When I walked in, the employees were having a personal conversation that was extremely unprofessional. My coffee order took a solid ten minutes to make (despite the fact that I didn't order it with any substitutions or anything). While the employees were making the drinks for me and the drive through customers, they kept stopping to have more personal conversations. One employee had to remake a drink for a different customer because she did it wrong. There is a lot of room for improvement at this location. read more

I really want to give more stars to this location, but I live nearby and have been coming to it for two years. Well the coffee always tastes good, my order is not always correct, and it always takes an absurd amount of time. I've never seen a location that works align so slowly. I often times will order ahead in my ass before I leave my house, and I take my time getting there, and no matter if I choose a lobby pick up or drive-through, my coffee is never ready. And the drive-through line can only have two or three people in it and you will be stuck waiting in it even if you have a mobile order for a good 20 minutes. There have been several times where I've just gone into the lobby thinking it would be faster, but I can see the slip for my drink sitting on the countertop and other drinks going out faster despite the fact I ordered mine from home. If you have the time it's worth the wait for the flavor, but if you're in a hurry, totally skip it. read more

I've had Dunkin' Donuts many times in Colorado Springs and always get the same order every time. My iced vanilla latte tasted like the equivalent of a large cup of water with about an ounce of coffee in it. Zero vanilla flavor whatsoever and it was as if I ordered a large cup of iced water. The employees should care enough to make a decent coffee, as that is kind of what this entire establishment banks off of - coffee. Super unsatisfied with my experience and feel as if I paid $14 dollars for a couple cream cheese bagels, as my girlfriends coffee was equally as awful. Won't ever be visiting this location again. Get some staff in there who can actually make decent drinks. read more

As a former Starbucks employee, I'm impressed with this store and have become a regular. Not only is the coffee here the best of any chain I've had (except for maybe Peet's), you can't beat it for the price. I don't typically have more than that, although their Wake-Up Wraps are a flavorful, low-cal option. Most importantly, the service here is always friendly! I usually visit the drive-thru, which is always speedy, but I went inside on a Sunday morning and it was very pleasant. Air-Conditioned, plenty of outlets, relaxed environment, and same friendly employees. Cheers to the management team here. I'm always greeted with a smile and a cheerful face. read more

I when in yesterday morning before work. They were really busy and I believed short staffed as well. I made my way up to order.i ordered I large iced hazelnut coffee with a whole grain bagel tosted with cream cheese, and 1/2 dozen donuts. I was waiting for my order. Have not gotten my bagle I asked some one of she new about my bagle. And no one made it. The lady behind the counter said the could remake it. I was standing in the lobby waiting for my food when my coffee comes out. Hot and wrong oh well no time to change it now. someone handed me the bagle. I went in this morning to get a small iced coffee and a regular donut. I've been feeling low because of finances and family troubles. I don't usually go eat donuts to make myself feel better, lol, but thought I'd get myself a splurge with the $3 cash I had. With tax I didn't have enough, so I apologized and told them to skip the coffee. The 2 women working there told me not to worry about it and gave me the donut free. I know it seems minor, but their kindness right now was major for me. Thank you! (I left the change in the tip jar.) Dunkin Donuts should be proud they have such kind, caring employees! read more

First let me say that I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. It is just right for me, hot and ice. My suggestion is to please turn down your music. Most people go to coffee shops to have coffee and visit. My friend and I usually sit outside because of the music but today was too hot so we just left with our coffee. I don't think anyone goes to Dunkin Donuts to listen to their music. I find this a problem a lot of places, do we really need to be entertained by music constantly, how about just talking to each other? read more

The service is a bit slow for a DD but everyone working here is very nice and the place is clean. My biggest complaint was about the food. I only got a couple hash browns with my order, 6 to be exact. They don't even fill up half the bag. The Angus bagel was also a dry chewy disappointment. I will be back for coffee but you can keep the food. read more

The staff are always SO friendly at this location! The manager on duty Saturday 5/28/16 is so nice & his staff seem to respect him because you can just tell they all work well together. From the man through the speaker who took my order, to the woman who gave me my food, i was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Our food was taking a while and the woman at the window saw i had a 2 year old so she gave him a donut hole to keep him happy while we waited. My food was also exactly how i liked it. read more

Me and my family have been going to this location for a while. It's never been great but it's cheap coffee and close to our house so it's an easy option. The customer service has become terrible over the last few months though. No matter what size we've ordered the cups are never even close to full and the amount of times a drink has been forgotten is ridiculous. The employees there now are also always rushing us to make our order even if there is hardly any other guests there. I'm at the point where I'd much rather take my business to any of the other coffee/donut places near by. It doesn't matter if the coffees cheap when the employees are rude and condescending. 2 stars for their inconsistency and inability to do simple tasks. This is the second occasion in which they ran out of something significant, last time it was straws this time they ran out of milk. We ordered 1/2 dozen donuts the jelly wasn't made very well considering it was so thin the jelly was popping through the top and bottom. We also ordered the chicken and "bacon" on ciabatta we asked to have it sliced in half since we had a long drive and wanted to share it. We got a piece of soggy cold chicken with ham on an uncut roll. Upside the cheese was melted downside is we probably should have checked to see if it was cut since they never seem to understand to cut stuff even when they repeat that we want it cut. I really hope whoever does the training there isn't training the new staff at the location on Kipling or Ill start going to Starbucks across the road. read more

I am following up to my posted review from yesterday...WOW! Impressive how the owner of this store handled this situation! I called the corporate headquarters and voiced my concerns. Within a couple hours the owner called me personally to followed up. He was thorough, attentive, sympathetic and apologetic! He told me he would look into things and get back to me within a day or so. I received a second phone call 40 min later and he had investigated the situation and was not only shocked and apologetic, he offered to donate donuts to the school as a way to mend fences and gain community support, and make 650 kids REALLY happy! In the end I was impressed with the customer service coming from the top. Thank you!! Yesterdays post: Unbelievable! I just went in to pick up the 650 donuts (55 dozen) I had ordered for my children's school for a fundraiser this morning and they had NO donuts ready for pick up! Not only were the donuts not ready, the person in charge was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told they could not help me. They had all my contact information from when I placed the original order last week and no one called me to let me know the order would not be ready or that there was any issue. Who does this!?!? I was left to scramble to find 650 donuts at other locations nearby, thankfully King Soopers had a baker who was more than happy to help me, and with a SMILE on her face! I am not sure what is the worst part of the whole ordeal, the fact that the order was not ready, the fact that no one called me to let me know the order was not ready or the RUDE and unhelpful manager at the store??? I will not be visiting a Dunkin' Donuts any time soon, and certainly will not be headed to the one at Mineral and Platte Canyon. read more
