Service- I enjoy coming here on my way to work. The employees are very polite and professional. My problem is not with the employees. I'm disappointed in the food. On 5/28/25 I went there and the cashier informed me there were no donuts or bagels due to any employee calling out. Donuts or bagels would not be available until noon. I felt sorry for the cashier having to make all that food. Tha's not fair to her. You guys better give her a raise. I just let it go and ruled it an unfortunate incident. On 6/20/25 I went there again and this time no donuts due to shortage. I felt sorry for all the workers who have to say they were out of donuts. It is embarrassing for them. I ended up with bagel sandwich and iced coffee. Why are you leaving the employees and managers having to explain this to customer? The corporate office should be ashamed. read more

A large coffee for the road, this Dunkin' Donuts is located inside the Petro Stopping Center. Not a large store, but they do have donuts, coffee, sandwiches and the like. They are also on the Dunkin' app so you can order ahead if you feel the need. Was on travel and stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. I selected the sourdough breakfast sandwich. I was never so disappointed in my life. The sandwich was dry, no seasoning, and cold, not to mention the 30 minutes I had to wait to get this sandwich. Will say, counter was covered in boxes, got attitude when ordering food like it was an inconvenience that I wanted extra bacon on my avocado toast... did not have any and they needed to make some, and that seemed like an issue. Terrible service and not a full-featured DD. I waited in a long line for a coffee and wanted to use a Dunkin' Donuts gift card that I received as a gift. The cashier said "you can't use that - we don't have a scanner". I asked about manually entering the gift card number and she repeated "you can't use that, we don't have a scanner". First, using a more customer-friendly tone would have helped. Second, you should be able to use a Dunkin Donuts gift card at all DDs! I'm surprised the DD franchise allows that. read more

Worst DD ever! Unusually slow. Latte machine was broken for the better part of a year....no idea why it took so long to fix. Went there today.......wife's bagel was burnt with only a sliver of cream cheese. My peanut butter cup macchiato beverage tasted like black coffee with a dash of cream....ZERO sweetness and ZERO peanut butter flavor.....glad I spent $5 for that. Went to Dunkin Donuts yesterday with my mother and ordered what I typically order on my iced coffee the coffee did not taste anything like what I order. Also order a bagel with extra cream cheese and a muffin (Manager Special)... so this i where the story begins... the bagel was sooo hard and I had asked for extra cream cheese and honestly it has just a barely spread... the muffin was also hard as rock and nasty. I do not recommend this DD to anyone who is a DD Fan. Worst DD ever!!! read more
