Bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee
    Tim K.

Nestled in Mocksville, the Factory is a popular coffee shop with breakfast options. It is always busy and with good reason. The service is great, the coffee and related drinks are spot on and their prices are reasonable. The smells of the fresh coffee and food are alluring and comforting. Stopped in for a meeting with a client and kept it simple: toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee with room for cream. Everything was great. I've never had a bad coffee or food here. Everything has been fresh and served with a smile. If you find yourself driving through downtown Mocksville, stop in and say hello to the staff at the Factory and treat yourself to coffee and breakfast.

This was such a cute coffee shop with lots of seating and even some private nooks. This place was hopping and we were there around 1:15 pm. I ordered a Gingerbread Chai (hot). While waiting took a stroll around the shop to see their merch, seating, etc. The Chai was delicious! The baristas were very friendly and didn't seem to get flustered with the continual line of people. Such a neat little piece of Mocksville.

I have officially found my favorite coffee shop! I would gladly drive the 45min just to sit, drink, eat, and work here instead of in my more local area!! The aesthetically pleasing interior seating areas are swoon worthy! The drinks are plenty and reasonable! The staff is kind, welcoming, and friendly in a way that makes you feel wanted as a customer! The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable! Temperature is comfortable - not too cold or too hot! I must find an excusa to retiene SOON!! Oooo and there are books of the Bible on the different surfaces around the cafe. It warmed my heart to see!

An adorable coffee shop located in the heart of Mocksville, North Carolina. The breakfast and lunch menu is available until 4:00 PM. Staff is friendly and hustling to make a variety of speciality lattes such as the blackberry blossom! If you are passing through, I recommend this at an ultimate pit stop.

Updating my 2018 review. Place is still a great coffee shop. Located in historic downtown Mocksville. Right on Main Street. This is a locally owned place. Coffee, lattes, cappuccino and espresso drinks rival other coffee shops in the larger cities. They have added sandwiches to the lunch menu since my last review. Also since my last review, they have doubled the size of the inside area. Very nice. Apple Pay, cards, and cash accepted. Parking is free in downtown Mocksville, so park, get some coffee at The Factory, and enjoy downtown historic Mocksville.

Yes yes yes! What a pleasant surprise! Such a cute local spot, service was warm and friendly and the decor and vibe was so cozy! Lots of seating, tables/chairs and also comfy chairs! Great place to enjoy some quiet with a friend or alone! They had seasonal latte specials, coffees, etc and also sandwiches. I was so happy to see gluten free bread as an option! My blackberry vanilla latte was to die for! Also, the iced salted coconut cold foam coffee was just as delicious. Fantastic spot!

Passing through downtown and this spot looked cute so I stopped in. A great coffee menu with seasonal offerings and a variety of flavors as well as sandwiches and bakery items. I had the traditional pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and it did not disappoint. I took my order to go, but peaked around the corner for the additional seating and it looked adorable!

I happened to be passing by Mocksville on the way home and saw that they had a coffee shop. From the outside, it didn't look like much but when you enter it opens up quite a bit. There's seating between two main rooms. It looks like a good place to grab coffee with friends or grab coffee while you work. If it's nice out there's also seating outside. There's a good selection of coffee options. There's also a lunch menu and some pastries if you're looking to eat something with your coffee Staff was nice. I ordered the dirty chai latte and it came out quickly. It was delicious and not overly sweet which I have found other coffee shops tend to make them.

A really awesome quaint little shop with tasty food! The coffee variety is pretty impressive with some unique specialty drinks, as well as just the presentation. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh and full of great flavor! And really the atmosphere was really good for such a small space. I do feel I have to drop it to at least 4 stars due to current times and their lack of doing anything Covid protection related though. The employees definitely are not wearing masks. The tables are even incredibly cramped in the small space, so no social distancing will happen here. Very much an open policy it seems. And for Mocksville, it's not surprising. But it's something I know many are going to want to know ahead of time. For anyone vaccinated or who doesn't care, it's definitely a great stop. For everyone else, maybe just come try it in a few months.

Because they have almost everything and anything you could possibly want from a bakery. I was flabbergasted at the choices. Everything looked absolute beautiful. Besides treats and desserts, they also have quiches and sandwiches made to order. I ended up ordering two slices of ham and cheese quiche and two slices of cheesecake (plain & raspberry white chocolate) to go, along with a hot Mexican Mocha Latte (not pictured). The Mexican mocha latte was quite the wonderful surprise. The first sip you could taste the mocha and cinnamon, the aftertaste was a hint of Cayenne pepper. Truly enjoyable. We got home and had early lunch. The quiche was fantastic. Very savory with chunks of ham. My husband and I will really loved it. They also sell whole quiches for less price than most supermarkets around. We were going to save the cheesecake for dessert tonight but broke down and had it after lunch. My husband actually prefers just plain cheesecake and he loved this so much. I had the raspberry white chocolate it was a very lovely sweet tart taste. This place is incredible and the prices are worth it. If you're nearby you need to check this out.

It was a little hard to find because a road is closed in the vicinity but we were able to find it using the Waze app. The building itself is a large steel structure which has been nicely finished on both inside and out. We arrived about 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately greeted. We were taken to a booth and there were a couple of other tables seated. Immediately, you could tell this was a family run business with multiple generations pitching in. The young man who took our drink order was friendly and efficient. They have quite a few taps on the back wall but they were not in service and therefore were only offering cans and bottles. The menu says they currently have malfunctions with their cooler. We were given time to peruse the menu but were checked in on to ensure we didn't have questions. The menu offers burgers, fries and dogs but they are all elevated. There are some very creative and special combinations which as the asterisk notates on the menu some items are unable to be changed. We decided to start with the pub bucket, which offers steak fries along with melted cheddar cheese and ranch. My wife ordered the Elvis burger which features bourbon glazed apples, peanut butter, banana chutney and cheddar cheese. I chose the Godfather which features salami, pepperoni and mozzarella, and I chose to get the creamy garlic pesto on the side. My wife went to use the restroom and on her way back she reported that it was very clean and she happened to notice their recent state inspection certificate boasted an impressive 99.5! Our appetizer arrived in a timely manner and while it looked different (we are used to restaurants serving fries with cheese melted with a side of ranch) this had the fries topped with cheese and the ranch poured on top. But let me tell you they were delicious! Lots of heavenly cheddar cheese which was perfectly melted and gooey topped with delicious ranch dressing. Our burgers arrived shortly afterwards and are wrapped up when served. We began to unwrap and they also looked delicious. My wife immediately started eating hers while my camera ate first. My wife commented that her burger was absolutely delicious and said she was a bit iffy at first on the cheddar cheese being served with the sweet toppings but was happy to report she thought it worked perfectly and she was glad she didn't alter the burger. My burger was a double and huge! Since I had asked for the aoili on the side because I am not a mayo guy and while it was very good I should have asked for some ketchup to dip my burger in. I enjoyed it alot and saved half for later. My wife had her eye on the apple ring sundae. It is Granny Smith apple rings, sliced and cored and dipped in cinnamon sugar and deep fried, topped with vanilla ice cream and cool whip and drizzled with homemade caramel sauce. She ordered the half version which includes three rings. It took a little longer for the dessert to arrive because by this time they had started to get busy with a majority of the inside tables full as well as a few outdoor tables and several to go orders. The dessert arrived and my wife was happy to report it was also delicious. So glad we finally stopped in and we already have talked about our next time. It was apparent from our time there that they have a following and it is easy to see why. We did ask about onion rings and were told they plan to bring back again in the fall. Awesome service, creative menu, clean and family run. Plan your visit!
