I come her multiple times a week. I use their app For ordering and it is just so fast and convenient. I pulled in the other day and didn't have service, so I walked in and ordered. My drinks were presented before I finished placing my order. They have a crew with lightening speed at this Dunkin' which is very appreciated. I've been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. There were never any issues with my orders until the past month or so. I almost always order through the app. On occasion I will just stop in and order at the counter. I understand that it gets busy and sometimes there are mistakes. However, for the past month or so they consistently forgot the bakery items in my app order and I usually end up showing my receipt and letting them know they missed something like a donut or muffin. On my last visit, I ordered a donut, some hash browns and a pumpkin chai latte. This time they remembered everything. I threw a tip in the cup at the counter like I always do and went on my way. I was down the road a little bit before I took a little sip of my latte. I was surprised to see that it wasn't fully filled. I understand that when a drink sits there is a little settling of the foam. But for a latte it shouldn't have settled as much as it did! I was disappointed to say the least. I do enjoy treating myself and my granddaughters to these weekly treats. I just hope that these issues don't become a common thing. A girl that works here who has short black hair and is short and wears eyeliner and wears piercing and wears glasses is not good at customer service and very unprofessional. I heard her swearing telling her coworker about me and my friends to get out and swearing. She didn't tell us directly but we're the only people in here. We also ordered food so I don't know why she is being so rude. We were just sitting on the couch having a quiet conversation. I feel very uncomfortable to come back even though me and my family and friends have been loyal customers to here for years. read more

This girl with many piercings, glasses, short hair, and wears eyeliner. She's completely unprofessional and rude and is always swearing quite loudly. I've encountered her having conversations such as "What the f*** are you staring at" and "i want them to get the f*** out" I'm not completely sure of the context and if it was directed towards us but even on the other end of dunkin, what she said was clear and seemed towards the customers like me and my friends. Food was great though! Just very uncomfortable to be in a position where she seems to have a problem with customer like myself. read more

They get 4.5 stars everyday BEFORE 3....after 3 it seems like Everyone is still in training in their parents are forcing them to work here...the slowest most "I don't care" attitude collectively I've ever seen! Pretty much your average DD - but I like it because they participate in Order On-The-Go - use their app, place and pay for your order, and you just need to stop long enough to pick it up. I've used this service several times, never had to wait for my order, and it was always right. When I find myself needing to do this, it's 5am in the morning, and honestly, who really wants to stand around at that time while they make a breakfast sandwich and coffee? Even with minimal contact with employees, it always seems they're glad to see you, and there are smiles on their faces. Me? I barely have my eyes open at 5am. I'm glad they're up and ready to work to make my day better when I'm dragging myself out of bed. read more

When I bought a reusable cup it was dusty and dirty so I asked if they could wash it out. They refused and gave me a handy wipe and suggested I clean it out with that. I said no thank you because I was planning on drinking out of the cup. When I asked if I could use their bathroom sink to wash it out, they once again said no. This confused me because I work at a different Dunkin' location and we have our bathrooms open at the moment. Zero stars read more

This is one of the Best Dunkins that I have ever been to. The food is always fresh, the lines are almost non-existent, and the seating is plentiful. They also have that uxorious area that i mentioned some other D'n'D's are going for. It has a leather couch, big screen tv, and a fire place. The parking lot is a bit small infront since it shares with a few other places, but the parking lot in back is about 3 times the size. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. Selection is much better than those rampant gas station Dunkins that are popping up everywhere so I will be coming here for my morning sandwiches and possibly a doughnut or two in the future. read more

Customer service is almost nonexistent I try not to go here anymore because their attitude and how they treat you when you come in is very off-putting and rude to say the least. They hardly ever ask if you would like to order they just stare at you with a glare which is very awkward and hardly say anything. The worst is when I get my sandwich the girl shoves the bag at me doesn't say a word and gives me a dirty look as she walks away. I always smile and tell them what I want and always say thank you and be polite even though they don't treat me well but it makes you not want to even order and just leave. There is no reason to be treating customers that way. And it seems to have been this way for sometime so there has got to be some changes made to make it better but I don't see that getting done. So if you want to be treated like crap then by all means go to this location. read more

Located around the corner from the other DnD's, this is as good as it gets. A fairly new location in the small town of Middlebury, boasts the fastest and nicest service I have ever gotten from any other Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. I love the modern decor and the flow of the restaurant is very nice. The flat screen in the cafe area is nice for those who want to chill out with a coolata. Even though they do not have a drive thru, they will have you in and out in a flash! Pics to come soon! :) read more

I am so glad they put this DD in. When it was in the Shell station, it was pretty basic and you couldn't get much. I do like this one, the only gripe I have is no drive thru - it's not a HUGE deal, but sometimes when I'm in a hurry I just want to get my stuff and go. There are rarely any lines, all the staff pretty much gets to know if you are a regular there (which I would say I am) and you can walk in, they won't have to ask what you want and you can be on your way. Sometimes a group of us will stop here before we go for our runs so the tables are great to take a minute and relax before heading out. I'm not to sure which group the other reviewer was speaking about, but I'm sure I'll run into them at one point. There are bigger groups that I would say take up a lot of space and do talk VERY loud which can be kind of annoying since sound can't really travel far in that place. read more

I love this Dunkin' Donuts!!! As much as I wish they had a drive thru, the people that work here are so on top of everything, they take pride in their jobs and they help each other out and smile at customers! There's a morning team that is just so good they should train all of the staff for Dunkin!! I ordered an iced coffee and they gave me a hot one and I said oh no it was supposed to be iced so he gave me both and said he can't do anything with the other one... so I. Gave it to a coworker when I went into work... it made her day... so I love love love this morning team they are always so friendly and get you your orders quick and RIGHT!!! This Dunkin' Donuts is great. The service was exceptional. It's on the Middlebury Greenway so you can enjoy a great walk and then stop in for a little refresher or a pick me up. I could tell who was the owner by his smile, but I'm not absolutely positively without a doubt sure. LOL. read more

We pulled off I84 E looking for a spot to get a drink and snack and find a rest room and we stumbled on this place. Dunkin Donuts has a fireplace, carpet, and television on one side of the room, and a standard tile floor with Dunkin seating on the other. The restaurant is clean and bright, and it looks brand new. The one downside - the counter staff waited for us to say something. They didn't' greet us, but once we engaged them they served us promptly. Maybe their minds were elsewhere? Anyway, since Connecticut rest areas are few and far between, and finding a place to visit off any particular exit can be a guessing game, I recommend this DD, which isn't too far out of your way. read more

Honestly, I know every dunkin donuts in Waterbury and the surrounding areas. This is THE one to go to. The staff is friendly and unbelievably fast. Best place to get a mocha coolata/frozen coffee. Don't be intimidated by a line, they get it moving, unlike other ones (Cheshire) that seem to have ONE person waiting on customers and making drinks at the same time. I think the manager in Middlebury must be commended for running a good tight ship. I wish it had a drive thru, but hey, we can't have everything. Great customer service and beautiful atmosphere for a DD. Unfortunately there seems to be a group of older regulars who use obscenities like it is going out of style. Seen/heard it happen on multiple occasions and nothing is said to them. Good to run in and out for a coffee. But don't bring your young children if that group is around. Yikes! read more
