The absolute best coffee on the planet! They are the nicest people. My husband and I are frequent flyers :)

Nice homey vibe to the shop

Great little coffee shop. After grabbing some donuts next door, decided to stop in to get some fresh coffee. Had the Americano and flavor was great-- not too acidic tasting and very smooth I thought. Thumbs up to that. What really caught my attention was the empanadas. Low key the star of the coffee shop imo. I had the spinach and cheese empanada and they were incredibly tasty. Crispy and flaky crust and filling was delicious. I have a bunch of authentic Mexican, Argentinian, and Venezuelan empanadas before and I thought these topped all. The flaky exterior was delicious I thought. This shop is busy for a reason--great coffee overall. Cheers

A great spot to enjoy a coffee while chatting with a friend or working remotely! I sat by the window, where there are these neat outlet cubes. I got an iced chai latte, an Almond Joy latte, and a cinnamon roll during my time there. The service is friendly and there's a clean and spacious bathroom.

Incredible - must visit - outstanding cafe with an adorable seating area, plenty of books to browse, and the best ham and cheese empanada I've ever had. The staff is SO NICE and knows their regulars - and trust me they have a loyal following. They roast the beans in house, and it makes a huge difference - the latte I had was easily one of the top 3 best I've ever had. It's such a chill environment, super cozy, awesome local spot.

This is literally the only place to buy freshly-roasted (on premises), quality coffee beans in a large radius around Milford. Period. Their bean quality also translates to their drinks, everything from lattes to the trendier frou-frou stuff. If you like coffee, you cannot beat Blooming Hearts. Also the atmosphere is lovely, and the owners/staff are wonderful.

Fresh roasted single origin coffee, handmade cold foams, hot tea, friendly, welcoming owners, a relaxing and fun space--all the perfect things you could ask for in a neighborhood coffee shop!

Went to get donuts next door and checked out this new cafe afterwards. I'm glad to stumble across this beautiful and very cute cafe. I ordered a lavender latte with almond milk. Thought it will be purple in color. But it wasn't. Anyway, best latte I have had in a long time. No too sweet and lavender flavor was yummy. Ice level was good. The deco inside was so cute. They have comics, books and games on the shelves for anyone to read or play. The seatings are comfortable even the high stools by the windows. The bathroom is super cute too and clean! Will definitely come back for more!

Always excellent. Usually a long line, but it's for a good reason, and their coffee is the best in the area.

Whipped cream on it if they have it. The staff didn't tell me they didn't have whipped cream and handed me a coffee with drips. I opened it and saw there was no half & half in it, and then I saw the coffee table, so I assumed there was half and half. I walked to the table and found out that there was no half & half. There was honey, milk, and almond milk, but no half-and-half. So I went up to the counter again and waited on the long line for asking where is half & half. Ridiculous customer service, especially with Deaf people.

It is in an odd location near the DPW, but the inside is cute and likely designed by a fan of the Magnolia network. There is seating for about 24 people, max, but the breakfast menu has basic eggs, breakfast meats, home fries, etc. The double breakfast has 2 eggs, 2 tiny sausages, 2 strips of bacon, home fries and toast. Everything was good - no complaints with food or service. One really odd thing, though. Is there are no prices posted anywhere. Menus are blank, wall signage is blank, the website doesn't list prices, etc. I had no idea how much my breakfast was going to cost, and couldn't make decisions about what to order based on price. My breakfast, with a black coffee, was about $14.75. Overall, a nice spot if you're in the neighborhood, but certainly not a destination-type place.

Honestly, this is refreshing as corporations understaff and stress their employees. This local owner know what we the patrons want, we want people who are happy with their jobs and that's done by great staffing. This is my go to for any gift. Yes, you're paying more for a book than you would on Amazon but this is the opposite of a greedy corporation who screws everyone. This is truly local and I'm lucky to live 20 mins away.

My friend and I went on a weekday night, about 2 hours before closing so it was pretty quiet. I initially thought the bookstore was only on the first floor of the building but turns out it's a multi-story experience. There is a parking lot at the back where I parked and I was able to enter through the back door (not sure if this is the main entrance). On the first floor, they have some books, bathrooms, a check out desk, nick nacks (hats, stationery, puzzles, etc.), and most importantly, a coffee shop. The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. We spent about 1.25 hours here, but we could have easily spent a longer time if it weren't so close to closing.
