This Dunkin' is in a very convenient location right off Main Road, right next to the Big Y, so it's easy to get in and out. The location itself was clean, and the parking lot was well maintained with accessible handicap parking. We stopped in around 1 PM, so there weren't a lot of donuts left to choose from, which is understandable for that time of day. The experience at the counter was a little mixed. The woman working the register seemed somewhat bothered or irritated while we were trying to decide what we wanted. We did take a few minutes, but there was no line and nobody else waiting, so we weren't holding anyone up. When I placed my order, I had to repeat it twice, and there was still some confusion about what I was asking for. Fortunately, the woman working behind her making the drinks understood exactly what I wanted and made it correctly. My friend had a similar experience when ordering her drink directly from the menu--the cashier seemed confused by the order, but the other employee was extremely helpful and made the drink correctly. Overall, the location is clean and convenient, and the employee making the drinks was very helpful. The customer service at the register could definitely use some improvement, but everything ultimately came out correctly, so I'd give this location 4 stars. read more

This location is easy to get to. They have a drive thru but be careful it's attached to a valvoline with lots of moving cars. We went at 1pm and there was not many donut options to choose from. When I ordered my drink, the employee working in the register, did not know what I was ordering, and I was ordering it straight off the menu. I was trying it for the first time. I wish I could give this an extra half star because it's better than average, although not quite four stars. It's clean, fast, the staff don't screw up the orders. The bathroom is clean and well maintained, which says a lot about a restaurant. They don't ever seem to run out of anything which is a little bizarre considering that Dunkin' Donuts usually runs out of something at some point during the day. And this place is packed all the time, there's a long line in the morning, although the line moves very quickly, but clearly people are coming to this location all the time. I'm not sure what they do differently to make sure that they always have everything available all the time, but I guess somebody's doing some magic in the office when they do their ordering. Like any Dunkin' Donuts, the quality is whatever it's just OK. And that's not really their fault. that's a corporate thing. The seating is adequate, not particularly comfortable. It would be great if there were outlets close to every table. I can't be the only person who likes to charge while I'm drinking my coffee. As a plus, the staff seems multilingual in languages that are... Surprising. I'm pretty sure I heard Hindi and I definitely heard Portuguese. Friendly service by the guy that took our order and he also made it. The thin mint iced coffee wasn't advertised anymore but he was very kind in saying that they could still make it for me. He also (as I'm a stickler for a cup that isn't dripping all over) served the coffee with the cup as clean as could be. Fast, friendly and made just the way I like it. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is really getting a bad rap. It's really one of the better DD's in the area, and tied as best in Milford (the other good ones are in Milford Center and on Route 140). This location sits on Route 109 (Medway Road), next to Valvoline and is accessible from both the front and the back of the building. It has a drive thru and an inside counter to order from, as well as places to sit inside (at least it looked like that from the drive thru....). Hours are sort of weird: every day 4:30am-8pm (don't most DD locations close at like....10PM?) Anyway, Katelyn and the rest of the crew are friendly, fast and helpful. The drive thru moves fast, and the food is fresh, tasty and made correctly. Definitely one of the more 'ideal' Dunkin Donuts locations. Convenient for anyone traveling through Milford. 4 stars. read more

Today ,March 16th @ 4pm. I went to DD @ 35 Medway Rd Milford Ma.01757. There were 6 cars at the drive thru, So to save time, I walked in. I WAS the ONLY person in the store. I was ignored . I coughed to get their attention ,Still Ignored! Still the TWO of them waited on the drive thru! Finely I left. I Was UPSET. Said screw this. Said I was going to another DD. They said GO! The employees could care less about the customers. The manager at this particular DD is loud, mean and rude. She was actually yelling at one of her employees in the middle of the store. I went to the Dunkin on Medway Rd in Milford, MA and when I bit into my bagel, there was a piece of plastic in it. Luckily I did not swallow it. Not only was there plastic in the bagel, it was also burnt. I called the manager and told him and he replied with "ok..." I said ok well obviously you don't care I'll just call corporate and he then apologized to me and mentioned it may be the plastic from the cream cheese container and offered me a new bagel. Decent place as far as Dunkin Donuts go. The line can get backed up in the morning and the customer service can be lacking during the shifts where the majority of the staff are kids. The donuts are excellent and taste as fresh as they can be since they are brought in. read more

Theres this one woman there who is so rude and could clearly care less about her job, and you can tell when u order a breakfast sandwich and its either undercooked, burnt, or just looks like she crinkled it up and threw it in the bag....they are constantly forgetting to give you things you ask for, or just getting it totally wrong. The worst Dunkin' Donuts in Milford. I believe management owns several in the area so none of them are very good. The staff is uncaring and seems to get easily annoyed. First off I don't believe I've ever received the correct order when my order has more than one item. Simple requests like a tray for multiple coffees and extra napkins can trigger eye rolls and heavy sighs. Don't bother walking inside if there is a line at the drive thru because you won't be served until the drive thru is empty. read more

We ordered 2 medium iced coffees with milk and sugar. When we say "milk" that means WHOLE milk. What we got was either skim milk or 1% milk. Had we known that we would have gotten other than whole milk, we would not have ordered it. Skim and 1% milk do NOTHING in coffee. Thanks for wasting our time and our money.
