Yesterday I ordered 24 jelly donuts for delivery this afternoon. The donuts just arrived, 7 were jelly with the rest being assorted. There was a note on my order that said "Next time call ahead! We never have that much jelly!" They never called to say there was an issue so I could make other arrangements. When I tried calling I got an answering machine. I got a refund through door dash, but now I'm in a bit of a pickle. I would have loved a call so I could have a chance to figure out an alternative. Update: it got worse. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I had gone to many Dunkin's and this is my local one. I have had some issues but nothing like what happened today. I was going to go to Dunkin around 4:00pm, I thought that I had ordered online however I accidentally hit an expired card to checkout without realizing. To my surprise I saw this when I was about to arrive at Dunkin. Since my order was somewhat complicated I decided to still use the app instead of saying everything into the mic. I knew that it would take longer but I was the only one in line at the time. I get to the window and am instantly greeted by an angry worker who was pissed that I had ordered ahead and gotten there so quickly. He wouldn't even allow me to tell him why that happened. Again what would the difference in time be between me having to reiterate my order again compared to it already being on a slip that they just have to make. There is none. I get to the window the man hands me the wrong drink and forgets my hashbrowns and snack wrap. I don't care at that point. I am more upset with how he thinks he can treat costumers. It wasn't busy, and I could have patiently waited. I have worked in the food service industry for 4+ years and am a supervisor. I know how to treat costumers and that is not it. I hope he gets fired (he was the Latino man). read more

The Park Street location is the worst Dunkin we have visited. Mickey the service person is openly mean. Our order was wrong and the staff added a two dollar tip wwithout our permission. When we complained Mickey told us she would call the police. Please do not go to this restarant! The service people are mean to elderly (my husband is 76 years old). Honestly... for a Dunkin, this is a pretty great location! I live about two miles away the drive through is my jam. It's always incredibly quick and ready when you need it. The only challenge is he location. It's perfect if you're heading downtown from Park St. but if you're heading the opposite way, it's a bit tricky with the one way. This Monona location is the absolute worst. I've had more bad experiences than good. It is never clean, the manager who is always here is always crabby and not helpful. The couple of times I've had issues, she does not help, sends her employees to fix the issues, which never get fixed. This morning I put in a pick up order via the app. I get here, to find all doors locked! They open at 5 am... it is after 6 am. I had to go up to the drive up window, to tell her I have an order waiting inside and her doors are still locked! She replies- I know. WHATTTT??? The cup was barely half filled. The taste was so bad it was undrinkable. I didn't know about Dunkin Donuts until I was an adult and I can say that living near one is absolutely wonderful. I come through this drive thru once a week or more and I'm usually perfectly happy with my order. More than once, I've had a small issue -- someone forgot to put cream cheese on my bagel, someone made the wrong drink or made it hot when it should be cold -- but that happens. There have only ever been women who work there when I've been, so I'll just say they are lovely and usually everything is pleasant and on time. If I order donuts to take to my job, they are great about it. They all vary in energy and positivity in the morning, but there's one lady who really just gives it her all and I love it. It can be tricky to get to the drive through and part of the problem has been construction on Park, the nearby car wash and adjacent streets. The parking lot is too small and if you are going South on Park, you do have to flip a U-turn to get there. It's still my Dunkin. read more

I used my DD mobile app to order two sandwiches: Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a bagel, and a Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a croissant in advance to be picked up ASAP. Arrived through the drive-through, and let the attendant know that we were picking up a mobile order. Drove up to the window, and the lady behind the counter repeats the amount "due" even though it's already paid through the mobile app, although she did quickly apologize, it didn't help that our order was not made in advance, and they seemed to have trouble finding it. So what should've been a quick pick up order to go, ended up with us just waiting by the window for the sandwiches to be made and warmed up. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel I had was not cooked evenly, with one side much more burnt and the other side without the cheese fully melted. Overall, the breakfast bagel sandwich was mediocre at best, and disappointing given the whole ordering experience. The hash browns were cooked well, but a lot of the pieces were stuck together and I would have to pull the pieces apart. My wish, if I do decide to give mobile ordering and/or this DD a try again, is for the ordering process to be more streamlined and for mobile orders to be prepped and ready for pick up faster in the future. I am speechless by this employee writing a public review like this?! To call your customers names and say they treat you like shit? Every time I was there last year my drinks and food were perfect, but now I've always been getting wrong orders or the food is never open. It is NOT the customers fault you are short staffed. If you do not like your job then leave because this is a clear reflection of Dunkin and it's management! Saying "customers and rich people are the worst" is a direct reflection of Dunkin's values and clearly they do not value customer service having employees like this. Horrible.. if I could give zero I would. First off the staff has completely changed in the past few months and it is very obvious. The workers are extremely rude and rush orders to the point they cut me off in the middle of speaking. This is the third time I have tried it but I just can't do it again because it is a waste of my time and money. A staff was also being reprimanded very loudly inside and upon asking it was a manager and there were customers inside as well... as well as that list you might as well forget trying to order food because they always tell you food is closed or they aren't making anything and if on the rare occasion you do get food it is cold and incorrect. CONS: Employees do not know how to count / poor customer service We ordered 50 munchkins, but the lady that helped us was more concerned about her reused gloved hands from getting dirty than counting how many munchkins she was putting in. Imagine having to split 50 munchkins among 25 students, but only finding 47 munchkins in the box! I had to eat 22 munchkins by myself to avoid uneven munchkin distribution. Five stars for service, three for the actual product. I stopped in on a late weekday afternoon to pick up a box of Munchkins. I'm not a huge Dunkin' Donuts fan, but my boyfriend is obsessed with their donut holes. However, he refuses to buy them for himself due to the price. When I walked up to the counter, I was greeted by Abraham. I asked for a box of 25 Munchkins, and he asked if mixed was okay or if I wanted to pick them out. I replied that "mixed should be fine" and he asked if they were for some one. I told him they were boyfriend's birthday, and Abraham was kind enough to comp them on the spot because he "likes making people happy." Mission accomplished, Abraham! I'm not a regular and I only ordered the donut holes, so there wasn't any incentive for him to do so. I tipped with the few bucks I had in my wallet and, due to his kindness, will likely return. When I got home I snuck a couple of donut holes for myself and they were fine, but to me no better than the ones you can get at the grocery store for about half the price. The blueberry was probably the best of the bunch, followed by the yeast glazed. The location and drive-thru is convenient if you're northbound; if you're southbound you have to keep heading down the road past several no u-turn signs. The first turn light will take you to a lakeside path, but make sure to pull a u-ey there; the next side street that will connect you back to Park Street is past DD and you'll have to make the circle again. read more

Average Dunkin' experience. Usually seems to be a shortage of workers so things do sometimes take longer, but it usually comes out right. The drive-through goes pretty quick. Small parking lot but I've never seen it full. Getting in/out of this Dunkin' can be tricky with the streets only going one way, but it is doable. Overall just a typical Dunkin', would be nice if it were a bit bigger and easier to access. read more

This is a great stop in the morning before work, especially on those Monday mornings when you feel like a sloth getting out of bed. The only problem that I would voice is the incredibly long (slow) lines. I seem to always get behind someone in the drive thru that orders multiple dozens of donuts and or breakfast sandwiches for their entire workplace. I have waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru before. Not good when I'm uncaffeinated and hangry. There's no way to get around these people safely, so you have to sit through it and not take it out on the person working at the window. read more

This Dunkin' was phenomenal. They were extremely patient with our large order as we had a basketball team in the car. The drive thru was very quick and they had our drinks ready almost from the time we ordered to the window. I wish I could take away your star. I did it. I gave you another change. And like a teenage, Lifetime relationship you let me down again. I ordered a coffee with caramel syrup. They forgot to put it in. I made sure to try it before I left the drive thru. Before I could say anything, the person walked away from the window. I knocked on the window, nothing. I had to pull out, turn around and go in. Rather than apologize, they acted as if I did something wrong. Have any of you been to this location? You know how hard it is to get in and out of anything on Park street. This is how mad I was! One iced coffee! ONE! And they got it wrong. So, of course, I let the management know. Update! I was randomly sent a $10 try me again gift card.....oh boy! Story time: So I went in to use my free 10 bucks...right....so I stood in line for 5 minutes waiting to even get my order taken, they were completely short staffed (3pm in the afternoon). It seemed like the people ahead of ordered drinks and sandwiches and the only person that knew how to make them obviously was the only person who knew how to properly run the register because it took foreverrrrrrrrrr. So I finally got to the register ordered a croissant chicken sandwich and a few donuts to fill out my $10. No Boston Creme! What the hell. I understand it was 3pm in the afternoon but I really wanted a Boston Creme Donut! So I settled on a few others. My croissant chicken sandwich took a couple minutes to make and was OK at best. Unfortunately no option for no stars. Three times I've been here. three times I've been disappointed. Three strikes I am out. I asked for an iced tea with light ice and they informed me that if I had light ice they would not fill the cup. You can go down the street to McDonald's and get a large iced tea for one dollar. They charge more than double for a medium iced tea with only a half a cup of tea because I didn't want an entire cup of ice. I ordered hashbrowns thinking they couldn't mess up potatoes. They gave me six soggy hashbrowns. The paper it was wrapped in would've been more filling. Previous time I went there they didn't have all the ingredients for the sandwich. They didn't offer a partial refund for the missing tomatoes. Store is a train wreck. This has nothing to do with an employee shortage. This has everything to do with poor management.
