Absolutely insane how I can go order something 3 time in 3 days and it made different every time the care they take is next to none and that no care at all and when talking to manager she said well when we are really busy it get like that well there was only three people in line so not sure how busy they could have been to let my sandwich fall apart before even entering the bag dunkin in its self is not terrible but the service in Massillon is terrible and the manager has not skill in trying to make customers happy. read more

Customer service! Gave me burned, hard potatoes in the drive through @ 6:60 am. My one stop for breakfast on the way to work. No, I couldn't come straight back or call, I was working! I put them in the pocket of the car and didn't think it would be an issue, I'd just run in after work. They said it happened because I left them in the car. They were burned and hard as a rock, unfit to eat, it was so obvious it was their issue. Further more they said they couldn't do anything about it come back in the morning. I Live the next city over. I don't work tomorrow, I'm not making a special trip to rehash this issue with a manager. The person behind the counter said "well it is 2025" What's even mean?? Issues: Lack of having someone in charge to make even little decisions right. 2 hash browns, really? The cost is one thing, BUT mainly it's the principal! NO respect or value for YOUR customers. YOULL PROBABLY GET BETTER SERVICE AT MCDONALDS. nothing about my order was correct and I got nothing but attitude and disrespect when I called in about my insanely messed up order. at the time of my order there were 0 people in the store and I was the first of 3 cars in line to order. my order was rung up correctly and without incident. the problems came when I got my order. first I had ordered a 6pc hash brown instead I got loaded hash browns. then I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich with the bacon on the side. what I got was a plain bagel - no egg or cheese (my bacon was on the side tho somehow). so (as I'm already home when I'm realizing this) I call in to inform them of their mistake and some girl answers the phone (idk her name as she never offered it or I would 100% call her out on her horrendous behavior) and she says "well I asked her and she said you ordered a bagel with bacon on the side". I responded telling her yes that's partially true but shes missing the part where there's supposed to be egg and cheese on it as well and I don't have it. she responded saying "well I don't need the attitude from you". I told her I wasn't giving her attitude and that I was trying to explain the problem to her and that what she's claiming I ordered does not match my receipt at all so I read her my drive thru ticket receipt word for word to help her understand. to which she said "ya I get it and I don't need the attitude" (and yes she said this multiple times- and honest there was 0 attitude on the phone call until she brought it- I was dumbfounded by the whole situation). I ordered my stuff and it was fine. I pulled up my app because I had a deal. She asked what is was and I said I had a deal and then she scanned it. We got our order and waited. When we got our drinks we were confused that our food wasn't there. She went all Karen mode and told me that I don't tell her I had a deal. I did and then she was very rude about it. Me and my boyfriend DoorDashed a strawberry dragonfruit coconut refresher and 6 donuts, we got the wrong drink, they gave us green tea instead. They didn't give us the donuts we asked for and the donuts tasted like they'd been sitting out all day. read more

So originally I was going to get 6 donuts, 2 croissants, and 1 bacon egg and cheese bagel so I ordered them on my phone but when I got there they handed me a bag with 2 bagels and 1 croissant and then they asked if I had ordered any donuts and I said yes so they said to come in and pick them out so I went in and they didn't even have 3 of the donuts and I was trying to show them the order on my phone and they were not paying attention at ALL. So I got one extra bagel because I asked for another croissant and when we got home everything was smashed up and the donuts were cold, basically flat, and hard like they were stale. Stopped at the one in Navarre May 25 2019 @5:30am. Car in front of me had 2 big dogs, employees were feeding the dogs, the dogs were licking there fingers, and they petted the dogs then that car pulled away I pulled up they went to serve me I told them to forget my order you dnt pet animals and let them lick your fingers then turn to serve a customer. Very unsanitary, was disgusting, and I was disappointed. Dnt get me wrong I love animals but wash your hands damn I do not want dog slobber in my food. read more

This location is consistently out of specialty coffee. Their service is rude in starting my day, and instead of "good morning" & "have a nice day", they are strictly transactional. If they surprise me & do have coffee available, they fail in stirring my drink, and the flavor sits at the bottom. This location is a horrible start to your day & I'd recommend driving the extra 10mins. in visiting a different location. read more

Very unorganized. Got my sandwich and had to ask 3 times for my husbands sandwich. Watched as they made 4 drive through orders as we had been waiting much longer for a order they forgot. The less busy Dunkin nearby is a much better option. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Never carry enough of anything, you are located in a clearly busy area I don't understand how you aren't managing to keep up. 2 they mess up every. Single. Order. Last few times I was here they can't seem to get anything right. We order the grilled cheese with ham and it turns out to be bacon, and even though I explicitly specified No Ice so they put it in anyways. Now I go and ask for a Chai w/ No Ice and she says is it ok if it's only half full? New rule apparently due to the fact they can't NOT fill the entire cup with ice? Like yeah of course I'll pay for an already overpriced drink that's only half full Or a watered down one since I have to drink it within 20 minutes or else. Literal Incompetence. Coffee good. Staff is nice. Radio sucks! It's too loud to have a conversation or work in the seating area. And even worse, it cuts in and out!!! We asked staff to turn it down or change the station but they said they have no control over the radio! What???? It has to drive the employees nuts. Can't stay in here long. read more

I am an avid Dunkin Donuts go-er and although my drink did taste correct I was disappointed with my overall experience. I had to repeat my order several times and then was given no receipt. They gave us our drinks and they were not marked as what was what and when the person immediately walked away we had to wait for him to come back to ask for straws. I keep thinking maybe these people are new? -but where is the person that is suppose to be training them? It was around 6:45pm and they didn't seem overly busy, I don't understand why it was such a struggle. I will most likely favor the Dunkin' Donuts about 3 miles south on 21 from now on. read more

The morning crew can be rude and rushy , they don't say thank you or anything and don't try paying for the person behind you they rush you out so fast you can't even ask too. the night crew however is so polite and nice , they know our coffee orders (I'm obsessed with DD) and I've actually have had one female employee pay for our coffee when we came through that night. They use milk instead of cream and when you ask for a flavored coffee black, or flavored with no cream/no sugar, it's a 50/50 chance you will get NO flavor either. Then you are told to bring it back with the receipt and they will fix it. Seriously, I'm supposed to leave work BC you can't do your job?! Starbucks is looking better. With the money I've wasted on coffee made wrong ($2.19 per cup) I might as well pay more to have it made right. read more

They are great. The only thing I don't like abut it is the drive thru directions. When I first visited there I made a unknowingly mistake and went straight in the drive thru unknowingly and didn't see the arrows to go all the way around the parking lot. Had some lady that went off on me behind me saying I cut her off screaming at me n cursing so bad that my kid started puking in the back seat ??? DD said nothing about it. I honestly was clueless why the heck she was screaming at me. Seriously thought she was having some DD withdraw and needed her coffee. Then told a friend about it and she then told me about the arrows. I know follow the arrows but man, DD said nothing and I didn't even get my coffee that day. Hope that lady in the van was happy and got her coffee. People make mistakes and I did that day unknowingly. just wonder how many others flip out over someones simple mistake of not seeing the arrows. they really need to make the drive thru directions more viewable.
