The owner immediately responded, addressed my concerns, and even offered me a gift card as compensation. I thought that was incredibly generous, and I truly appreciated how seriously he took my feedback. Today, I had a busy meeting at work, so I sent my coworker to this location to pick up some muffins for us. He was warmly welcomed and helped by two wonderful female employees. He brought back a dozen muffins, and I finally got to try one myself--the chocolate chip muffin was absolutely delicious! And when I say these muffins are HUGE, I mean HUGE! This location is AMAZING. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the establishment is clean and well-kept, and the muffins are delicious. I definitely recommend giving Muffin House a try!

Which Chloe politely informed wouldn't be possible because the brewed decaf hazelnut was ICED, not hot. And the hot decaf coffee had no flavor - no hazelnut. and As soon as Chloe saw me trying which option to choose, she came up with a solution. She gave me half iced hazelnut, and half hot regular decaf. THE PERFECT SOLUTION! She went above and beyond, and did it without thinking twice.
