Lol... has anyone ever noticed that all Dunkin's aren't able to make a correct order after about 1pm? Simple order: bacon, egg, cheese plain bagel toasted. A Dunkin staple. I pay, asked to pull forward, wait about 6 minutes and the kid inside runs it out and says, "sorry for the wait, we had to make fresh eggs". Odd comment since the eggs are frozen and microwaved, but whatever. I get home and find NO egg can Corp. Employee Kay, is a ray of SUNSHINE! Today my mom and I went to another place to get coffee. And they made our coffees wrong. So we decided to go through the drive through here. And Kay kindly gave us a bag of cream and sugar packets. When my mom and I tried to tip her she refused. This has happened more than once when I used to live nearby. The staff is what makes this place great. A little while ago the service was awful and the coffee was never made right. It seems they now have an entirely new staff and they are wonderful. Super kind, always gets my order right, very apologetic if the wait is long (not their fault). The woman that has recently been at the window in the afternoons (around 12-3) has made my day multiple times. She is the sweetest, kindest soul always. read more

Went through the drive thru at 8am this morning! Got some food & tried to get a few brownie batter donuts for my wife but was told they didn't have any. Okay no problem, they sell out fast, so i went on my way until I hear from my sister she went to the same dunkin an hour after me and got brownie batter donuts. Confusing, but okay maybe they made more. So I decided to do a mobile order for 6 donuts and then head down to pick them up and the same lady i spoke with in the drive thru in the morning is in the front and when i ask for my mobile order says they don't have any brownie batter donuts, as i am starting directly at them in the donut case behind her. I pointed them out to her and then she was rude and had an attitude about how she was "supposed to get a slip for a mobile order and didn't" as if that was somehow my fault something in the store wasn't working correctly. Showed her my receipt and did end up getting my donuts, but it was such a really weird experience. Should've gotten her name but i was just so in shock of the blatant lying and possible hoarding of brownie batter donuts. read more

I'm not one to review bad reviews but this could have been a choking hazard for a child. I ordered a sandwich and went to take a bite and it was warmed and toasted with cheese plastic still on it. I went back very frustrated and nauseous, the manager was very apologetic and did provide me a free muffin but I still had to report this for the safety! These little mistakes can cause a huge accident! I understand it gets very busy and accidents do happen but if you pay attention to every detail these things can be avoided! read more

I have given this location many different attempts but everytime I go I am disappointed. Today I ordered a toasted coconut latte with oatmilk. It was ALL foam 1/4 of it was a drink. There was no flavor in it. I know the kid was new but they need to do better training of their employees. The poor kid was running register making then making the order and then going back to the next customer with a line out the door. They also don't let you order on the go with pick up in store option anymore. Drive through only which is crazy because they are in the worst location and their drive through line blocks traffic now because you can't do in store pick up on the app anymore. I then went to a location a few streets over and the latte was made as it should have been. That is the last time I will go there. read more

This DD location is another one that I very often frequent. Its located right off of 384 on the way to Little Theatre of Manchester, which I sometimes feel like I live at. The place only gets 4 out of 5 stars though because I occasionally have had minor issues. The food is always great and the people are friendly, but on more than one instance I have left with a tea instead of coffee. I have a very confusing and specific coffee order so I couldn't imagine them they thought I said tea. Overall though, great location, and located right next to the Subway, if you wanted just a coffee and a sandwich from there. read more

i would rate this place a 0/5 but there is no option for that so i guess this will do. i ordered a lightly buttered and lightly toasted croissant and was expect to get that, the women taking my order up front confirmed my order and demanded me to drive up to the front. Next thing i know when i was about to pay and take my food she informs me that there is no croissants and asks me if a plain bagel will do, when i say no she starts forcing it upon me as well. this went on for about 10 seconds and every time i declined the bagel she kept saying "no?" with a dubious expression on her face. like no bitch if i wanted a fucking plain bagel i would've ordered that and the fact that this dumb bitch didn't even tell me there weren't any croissants to begin with when i was ordering really makes me mad. so no i did NOT enjoy my experience, in fact i despised it. never again will i make this same mistake by going to this location again. read more

Friday, 29 June I went to Dunkin' Donuts on Harford Road at 11:45 AM. I ordered a Diet Coke and two veggie egg white wraps at the drive-through. When I pulled up the boy at the window gave me a regular Coke, didn't give me a receipt and as I left I pulled out one of the wraps and it was cold uncooked and had no cheese. This is the second time I've been to this place where they have gotten my order wrong and when I called to speak to a manager the gentleman on the phone told me the manager wasn't in and when I asked he said try back Monday. This is the worst service and I definitely won't be going back. read more

My wife went here 3 days ago and was disrespected/harassed by a male employee working there. I couldn't believe it. Unreal how this day and age someone can't even go and pick up a coffee without feeling uncomfortable or sexually harassed. I really need to ask a serious question because it has been bothering me for some time now.... Do you train all your employees the same way in each store? I know that different people own different stores but for just this one store on Hartford Road.. what the heck are you training them? Apparently I'm not the first one to leave with tea in my iced coffee! It has happened multiple times now! I get the same thing, EVERY TIME. I get a Medium French Vanilla Iced Coffee Light and Sweet. Tell me why it tastes different every single time?! Tell me why when I asked for a sesame bagel toasted with EXTRA butter I get handed a bagel NOT toasted with NO butter on it and they threw a couple little butters in my bag so I could do it myself. Yes, I am very capable of buttering my own bagel but the whole point of me spending money every morning at Dunkin is so I don't have to!!!!!! I am so frustrated about this. I genuinely do not understand why I have such a hard time with this Dunkin. The only person that seems competent is your manager. I get attitude from your employees when I have to come back in every time and complain about my coffee being completely wrong and I feel like I'M the one in the wrong when really I am paying money for a coffee to be how I want it (so simple) and its consistently getting destroyed. Now, I am just going to start going completely out of my way on my morning commute to go to the Adams Street Dunkin Donuts since I have never had an issue there. It's funny to me because I talk to my friends and co workers and every single one of them that has gone to your Dunkin Donuts has had an issue with their order.... If this review doesn't put some pep in your step then I don't know what will. Train your employees to KNOW what they are making and HOW to correctly make it. Don't you want happy, loyal customers?
