I mean, after 58 miles on the bike, one's standards for food are pretty low. So, I ordered a panini ham sandwich. When I bit into it, yes it was piping hot, but also toasted to within an inch of its life. Never mind I thought, calories are calories at this point. However, that's about all they were. And of course I gnawed at it, devoured it, in my current famished state. But if hunger is the best sauce, even that wasn't quite enough to overcome the shortcomings. It is a shame that this pretty stop on the trail serves up such mediocre fare. There is room for improvement.

Perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee and people watch. They also sell smoothies, pastries and sandwiches. We noticed they are open anytime the weather is over 50 degrees, I thought that was so fun! I got an iced caramel macchiato and my son got the pineapple and coconut smoothie. Both drinks were great! We both tried a panini but decided we wouldn't do that again, nothing special, very little filling and kinda pricey at over $8.00 a sandwich. If you're looking got a sunny spot to sit and relax this is it.

Great place. Make sure it's over 50 degrees and they are open. Lots of outdoor seating and bike parking

Fantastic Iced Americano! This is such a lovely spot to relax and hang out. Why does my review have to be longer?

We still come here on cycle days. They've expanded the seating area, shady tables, bike parking and grassed play area to stretch out. I am so grateful they filled my bike bottles with ice and cold water for free, such a gift on a 90 degree day!

Great little coffee house on the river walk and in Hudson Gardens. They use an iPad to process payments, so I could even email the receipt to myself. Good chai tea :)

    Good caramel lattes too!!

And they said they can accommodate dietary restrictions like nut-free. I was wrong, they do offer nut free milks and bases. So that's good. They also do carry juices in the refrigerated case, but when I was there I didn't see any juices and I didn't ask if there were any available. Props to Cory for reaching out to me. I appreciate that! What I wrote originally: After looking at the online menu & website, I went into this location for a Green Room juice. But was told they don't make juice anymore. That was disappointing because it was on the menu online. Update the website then? And all the smoothies have major allergens -- nut-based milks and coconut milk and coconut water and coco whip, whatever that is. Everything's promoted as "dairy-free" but nut milks are not allergen free. No alternatives like oat milk or the better tasting "flax seed milk." It's extremely difficult to find a juice/smoothie places that offer allergen-free juices/smoothies -- please start offering vegan AND allergen free aka nut free. Cute place, sadly not enlightened on allergens.

I wish more cafés offered that because it lets you enjoy your drink exactly how you like it. We ordered the Coconut Coffee, Guava Tea with Rambutan, the Biscoff waffle, and the Oreo waffle. Everything was beautifully presented. The Guava Tea with Rambutan was refreshing, and the Coconut Coffee had a smooth, creamy flavor. The waffles were good, but nothing that really surprised me. Overall, I had a good experience. The atmosphere and service were definitely the highlights. While I enjoyed everything we tried, it's not one of those places I'd find myself craving or going back to over and over again. Still, if you're nearby and looking for a cute café with good drinks and desserts, it's worth checking out.

She checked my Service Dog (which I very much appreciate, due to folks abusing this) so I really liked that. Lots of yogurt choices: Low-fat, Nonfat, Sugar-Free, Gelato and the flavors rotate. Something we really liked was that the staff applied the toppings. They will give you as much as you want. It gives off the vibes of an old apothecary - featuring wood shelves to the ceiling filled with a canister filled with loose leaf tea that the baristas need a ladder to reach, SO many cozy nooks to read, work or catch up with friends. Half the store is a little shop selling unique tea goods old and new. ++ Staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The menu is massive and offers more than just drinks but alcohol cocktails, loose leave tea by the pound and more. The girl behind the counter helped us narrow down our interests and flavor profiles to help us choose drinks to order. ++ Pricing is on point and reasonable. I will say, the main negative for me was the tea was overall, just MEH to me. I ordered a Thai Tea with boba, and it was definitely not what I thought it would be. It tasted like watered down dirt - but the boba was fun. My husband thought his orange tea was average at best and could use some sweetener. Just some newbie tea drinkers, I guess. Overall, I'm sure we'd return if something catches our eye, but I'll order something different next time.
