read more

Can't decide which sucks more: the coffee or the people? If I could give 0 stars I would have. The coffee: the drinks from this location are always inconsistent. I usually order the same drink from DD and it tastes different every time I go. The people: rude, unprofessional, and slow as hell. When I waited 10 minutes for my coffee, there was no apology. All I wanted a chocolate chip cookie dough polar pizza. What I got was unfriendly staff, a hassle, and a weird half made polar pizza with an unbaked crust. Its supposed to be a chocolate chip cookies dough polar pizza, right? This is the slowest Dunkies in the world. I think it may be quicker for me to drive out to Jacksonville to get my coffee and then drive back. 25 minutes to get a coffee and donut ordered via the mobile app. Drive through line goes around the building. Line goes out the door. There is ZERO organization in this place. There should be one person making coffee, one manning the register, one manning the drive through. They all just run around like chickens with their heads cut off doing whatever they bump into. I worked in the food service industry part time for 1 year over 22 years ago. I could go behind that counter and run this place more efficiently, right now. Worst Dunkin in town! I came here on the late night to get coffee for me and my coworkers, Jake was not only rude, but he managed to make every single drink incorrectly! I came over from the hospital and had about 6 separate orders and was told that their policy is only 2 separate orders at a time in the drive through. Jake was highly irritated. It was about 1:30a, and no one else was there. I couldn't see what the big deal was. Really, really disappointed with the service I received tonight. Went through and got 2 chicken salad sandwiches and two bottles of lemonade. First I was told there was no lemonade by a guy then a female came on the loud speaker and said yes ma'am we have bottled lemonade. So they took my order and told me my total and I proceeded to wait in line for almost 30 minutes. Seriously, what was the hold up? I paid, and received my order by a rude guy. Got home and started to share my chicken salad sandwich with my 2 year old and I bit into my portion and what do I bite into? A FREAKING CHICKEN BONE! it got lodged in my gums and made me bleed. I have voiced my complaints about this Dunkin many, many times to store management, corporate, as well as MCCS via ICE comments. I keep trying to convince myself that they will get better but I always end up disappointed. Today I went through the drive up and was excited because the line actually wasn't moving too slowly. When I was handed my drink (a large ice latte) i was handed a large cup which was only filled 3/4 of the way up with coffee and the whip cream I ordered took up the remainder of space. I guess they thought I wanted a large whip cream with latte instead of the other way around. I took a photo of it and would post it if I could-but plan to send it to the corporate office with yet another complaint. I frequent DD at least 2 or 3 times a week and try to avoid the base store if at all possible. I'd like to know how the DDs in Jacksonville have NEVER disappointed me and yet the one on base continues to lack in consistency of service and quality of their products. I need to quit being so optimistic and realize the base store will always be inconsistent. read more
