I like this Dunkin early in the morning. They are a 24 hour place, and the early morning crew is super nice and friendly. Even at 5 am. However, by mid afternoon the place is messy. The restrooms are not always nice. The nice side of me assumes this is related to the volume of business they have and perhaps they are short staffed for the daytime shifts. I don't know. But I now only go early in the am, and recommend you do the same. read more

Dunkin' - a car parked in front of a dunkin donuts store - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Middletown, New York

This used to be on the same side of Rt 211 as Dennys, but moved to a new building across the street, in the same parking lot/plaza as Collandreas. I went through their drive thru today for the first time. It's the only Dunkin in the area I'm aware of that has two lanes for ordering ... but then it merges to just one to pay and get your items. I'm not sure why someone decided to design it this way, but it doesn't seem to be doing any favors in regards to speed. I was able to place my order right away, but sat in line for several minutes waiting to pay because once those two ordering lanes merged, it seemed to back the staff up. My order was correct and the staff I interacted with were pleasant. Haven't yet been inside, but not eager to revisit the drive thru here when I know several Dunkin's in the area with just one drive thru lane that typically move more quickly. read more

Disappointing quality and TERRIBLE customer service!

I've given the new Dunkin Donuts on Route 211 in Middletown about 20 chances as I am a daily customer. I left with a negative experience every single time. Whether it's a very long wait for service at 6am when I'm the only customer in the drive through or that I can literally see employees joking and talking while the lines of customers keep getting longer and longer. I now drive 1 mile up on 211 to the other DD near the post office, where the service is so much better there. read more

This dunkin never fails. I love it so much and they always get my simple order right. They are so friendly and fast working. These employees are such great and hardworking people. I will most definitely come here more often. Best decision Dunkin ever made to open one here in Middletown. Better than the one on Dolson Ave. Highly recommend. read more

I am a Dunkin donut groupie. Today that status came to a screeching halt. I visited the new dunkin donut in Middletown, New York, and what a dread. 20 minutes to get 1 cup of tea. I walked inside to purchase it oblivious that drive thru is a catered event that had 5 staff members attention at their disposal while the in house guests were punished with a young guy who walked around like a blind man in a lit room. The guy vanished for 15 minutes in search of a donut kit, while the indoor mass grew rapidly awaiting his return. The workers at the drive thru were leaning against the counter relaxing while we were ignored? Crazy right!when I asked for help they just ignored all of us. New building ,old management with ill fitted staff. I gave it one star for the tea I finally got in this life time read more

One of the best Dunkin's I've ever been to. Coffee is always hot and fresh, as well the food is perfectly prepared. Customer service is outstanding, professional and fast. Even the sanitation worker in the back of the parking lot said good morning to me (guy in an orange camo Tennessee hat) All said and done I will be coming back, used to get my morning coffee fix elsewhere, I'm glad I gave this store a try. read more

Bad service lousy customer service! this whole store is the worst !!! take you're money somewhere else !!!

While their coffee is excellent as it is at all DD's, their service leaves much to be desired. They are slow and you have to wait 5 minutes if you order anything because the cashier doesn't get anything. Even if you only order donuts or muffins the order is filled by a second person who also pours coffee and butters and heats things up. The donuts/muffins are right behind the cashier and the coffee pots are right nest to them so I don't know why they can't just turn around and put them in a bag rather then waiting for someone who is busy heating things, buttering things, etc to pour your coffee and get your items. The layout of the store is also terrible- the door is right where the line forms so people are frequently waiting outside the door. Better have time to spare. read more
