Absolute garbage service. 6:45 am stood at the counter while both employees carried on. When I was served the coffee and I poured it in my own mug (I'm in the middle of a 5 hour trip) it looked like tea with creamer. I asked if that was normal and she said yes, so I asked if there was a dark roast and she said "we don't carry that anymore". I stopped in this evening as I was meeting someone to sell my PlayStation to and wanted an iced coffee. I preferred ahead and my drink was ready. The drink was perfect and tasted so good. However, my lack of two stars goes to the staff. They were very rude and unprofessional. Using foul language and behaving quite inappropriately. Other than that, no complaints. I hate a long review but please take the time to read.. The food is always cold, the service is a bunch of disrespectful teens with no customer service experience. The ambiance is not well managed throughout the building and the drive thru. The tables on the inside are not clean and the machines break down occasionally. Every time I go here I'm disappointed. I will not be going there again. I had not planned to take my issue to this platform for all to see. However, when I tried to call the number to speak with a manager it went immediately to a recording that said the voice mailbox had not been set up. That is not good business. My daughter went through drive through yesterday morning (8/11/22) on her way to work and got an iced coffee with cream. Within the hour she was extremely sick. She was vomitting and cramping to the point we went to doctor. Covid test was negative. She shared with doc she had only had that coffee. Doc suggested it could possibly be out of date, spoiled creamer. I tried to call Dunkin to give a heads up to check date on creamer. Out of date creamer happens. No one is perfect. I just hope none else gets sick. My issue is not answering phone or having a way to leave message. Very disappointed that phone is not being answered. read more

Start today after many trips here with pulling to the window for a simple sandwich and tea and cashier tells me it's 15.93, tell her that can't be mine. Looks disgusted, turns to register then turns back with "that was the people behind you". On the receipt I'm charged differently then what is on their order boards. When questioned on it, told "there's nothing I can do about it, I'm not the manager". She then turns and walks away without even giving me my food. From a customer service stand point, you give your advertised price, not whatever the computer tells you. Getting your order correct here is hit or miss. After today's customer service experience I won't be back and I recommend others not to go. read more

While traveling today I passed by at least five McDonald's where I could have gotten caffeinated iced coffee so that I could hit a Dunkin Donuts and get decaf iced coffee. These employees are awful. I go through the drive thru for the iced coffee because it's the only one here in town and it's convenient. The past two rare occasions I've gotten something additional, the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was cold. Like, actually cold. Cheese was cold, bacon was cold, egg was cold, bagel was not toasted. What? How does someone let that happen? Today, I got two donuts for my daughter (chocolate and maple frosted) and these geniuses put the first donut in the bag, frosted side up, the second donut in the bag, frosted side down and on top of the other donut. I love Dunkin. This is my favorite coffee place. I love this location the best. They are super fast during the week in the mornings. I think they must schedule their newer employees on Saturdays because service is a lot slower. Saturday's are super busy. They should schedule the faster employees for Saturday mornings. read more

Well this was never the fastest of places to go in mocksville but since the ownership change things seem to be a total disaster. For the last 2 days I have spent an average of 15-20 minutes in line at the drive thru. Today I was the only person in the drive thru and was told to hold on 1 second. Well 6 minutes later with no other communication I decided to go inside. After getting inside neither of the 2 ladies at the register were even logged in to take an order. The iced coffee I got looked a little white so I took a sip it was as if I literally drank a teaspoon of pure sugar mixed with water. Also the quality of my black coffee seemed off as well weaker than when the previous crew that worked there whom were much more pleasant then the current batch. This was a GREAT place to stop and get coffee and a bagel. But the place was recently bought and the the tried and true crew was fired or quit, and a new crew of bumbling millennial morons have replaced the old crew. Service and quality have gone down the pipes. Recently I have had a 4 day run of difficultly getting my order correctly. That means that for the last 4 days I have tried to get the very same thing at the very same time in the morning and the new employees have not been able to get it right yet. I order a med. coffee cream and sugar , and (here is the problem part of the order) a toasted bagel with light butter. Oh I know, i am demanding person. day 1) bagel had so much butter I could No $#it pour it out of the bag day 2) bagel had so much butter on it that even the brown bag was covered with butter on the outside. day 3) bagel close but barely toasted day 4) bagel was mashed and barely a whole bagel, also took over 15 min to get it and then it was given to me without a slice in it (not cut in half) I am also not very happy with the fact that when they did serve the wrong thing to me and I returned it, the manager wanted to lecture me, like it was my fault that her employee's got my order wrong. NEW OWNERS ARE NOT INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE, go across the street to sheetz and get a 99 cent coffee (just as good) and the bagel is the same price and in better condition, plus they have a lot of breakfast Made-To-Order items. Just stopped here. This store seemed to be staffed by kids who all looked 17 but acted 12. Cashier with glasses was too busy flirting with two guys in front to serve us for 5 minutes . Another person served us who was just wearing a t shirt , let's call him Abercrombie and Fitch guy, who kept giggling a few had to repeat order twice . Cashier made my "lite" coolatta . Took one sip and it tastes like he has poured half a gallon of a sweetner in here . You can see in the back and there was powder and lids all over the floor. 95.5 sanitation rating for somewhere where flirty glasses guy mixes your drink with a spoon he picks up off the counter seems a bit much . Left other customers standing there while they we're chatting . I threw my drink away and exited building .
