The employee also said to not reuse the bags (something that could be prevented if they wrote the dates on the bags as other orchards do) and understandably the family said they wouldn't come back. Even though I wasn't the target of the apple police, it created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The best part of my visit was the cider donuts. The farm store was disappointingly small with mainly apples and cider available for purchase. Considering the plethora of options for apple picking in MA, I don't plan to return here.

The parking lot is shared with several other businesses, so parking could be an issue during hours when all the stores are open. They have two spaces marked 10 MINUTE PARKING which will be handy when parking is full. It's a cute, relatively small store with no drive thru, and the exterior doesn't look like a traditional Honey Dew store so if you weren't looking for it you might miss it. They have everything you would find at the regular stores...and, mini Bota Box WINE! Not sure if the other stored have it, but I was surprised. The donuts all looked fresh and appetizing. Although I went with the intention of getting a bagel, I couldn't resist trying an apple spice donut. It was DELICIOUS! Also had a maple cream coffee which smelled more like maple than it tasted but was still good. Can't wait to return and try more of the food options.
