I went in for a much needed pick me up only for a manager in a donut fisher hat to get mad at me for paying in change. Quarters mind you, not a single penny. I called her rude when she shoved my drink in my face so quickly the cold foam started coming out of the lid. She yelled that she wasn't and slammed the window closed. I waited for someone to open the window so I could get a receipt and when she came back she yelled that I had two options, to leave or have the police called. I let her yell at me, then asked if I could have my receipt. She tells me they don't have receipt paper and continues to threaten to call the police. I've been coming to this location for a long time, and I will never go to another Dunkin after the humiliation she put me through. Not everyone can pay with a debit or credit card. Some of us are just scraping up change to enjoy something small in life..don't shove my drink and change box in my face because I was running up your precious drive thru timer. read more

I'm finally through with this particular Dunkin location. After many promises of new managers coming in and cleaning house, this place continues to be a toxic exchange of unnecessary burdens for simple consumerism. Workers are incredibly rude and passive aggressive. If you piss them off when ordering donuts, they'll give you all of the worst donuts with the least amount of icing possible--it's so petty and almost comical. Yeah, that retort really taught me a lesson for asking for extra napkins in the drive thru .... The amount of time that you have to wait for even a simple cup of coffee when you're the first person in line is astounding. Forget about placing an order online ahead of time in hopes of helping them get their act together, that doesn't work either. They're always short staffed and taking it out on their customers. PRO TIP: Don't bother asking for a small cup of water to go with the mountains of money you have spent not only for the decently sized order you've JUST placed but also over the years; they'll only gaslight you into telling you that they "don't have tap water" (I'm wondering how they brew their coffee ) and you have to BUY a bottle of water. This must be a recent development because my eight-year-old still has the last tapwater we received in his cupholder from a few days prior. nice try. I Didn't realize that we were dipping over into the European style of charging for water these days, but then again from a privately owned Dunkin' Donuts that's been failing, I don't blame them for trying to get every last penny out of their customers to try and stay open. Also, there's definitely something shady happening inside this store as well. There's been times where you can go in and they refuse to serve you because they are "busy" , or "closed" though the doors are open during business hours and there's a large group of people sitting right in the middle of the Dining room. i'll have to remember that next time I'm booking a private party that Dunkin could be an option but only if you know the right people. As someone that has worked in food service, I'm not sure if they realize that customers are needed to keep the doors open. Thankfully, there are plenty locations with helpful and kind workers that will be keeping my business, even though I have to drive a little bit farther to get to them. I'm also one of the few people that love to tip when service is decent and especially when I have a large order. There must be a reason why their tip jar is way behind the glass and covered in dust. The manager here is AAAAA+++. I ordered 2 medium pumpkin spice lattes which were on special for $3 each. I paid but then noticed the price was $9.41, I questions the gal ringing me up to which she replied "you would have had to use your rewards app" I told her I did, she had just scanned it . She then closed the drive thru window to figure something out, after about 8 minutes and 10 cars behind me she opened the window to tell me she was refunding my money and the drinks were on them. The manager then popped his head out to ask if we wanted pumpkin spice whipped cream on our drinks, well duh! . He then presented us with two yummy looking drinks and then also gave us an unopened container of the pumpkin spice whip cream to take home! He was so friendly and excited to give it to us, it was very nice. My son said to me "now that's customer service!" Employee taking orders at the drive through became audibly annoyed when I asked for two items they were out of (with no signage letting me know that). Terrible. This is the first time I've been to Dunkin' Donuts and I'm beyond disappointed with my experience. I went through the drive thru and the lady's serving me were extremely rude and were acting like I was bothering them. There was a wasp outside my car window and I rolled it up for maybe two seconds and the lady yelled at me through my window to roll my window down and screamed at me FOOD! Wish I could give negative stars. I ordered on the app and went to pick up my large order for my kids classroom party and the lady told me it couldn't be filled and they couldn't give me my refund because I ordered on the app. No other resolution was offered. I contacted the app & corporate ( impossible to get ahold of) and 5 months later I have yet to receive a refund for donuts I never received and a party I had to figure out last minute a treat for. The service at the window with Janessa was great. I bought 2 gift certificates for grand kids. The dining room and door were closed despite it being 12:15pm on a Wednesday afternoon. The employees at this location were friendly and the service was fast and complete. My order came out hot and freshly prepared in just a few short mins after I placed my order, even with several other customers in front of me. Picking up the family donuts on a Saturday morning at 9:30 should have been an easy been an easy, pleasant interaction; I left feeling dissatisfied & rattled. Using their app I placed my my online order Friday night; to be picked up inside on Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. Sat morning I checked to be sure my order was still in place. I arrived at the business at 9:45; they didn't have my order. Showing the sales person my order on the phone, she asked for a second person to assist her, I assume the manager on duty. The saleslady headed over to the case of donuts while the manager yelled my order to her my from the 'pickup location' a few feet away. I said to the manager my order was a different number/kind of donuts than what she yelled to her coworker. She stared at me without saying a word, and I repeated that what she yelled to her associate was not correct. The manager, with her headset on her head, looked at me and said 'I heard what you said.' She continued to say she was dealing with more than just me. I responded. 'I thought she was helping me because I'm standing right in front of her.' I walked over to the associate filling my order and double checked the box; the order which was not correct. I repeated to her my correct order, and she filled it, and I walked out miffed at the whole interaction. I recommend that customers do not waste their time ordering online at the Dunkin Donuts location on 4760 W Mineral Ave, Suite 10. Littleton CO, 80128. It might be best to use the drive-through where you'd have only brief interaction with 1 person. Or, buy donuts somewhere else. read more

Always love a new DD opening! We need to have one in Lakewood! I've never had bad customer service at Dunkin', sometimes maybe wrong item or incorrect execution but never bad. And I forgive them because they're always hustling, busy, busy, busy! Got our free coffees (iced for him; hot for me) as part of the grand opening special and ordered 2 food items: Chicken salad croissant sandwich (exceeds expectation!) and Veggie egg white flatbread (hubby ordered this, I'd always stay away from their flatbread, it's so bland tasting...) I also received a free donut for completing a survey on a previous receipt. Now I'm not sure if these are limited to regular donuts, but when I asked for an Éclair, I was given it! Our drinks are where the slip ups occurred. I asked for decaf coffee with coconut flavored syrup, had to go back quite a few times for more syrups because it simply wasn't sweet! Once they got it right, it was yummy. DD allows for refills as long as you stay in the store, but unfortunately you do need to get in line for your free refills. I don't like it when they add creams in my drink, it's usually in a large amount and the coffee gets too milky. If they would just slow down a bit and hear my entire order clearly, they wouldn't have messed up. But again, the staff is always friendly and eager to help. We noticed a sweepstakes entry box but no more forms and inquired about it, the manager came out saying they don't have any more forms but we could write our info down on the back of a receipt and be entered that way. At least somebody came out to address our concern! I also saw another staff sweeping the floor and tidying up tables, this shows they try to keep the store clean. Very good! read more

I'm from the east coast so I love dunkin. This dunkin location puts the entire franchise to shame. Little boy running the drive through did not know what he was doing. We ordered a full order and then we got to the window - none of it was registered. We then tried to re order everything and we spent 10 mins trying to tell this little boy what the order was. He had no training clearly. Someone else had to take over and we still didn't get our entire order. We got refunded for a few items and left. Such a waste of time and the coffee we did get was DISGUSTING! read more

My friend and I ordered frozen hot chocolate which were handed to us with absolutely no chocolate in them. The workers are sometimes nice but mostly rude. I'll only relate my last two visits and recommend that if anyone goes, you should probably just get some donuts and leave quickly, before the fourth order after yours is filled. My last was for 4 donuts and hot coffee with vanilla syrup. That's all. Drip coffee and donuts, not a latte, not an espresso. When I saw a third order taken after mine I told the nice guy who took my order and put the donuts in a bag to keep the money for the coffee, I can't wait any longer. He apologized, not his fault I think as he was working the register I guess and looked a bit surprised that I was still waiting for coffee, but I counted about six employees working away. Nobody else was waiting inside, just me. All orders were going to the drive-up window. Before that, a few months ago I asked for a few donuts, two of those tasty-looking little omelet wraps and some coffee. I must have been there 20 minutes with maybe two people and their short orders ahead of me. I had just moved to the area and had not unpacked my kitchen, so my other choice would have been to drive somewhere, find a place and actually get more than the two donuts in hand. I waited and started my workday late, no choice. This place is surprisingly still open. I had gone today for some donuts and other food and they hadn't had anything I'd what I asked for besides thing that had been premade (burritos). While I was standing here waiting for hash browns and two burritos I heat the girl say that she just didn't want to make anything else for the rest of the day they had the supplies but didn't want to do the work that they are supposed to do for the customers. Most the workers here are horrible and don't want to do there job. They also tend to just talk about customers and so forth around the other customers in the building. I definitely don't recommend also for it to be by the polo reserve which being a high class area you would think they would have better service and attitude. Doesn't deserve a star. read more
