They really need to train these kids how to make the coffee's right with know attitude !! is there a Dunkin Donuts in Middletown NY that know how to make coffee, and actually listen to what the customers are telling them I had to repeat myself about five times then they gave me a large one with the leaking cup I have coffee all over my coat and my jeans and I went back in and they did not even put any flavor in the coffee that's supposed to be hazelnut never going there again unbelievable I am 52 I have a younger sister she can make better coffee than these idiots at any of the Dunkin' Donuts in Middletown New York !!!!! The operator of this Dunkin, Sergio, has informed all of his employees to deny their fully functional restrooms to the public, including paying customers. I am 30 weeks pregnant, sat down to eat my breakfast with my daughter and was denied use of the restroom afterward because they're "for employees only". Shame on this Dunkin'. I've been coming here for 2 months already hoping that the next day they will get my order right. My order is never complicated. It's either a plain bagel or croissant with PLAIN cream cheese and strawberry jam. Then I get a simple Cold brew with caramel swirl and sweet cold foam. Some way some how the employees always get my order wrong. I just got tired of it and would rather prefer getting the coffee at the college I attend to then this. Dunkin you failed me today! I come thru the drivethru every day or two and order the same thing. 2 large iced coffees made the same way, with milk and caramel. They are usually perfect, but today, as you can see, they were completely different. One was made with cream not milk and no caramel. The other one was made to my liking. No public bathrooms. Employees state that they sometimes have to go elsewhere to use facilities because the doors are locked. Very unsanitary for a patron to be unable to even wash their hands. I believe this to be illegal if food is served. read more

I come here all the time and i never have any problems. Service is always fast and efficient which i appreciate. I called a couple times and no answer. So i decided ill just leave a review in hopes someone at the store sees it. I got an iced coffee, two bagel twist, and a blueberry donut. Everything was fine but as i was eating my donut i realized there was something slimy inside. When i looked at it the donut was not fully cooked in the middle. I'm appalled right now. I've been coming here every day for almost two years. 99% of the time I order ahead on the app. Today I did my daily routine of running in to pick up my cold brew coffee that cost me over $5. I was yelled at by one of the girls behind the counter for not having a mask, which I've been vaccinated and didn't know I had to wear in there. All she had to do was ask nicely. Then I go to get my coffee I had ordered 20 min prior and it's not there. Then I get told "oh we didn't get the order so we can't make it". Even AFTER I showed the proof of receipt and time it was placed. I'm so angry right now. They're usually rude in there with the exception of a couple girls. Usually I just let it roll off of my back. Some days they get it right and some they don't. I don't like the swirl in my coffee...it's horribly sweet and then when they give me the shot, it tastes artificial...Starbucks is too pricey to hit up daily, so I deal with DD. The older lady who got my donuts made a mess of my Boston cream donuts then when I got home 2 of my donuts had hair on them probably because she wore no gloves. I thought about going back that morning but then I would just get the same mess. Irritating. This Dunkin' Donuts is open until 10 - its 930, and "their sandwich station is closed", they have no donuts or bagels, and when I asked if they had any food they told me they had cookies. They constantly will not get my order right even if they repeat it back to me right. Every time I order coffee they repeat liquid sugar back to me and then when I get my coffee there will be regular sugar in it. I am amending a previous two star review to one star (11/7/17). I feel this location has done nothing but go downhill and I won't be returning. I purchased an iced coffee earlier and thankfully looked at the bottom (clear container) before taking a sip. Actual. Dirt. This wasn't coffee grounds I was looking at (which shouldn't be in there either) but actual dirt particles. And possibly a bug leg or a hair. This tells me their ice and/or beverage containers are dirty. God knows what else is. This is a final straw for a place where I often question why I ever go because my order is wrong at least 25% of the time (or incomplete, which is even worse) and service is often slow even if the parking lot is empty. The gas it takes to drive to another Dunkin location in the area is worth your money - and there are several. One is right down 17M from this location in New Hampton (a few miles at the most). I was at the store on Wednesday morning, 8/10. I'm a Dunkin Perks member so I use my cell phone for all my purchases and to get the coupons from it. My battery was running really low and by the time I got to the store everything was grayed out to save power. Jessica came to my rescue because they couldn't get the coupon to read not would I be able to use the phone to pay for my order. She went into the back and got her Android phone charger, found a place to plug it in (not easy), and as soon as she plugged it in the screen brightened up and she was able to retrieve the necessary info from the phone. Talking about going above and beyond! I was very happy that everything worked out and I was a happy camper. Thanks and kudos go to Jessica for going the extra mile. This place is terrible. Worst customer service I have ever seen. When I went in to stand in line they insulted my appearance. When I use the drive thru they mess up my order. Every single time. Like clockwork. Worst DD I ever went to, but it's on my way to work. So I have to hold up the line telling them I wanted my sandwich toasted, and different flavor of donuts then what they gave me. Went through drive through around 11am on a Thursday. 1 person in front of me which does don't take long at all. Entrance into lot:drive through is weird. When you go into lot, that's only for customers to park and go in. On the left side of the building are two on way roads coming at you. There is no sign out front that says "Drive through enter here" you are supposed to know that the entrance to the drive through is on the right of the building which is just a road which leads to other stores in the area. Placing the order was easy and fast and she told me the amount when I was done ordering. At that time the other driver left. My order came out to be $4.84. I gave her a $5.00 bill. She gave me my drink with a napkin and straw. Then she gave me my food. At that time I realized there was a car behind me so I left. The girl didn't shout out to me to tell me she owed me money. When I finally took a sip of my drink, it hardly had ice and my drink was an iced coffee. So much for iced. Took a bite of my food and it was just warm, not hot. No wonder why it came out so fast.
