I wish there was a no star rating. This place is unbelievably slow. If I wasn't stuck in the drive through, I'd leave.

DD, I am disappointed in you. I love you, with your great breakfast sandwiches, drinks, and mouth watering donuts. But you need to seriously consider removing this one because if someone is a first time DD visitor and goes to this location, they will never return again. They will sprint in the other direction to the nearest Starbucks and never come within a 100 feet of another DD ever again. Went here twice in three days because we needed some coffee and breakfast. First visit there was a hair in my drink from the employees beard, and when I asked him for a new one he became very frustrated and made it but it was a completely different drink (probably due to the spit). Onto the food, it was average for DD but it took 15 minutes for two wraps and a sandwich. On my second visit my server was very rude and disrespectful and also unprofessional and informal. Got the same thing and it still took like 20 minutes for my simple order. Definitely would not recommend coming to this DD unless absolutely necessary. Bad service and a real time waster. Store hours say they close at 9:00pm. We arrived at 8:30pm and was told they coffee was really old and they won't make anymore. There were also no donuts. I suggest if you advertise to be open until 9, that means you service your customers until 9. Not tell them at 8:30 you are already cleaning up. read more

Awful, awful. Saturday morning, we got to get a box of Joe and a dozen donuts. They have no boxes for coffee. My boyfriend asks if they have icing filled donuts and the lady behind the counter said, "I don't know, I've never tried these before!" What the heck? He said, "Don't you know your product?" Six people working there and the worst experience! This is the Keys, why are you not prepared for a weekend rush. And for goodness sakes, train them with customer service skills. It is really hard to communicate with people who don't speak well or you cannot understand! Iced caramel latte looked like a machiatto, caramel on bottom, cream in middle and coffee...wrong and awful! Horrible. Vacationing near by, and his was the closest place for coffee. Every day there's a note apologizing for not opening until xx:xx. Today they have NO donuts at all when they open. Three people ask me if I ordered (coffee) before one handed to me with the lid half on, and coffee dripping down the side. It's dirty, they are severely overstuffed. Just stopped at the Dunkin Donut #349983 at the Valeo Gas Station in Marathon Fl. This was the absolutely worst service ever. Cashier was Javawn S. Trans sequence 463563. 1/16/17. Time 7:23am Took 13 minutes to place an order for two med coffees and 10 munchkins when there was 1 person in front of us who left exasperated without his order. We were handed the munchkins then waited another 5 minutes for two medium coffees. I Had to walk back to the register to ask for our coffee after another customer was waited on and received his coffee. When I inquired about our coffee, Javawn said, I didn't see any coffees on your order, meanwhile he is the exact same person who took our order. I showed him my receipt and he had to look at it three times for 1 med black coffee and 1 med coffee 4 creams, 4 sweeteners and as it turns out the one coffee was correct. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Despicable service and coffee area was a total mess. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a dunkin donut franchisee. I had my donut in 2 min flat...don't know what the fuss is all about??? It's in a gas station - so a smaller shop than a traditional stand alone store. Possibly the slowest, worst service, and dumbest employees I've ever witnessed in food service. Cashier asked me if I wanted my coffee order hot or cold 3 times in the span of 10 minutes. Service was slow and not polite, ordered a croissant sandwich and there was paper stuck/melted to the croissant bread part that was not part of the wrapping it was given to me in. This is a TERRIBLE location. The people are incredibly rude and never get my order right. They will seriously give you attitude for everything including a friendly greeting. Contrary to all the negative reviews, I had a very good experience here. Friendly staff and fresh coffee. I would recommend giving it a try.
