The drive-thru is fairly efficient but if you're in a rush, I recommend parking and going in. The doughnuts are usually fresh although they tend to run out of certain kinds if you show up too late. The employees are kind and the manager is always on the ball. Whenever I have to place a large order for my school, I order ahead on the mobile app and I rarely have to wait. read more

one of the worst dunkin's i've had the displeasure of stopping at. lady working the drive thru was laughing over the speaker as i was giving my order, asking me to repeat what id said, obviously not paying attention. after paying i was asked to pull forward to a stop sign while they made my food. i proceeded to wait for 10+ minutes and no one ever showed up to give me my food. i had to get out of my car and tell them i was still waiting. they hadn't even started making my food yet, which was just two wraps and an order of hash browns. the staff who gave me my food offered no apology and the food was luke warm(at best) and thrown together callously. incredibly disappointed. read more

Placed an app order for food and coffee, when we got to the window a "person" (pretty sure it was a female with dreads) handed us the coffees and then slammed the window shut. No "hello, how are you?" or even just a smile. Ok.. Whatever. When "they" handed us the coffees, we asked which was which. ( ) "They" then looked at us like we were idiots and said "its on the cup!" and the window closed. Also, I did order food, so I was still waiting at the window on my food. Ok... While waiting I noticed my coffee was missing the cold foam they charge extra for. Still waiting at the drive thru window... (wondering why we were still there) so then we honk the horn, they finally open the window after about a minute or so, and I tell them they totally forgot the food we ordered and messed up one of the coffees. After my last review of this dunkin a little less than a year ago, i decided to give them a try again. I just went early on a saturday morning so i don't wait for years in the drive through like i did last time. The food itself was fine, i received everything i ordered in decent quality. The service, however, I pray for all of your jobs. The black woman with braids at the drive through greeted me with a meme-worthy face. She did not say anything for a solid 5 seconds when I pulled up-- she just looked at me with a mixed look of confusion and disgust. Me, a customer not knowing what to say, goes "uhh [my name]" because I placed a mobile order. Any other dunkin greets me at the drive through with AT LEAST "hi give us one second please" if they're taking longer than usual. That woman needs to go back to elementary/middle school to fix up her communication skills. At least the food was decent this time. I stopped at this drive through on Saturday, July 27, around 5 pm and waited for 8 minutes with only one car in front of me. I ordered a side of the bacon snacks as I wanted that amazing crispy bacon for a Caesar salad I was making for a friend. The order I received was limp and half raw. What happened today was definitely the last straw rather drive further to get good service. I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 donuts. Chocolate glazed, strawberry frosted, vanilla cream and Jelly filled. First they put them all in a bag!!!!!!!! I told the girl at the window "all in a bag????" The food is always fast, and the coffee is consistent, but that's where it ends. Every time I order a bagel, I ask for it to be toasted and it never is. Sometimes, they don't even bother to put the cream cheese on for me and just throw it in the bag for me to do it myself. Today, the bagel was completely stale and I couldn't get past the second bite. UPDATE! I had given this location one of its highest reviews since all the other reviews were so bad and I had past good experiences here. I am now changing my review to 1 star due to the staff being rude when I asked to purchase a pup cup aka whipped cream for my dog. Every other location will do this but this one. They offered a munchkin but those are harmful to dogs. Plus they didn't even get my order correct. Really disappointed. This location has the best hash browns in the whole area. I choose to go to this location every time over any other because they ALWAYS make the hash browns fresh.
