We had gone to Mocksville for some friends wedding and needed to stop in before we helped to decorate the banquet hall for some coffee and food. My wife found this place on Yelp just a few minutes away from the banquet hall. It was on an Americana central street with parking in front. We walked in to what I initially thought was just a small place, but there were actually three rooms to sit in. We ordered ice coffee (being that it was going to be a warm Southern day) and I got "The Elvis", peanut butter and bananas on white toast. The staff were all extremely friendly and the food came out quickly. I drank down eagerly the ice coffee that in some ways reminded me of a Vietnamese ice coffee. The sandwich was just right with a creamy peanut butter and banana slices. The place is super cute, the service is great and the food is a good price, who could ask for more? read more

I finally came in to get a coffee after several years, and I'm so happy I did! One of my favorite drinks ever is a Dirty Chai, so I knew what I wanted. It was ready insanely fast and it's delicious! I also LOVE when there's cinnamon available to sprinkle on top. In the past, I didn't love the coffee I tried but maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Very cozy place downtown where their breakfast sandwiches and their coffee is awesome. There were a lot of locals in there, which says a lot about it. Just when you thought you saw the whole place, there's a doorway that goes into a whole other room, so you can sit down and have a cozy coffee with a good friend or family. We always stop at the factory on our way to Salisbury. I always get my go to coffee, which is an oat milk mocha latte with cinnamon powder and half sweet. The chocolate of the mocha is just right as it is not too sweet and not too bitter. I always ask for it to be made with oat milk and the espresso that they use is so bold, rich, and flavorful! it has a smooth texture and blends so well with the chocolate and oat milk and cinnamon. I always get a chocolate chipper deluxe cookie, which has chocolate chips, oats and coconut. It's also huge! This time it was very hard so I asked that it be nuked. After it was warmed it was very tasty as usual. This place has a cool vibe with lively coffee shop appropriate music playing in the background. It's not too loud, but it has a coffee shop vibe as you can often hear the espresso machine and the smoothie maker as the baristas pump out their delicious flavorful beverages. also, it is right in the heart of the quaint town of Mocksville. There are cobblestone sidewalks that add to the vibe of this little town. The service is always friendly and relatively fast. The same girls are always working in there and they are very sweet and kind. They are also very knowledgeable about everything that they sell. The prices are also very reasonable and we're glad about that especially as prices have balloon in every industry! The coffee is absolutely amazing. I have been very happy with every cup. However, the service cuts into their quality. Every time I have gone I haven't been greeted until they're asking for an order. This was such a cute coffee shop with lots of seating and even some private nooks. This place was hopping and we were there around 1:15 pm. I ordered a Gingerbread Chai (hot). While waiting took a stroll around the shop to see their merch, seating, etc. The Chai was delicious! I have officially found my favorite coffee shop! I would gladly drive the 45min just to sit, drink, eat, and work here instead of in my more local area!! The aesthetically pleasing interior seating areas are swoon worthy! The drinks are plenty and reasonable! The staff is kind, welcoming, and friendly in a way that makes you feel wanted as a customer! The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable! Temperature is comfortable - not too cold or too hot! I must find an excusa to retiene SOON!! Coffee, lattes, cappuccino and espresso drinks rival other coffee shops in the larger cities. They have added sandwiches to the lunch menu since my last review. Also since my last review, they have doubled the size of the inside area. Very nice. Apple Pay, cards, and cash accepted. I happened to be passing by Mocksville on the way home and saw that they had a coffee shop. From the outside, it didn't look like much but when you enter it opens up quite a bit. There's seating between two main rooms. It looks like a good place to grab coffee with friends or grab coffee while you work. If it's nice out there's also seating outside. There's a good selection of coffee options. There's also a lunch menu and some pastries if you're looking to eat something with your coffee Staff was nice. A really awesome quaint little shop with tasty food! The coffee variety is pretty impressive with some unique specialty drinks, as well as just the presentation. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh and full of great flavor! And really the atmosphere was really good for such a small space. I do feel I have to drop it to at least 4 stars due to current times and their lack of doing anything Covid protection related though. The employees definitely are not wearing masks. The tables are even incredibly cramped in the small space, so no social distancing will happen here. Very much an open policy it seems. And for Mocksville, it's not surprising. But it's something I know many are going to want to know ahead of time. For anyone vaccinated or who doesn't care, it's definitely a great stop. For everyone else, maybe just come try it in a few months. read more

So awesome to have an independent, high quality coffee shop in downtown Mocksvegas. Had a nice chat with the owner who was discussing ways in which his operation was better than Starbucks, but there is no Starbucks around here so that's no competition. The only real competition for this coffeehouse is Ketchie Creek, but that is a bakery not a real coffeehouse. They are not going to win the senior citizens away from McDonald's free coffee, so basically there is no competition for The Factory. It is unique and fortunately they do what they do well. (They use Krankies coffee from Winston-Salem BTW.) I visit Mocksville regularly, so I am counting on the locals to patronize this shop so it is around when I visit! read more

Small town coffeehouse. Great coffee drinks snd sandwiches have been good in the past. VERY small confined space and can be tight. when there are only 3 or 4 people can be on top of each other quick. Even so, allowing grace during COVID times when the numbers are increasing by the hour, why would your employees not wear masks or gloves while making drinks snd sandwiches?? I saw employee wipe her nose while making drinks and lay on counter after taking an order. Lots of customers w/o masks. No sign on door. I'm just sad that this is the case. The coffee is amazing! I'm extremely picky when it comes to my coffee. My favorite by far is the Miel. With cinnamon and honey, the baristas always get it perfectly balanced. The food is the typical price range for a coffee shop but everything is really well made. If you're looking for a good smoothie, they have a great array of fruity smoothies. I haven't had anything bad from here yet. The service is amazing and the baristas are always smiling. Lastly the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.
